After a terrible experience with another local well known plumbing company who was hired to clear my shower drain, but was unable to without spending thousands of dollars to dig up and replace pipes, I reached out to Always Ready Plumbing and Drain, and I am beyond grateful for the amazing service I received from this company. When the gentleman (Angel)showed up, it turned out that I didn’t need to have the drain snaked for the kitchen sink that had backed up, but he graciously looked at it anyways. Axel and the plumber that showed up with the camera were very professional, knowledgeable, informative. They also showed up in a short time frame. They went above and beyond to mark out where exactly the blockage was. They weren’t pushy, and understood that I was going to be doing my own repairs. I will definitely be calling these guys back when needed. As a bonus, they were a smaller, local company. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat from what I experienced today.

Our drain pipes were 62 year old cast iron. The drain pipe under our kitchen had totally disintegrated. I called another well known plumber to diagnose and give me an estimate for the repair. The list of repairs was extensive and the sticker shock immense. I then called Top Notch and spoke with Frank. He calmed me down and said he would take a look at our pipes and suggested that I get a few more quotes. I got a total of 6 quotes. I then circled back to Frank. He gave us the best quote with the most permanent solution. They ended up having to reroute our kitchen drain through our back yard, descale the drain pipes and put in a drain liner. Frank sent Carlos to do the job. Carlos was truly AMAZING! He and his crew worked very long hard hours. They were polite, friendly, clean and very helpful. We will never call anyone else if we ever have any plumbing challenges. We highly recommend them!

Very professional. One of the best plumbers I have worked with in a long time. I had a plate full of spaghetti plumbing that they were able to reconstruct and make work perfectly. Not to mention repairing it the same day as the leak!

Danny does Amazing work, honest, on time, extremely helpful, professional and very fair on price. Danny was contacted to assist with a clogged toilet that turned out to be a larger issue that needed to be addressed. Danny was hired by the home owner independently to address the larger problem that required more extensive work. The project scope was mutually agreed upon and the work was scheduled. Upon completion, the home owner had nothing but good things to say and everything was good except for the outstanding bill not being paid. Following the completion of the job, the home owner provided a 1 star review with little to no explanation. When questioned what the issue was, again, no info was provided. If the home owner wanted to look elsewhere for other quotes there was ample time as this was not an emergency situation, this was just an issue that needed to be addressed sooner or later. Job scope, scheduling and price were all agreed upon. Hire Danny, he does good work.

Whole house re-pipe. Guys are great, professional, courteous, did everything on the estimate and more. They had previously replaced all outgoing pipes (sewer) and upgraded the system and was very satisfied so when new problem to incoming water supply was detected I had them give me an estimate and they were the lowest price estimate I received so I went with them and am very glad I did.

I have older plaster walls and Danny was very careful not to cause more damage and cleaned up after so we didn’t have to. It's been 2 years, that clean my septic tank and it was full. Plus the clean up pipe got a little damage. I contacted them to clean my tank. Jonathan the owner came and clean my tank and for a great, little extra charge they even clean my pipes and put some cleaner to keep the tank clean for a longer time. They also went beyond just cleaning my septic tank. Sense the clean out pipe was a little damage they help me repair it for no charge. This guys take there jobs serious and really care for there customers. Love this guy's. Highly recommend.

Wow!!! Thanks to Jonathan and the whole team here at Easy Rooter. We replaced the Pilot and Thermocouple assembly on our water heater that keeps going out in the winter. But by GOD'S grace, Jonathan's expertise identified the problem as the Smart Valve. Got the right part. Replaced it effectively and did it all with World Class Professionalism, Service, Knowledge, and Friendliness. Wouldn't go anywhere else, and neither should you. Cheers and GOD BLESS!!
