Highly recommend Drain Masters! I just had Tony from Drain Masters come and visit my condo because of a gas leak in my water heater. It was a same-day call, so I was already pleased with the quick scheduling and responsiveness. Tony was very friendly and incredibly helpful in diagnosing the cause of the leak and fixing it all within minutes. He also gave me a couple of pointers about the water heater (age, drainage points, etc.) but he made it clear to me that I still have a couple of years left with it and didn’t need to replace it just yet. Tony was also transparent about the current estimated cost of replacement so that I know what to expect going forward. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate honest, transparent contractors who quote you a fair price for necessary services and aren’t just trying to upsell you. It makes all the difference in keeping my business. I would 100% recommend Drain Masters, and I plan to use them for all of my future plumbing concerns going forward.

We called Drain Masters Plumbing Company at 3pm on Labor Day due to a hideous noxious smell coming from underneath our kitchen sink behind the drywall. It was permeating the whole house so much that we had on the a/c with all the windows open and we were wearing masks. Zeek answered the phone right away, listened and then said George would be at the house in a half hour. George showed soon after and immediately diagnosed the kitchen problem and then went under our house. He also found an old 1956 cast iron pipe that was rusting and needed to be replaced. He said the $75 service call would be put toward our repairs and he would return at 10am the following day. George showed up on time the next day and Jose was not far behind. They cut through the drywall and low and behold, an amazingly rusted and decomposing old 1956 pipe was the smell culprit. George brainstormed an excellent solution and he and Jose got supplies and worked tirelessly for hours to solve our problem efficiently and with good long term results. Afterwards, Jose went under the house and performed the pipe surgery successfully and expeditiously. We are very grateful they were available on a stifling hot holiday weekend to help us. George's expertise and experience diagnosing and working through the problem and Jose's skillful execution were truly incredible to watch. We plan on using them in the future for all our plumbing needs. Drain Masters Plumbing Co prices are fair, have a 10 year warranty and they are all kind and courteous. George and Jose go the extra mile cleaning up afterwards and hauling away the old pipes and trash. These guys have decades of experience between them and George truly is the Plumbing Whisperer.

Highly recommend this company! From the first phone engagement with Zeek he has answered me with helpful information and said George will be out within 30 minute or less. George arrived shortly after to my house and once I showed him the issue he quickly knew the solution. He recommended our main value to be snaked and did an excellent job from beginning to end. Eduardo arrived early on the day of my service call. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. He explained what he would be doing in terms that were easy to understand and preformed the task quickly and efficiently. Tested it all and I am highly satisfied that I made the right choice in calling the ASAP Drain Guys and was extremely fortunate that Eduardo was the professional assigned to my call. There has been a recurring main plumbing line problem that I have been dealing with for years... which ended up being a piece of 2" ABS in my 3" main line, likely from the previous owner and not disclosed when I purchased the home. Initially company "X" came out and gave me an estimate but said they could not guarantee their work. I waited and dealt with the problem on my own for years and finally had a friend refer me to ASAP. I could not be happier and super pleased to have 2 gentlemen Andrew & Angel do an excellent job on my property. Office staff was very thorough, communicative, and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone... and of course they fixed the problem!

We have used Arrow Plumbing several times over the past years. Their service is always prompt and dependable. Today, Nacho worked on repairing valves in a faucet that leaked. He had to travel a fair distance to get the needed parts. He kept us posted on his return to our home. When he returned, he completed the project quickly. I found Core Plumbing through Yelp because I had a kitchen sink leak issue that has been an issue on and off for months and has just gotten worse. Core Plumbing did a free estimate and I also appreciate the transparency. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and helpful! He explained what was wrong, what he was doing, and why, which I truly appreciate. They ended up fixing the water pressure (which was reading at 82 versus the 65 that it should be), replacing the air gap, the air admittance valve, and replaced the piping that was previously glued (so if there is blockage, we can easily remove and clear the pipe and put it back on). He also advised of additions that would be helpful, but did not try to oversell me, which I appreciate and have written down his recommendations. The work was done within the day and I couldn’t be happier, a bunch of stress off the shoulders - thank you, Kevin, and Core Plumbing! Would definitely recommend (pictures are before and after)!

I am very impressed with Elite. I (unfortunately) have had to use a lot of plumbers in san Diego which I never felt I was getting the whole picture and would end up spending a few dollars cheaper but be left to repeat the need for the service. DeAndre specifically was who showed up on my job and his clear diagnosis and cost estimate was spot on. He is very professional as well as a hard worker looking for ways to solve the issue. Not only do I recommend them I have already used them on another job. I absolutely recommend giving them a call due to their first concern is fixing the job right not just trying to get a quick job.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Elete Rooter Plumbing to install a new toilet in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed. The technician, Steven Johnson, who came out was absolutely excellent. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and incredibly courteous. He walked me through the entire process, made sure I was comfortable with the choices, and executed the installation flawlessly. Not only was the work done efficiently, but he also left the area spotless afterward, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was just a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly advise you get a second quote with a different plumber!!! Needed a smart toilet installed along with automatic water shutoff switch installation for insurance purposes. They were very responsive, offered to come out very soon. Toilet was installed, plumber said that we were going to have to move the valve in order to get a correct fit. This would involve tearing down drywall, and more money. I told him to just install to make it functional, can worry about the valve later. As for the shutoff switch, he quoted me at $2250(!!) to get it installed. I own the equipment, all I needed was the installation. He said something about due to the size of my main water line, it was going to be incredibly expensive. I got a second quote with a different local plumber.... $450 for the valve + looked at the toilet install and said that no further work is necessary. Feel like they were definitely trying to make some extra money off of me. Plumber was a nice guy but I cannot see myself recommending this company to anyone due to the insane upcharge in services compared to the competition.

My shower handle had become stiff and difficult to control. The technician repaired the internal cartridge efficiently and now the handle moves freely. I can control water flow and temperature easily. The repair was fast and the area was left spotless.

Our shower suddenly lost pressure and started spraying unevenly. The plumber performed a thorough shower repair, checking valves, cartridges and the internal piping. He cleared mineral buildup, replaced a worn washer and realigned the fixture. Now the water pressure is fully restored and the shower feels better than ever.

I communicated with Michelle, the coordinator for the company, and she is always friendly and responsive. Their price is very reasonable compared to a few other companies I quoted. I liked their fix of my gas leak so I decided to hire them to flush my tankless water heater too. Michelle scheduled for me quickly and the technician came at the scheduled time and got it done nicely. I will definitely use Remedy Rooter for my future plumbing projects.
