On Xmas day, the hot water faucet handle on my kitchen sink fell off and created a geyser. I called several plumbing companies who gave high consultation fees. Most weren’t available until the next day. Fortunately, I found Advanced Plumbing and Drain. Tim answered the phone and scheduled me for the next day between 7-8. Alex kept me updated as to his arrival time. I opened the door to a very friendly happy plumber who put us at ease. He was professional and knowledgeable. Alex did a quick fix at a fair price so that we could celebrate Christmas that day.

Dean was awesome! Took care of clogged drain lines and installed a faucet at the kitchen sink. Also helped with adjusting the hot water in our shower stall. Professional, friendly, efficient and hard working! Couldn’t ask for more.

We were paired with Rudy and Oscar from Superior Plumbing through our home warranty company, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and exceptionally thorough. True experts who take pride in their work and deliver outstanding results. A previous plumber had written our issue off as unfixable, but Rudy and Oscar approached it with patience, skill, and determination. The other plumber hadn’t even attempted to remove the cast iron pipe cap, but they recognized that was the key to gaining proper access to the line. It was extremely stuck, yet they had the right tools, expertise, and persistence to get it open and fully unclog the drain. They communicated clearly, respected our home, cleaned up afterward, and ensured everything was functioning properly before leaving. They also took the time to explain what had caused the issue and offered practical advice on how to help prevent it in the future . They never asked for a review or tried to upsell us on additional services — their only focus was resolving the problem correctly and completely. As new homeowners, we’re incredibly grateful for their professionalism and integrity. We will absolutely be rehiring Superior Plumbing (and specifically Rudy and Oscar) for any future plumbing needs. It was a long drawn out process due to having to navigate inside the shower wall with all new parts. A cover plate was too small to cover the hole... that piece alone took over 2 months to receive. Three appointments later the job was done immaculately. Jose is a "Keeper for always!" The install became a whole day process, and not once did I hear frustration or agitation. He explained the alternate option and answered my questions and concerns. A genuinely excellent plumber with patience. The staff in the office always worked with my schedule and were professional and friendly with the reschedules. The pricing increased one time due to the extra work. I couldn't ask for more. Superior Plumbing is in my contacts for good!

Superior Plumbing returned my call within a couple of hours on a Sunday. Their plumber was on site 2-3 hours later and made a repair within 45 minutes. My houseguest was very pleased and I handled the whole thing from New Jersey! The cost was very reasonable for an emergency repair, under $300.

It was clear from the moment he enter the property and examined the boiler, the water storage tank, drainage system and a few other plumbing- related systems, that he knew what he was doing. He identified where there was an immediate need for service, and where things could wait if there are budgetary constraints. Arch has been servicing my building for years. First with a new water heater, which required the old heater to be sawed in half to make it down the stairwell. They are resourceful, creative and have a can do attitude. My point person, June, helped initiate an emergency issue. Mark and Clarice came and serviced us with replacing a corroded pipe, installing a new expansion tank and backflow components. Could not have been nicer and very efficient. June followed up to ensure the work was completed as discussed. Plumbing is expensive but their prices seem reasonable compared to others in the city and their attention to detail, service and follow up makes it worth it. Thank you!

Service Pros Plumber completed a trenchless sewer replacement in a first class manner. A free camera inspection was done and a detailed written estimate was provided promptly. After getting two other opinions and bids we selected Service Pros. The job was completed promptly exactly as scheduled and was permitted and approved by both city and sewer inspectors. The staff was professional, courteous, and cleaned the job site thoroughly leaving it almost entirely as it was. I heartily recommend them.

Ray Alvarez was professional in his introduction. One of his biggest assets is his ability to listen - I had a lot to say. I had already been under the house. Ray went under the house, confirmed what I had seen, and explained what had previously been done wrong - what needed to be corrected. The toilet was re-installed and Ray came back the next day to start and complete the project. I came home from work, inspected his work and was very impressed. I brought my level down under and was pleased to see more drop in the new 60' drain line and the sewer line was finally connected properly and backfilled as it should have been done 10 years prior by another contractor. Workers were neat and clean for a nasty job. My only complaint is Ray killed all my spiders🕷️🤣

Every team member that I worked with from Service Pro Plumbers, by phone or on site, were amazing. It was a crisis time for me to be without water and although I had to wait through the process to get a clearance from Home Serve they helped keep me calm and assured me I was in good hands. Wilber Amaya was the main plumber who installed our new water line. He was professional and answered all my questions throughout the installation process. He was extra careful to remove only a small part of our hedge and it was amazing to see how he dug around the massive roots of our 70 plus year old orange tree. I recommend Service Pro Plumbing and Wilber without reservation. Although it took more time than I would have liked to get Home Serves approval they too recognized the stress I was under and work extra hard to find a plumber company who could see me in two days instead of five or more. I appreciate the way they took my situation seriously and helped secure Service Pro Plumbers for me. The job was over $8,000 and I could not have handled the cost without Home Serve insurance.

Very satisfied. Next-day appointment, arrived early in predicted time window. Jake was efficient and pleasant, quoted basic price up front after viewing backed-up basement drain in front. Sure enough, roots from old junipers. O'Grady had all the right stuff. Jake snaked all the way to back of house with visual, so "bonus" is report that general condition of drain is OK. Thanks!

Called at 1pm and they were out within 90 mins. I highly recommend this company. From their office staff to the technician that completed the work. They both were friendly and kept me up to date on progress with texts and pics (my choice as i was not on site). The tech found the issue and corrected it. 10 out 10 in my book. Unbelievable assistance to a mystery matter which O'Grady resolved seamlessly! I actually had another plumbing co. do work prior and they left behind a matter, called them for follow up and they never responded. Contacted O'Grady for help and they were willing to assess the prior work. They did so in a professional and diligent manner. Asking all the right questions to execute the job and resolved the mystery of the other company's negligence. They were totally on top of scheduling, confirming appointment via text and email to update service arrival status...AMAZING! Very professional. I'm so impressed! First of all, when I called big brother’s plumbing, an actual human being answered the phone, even though it was Friday evening. Then when angel arrived to fix what I thought was the P-trap under the bathroom sink, he nailed what the real problem was and tried his very best to fix it so that it would match the rest of the hardware. That was not possible, even though he tried several options. But he was pleasant and efficient and informative. He even made a few phone calls on my behalf really nice time as plumbing problems go I would recommend them. They are honest and on the case and humans answer the phone.

The first company we had called, the guy came and didn’t look properly and said we have to install a new one. Total being $6800 to replace the water heater which was way to expensive and big brothers plumbing charged less then $250. Big Brother Plumbing saved us so much money and time and did everything to fix it. Thank you so much and one of the nicest people we worked with, definitely recommend this.

Angel was amazing! Very calm & professional compared to me who was in a panic over a failed water heater w/water everywhere. Angel was very clear about the costs & came out the same day. Ruben & Jesus installed the new water heater the same day I called & passed the city’s permit inspection the next day, no problems at all.
