I have hired Smart Plumbers over the past 10 years for a rental and my residence. My experiences have always been positive. Relative to the costs associated with plumbing, I believe Smart Plumbers has been affordable and I can depend on them for a quality job. For this specific job, Joe and Victor removed a water treatment unit and reconnected the main line in my home. In doing so they also installed a cutoff valve in the line accessible from inside my garage.

Called them after 10:15 am. Technician was here by 11:05 am. Very thorough. Snaked sewer line in several places. Clog is gone! Great service. Have used this company for years. Highly recommend.

We had a big sewer line blockage. Luis and another guy came out in a timely manor, installed a two way clean out in our front yard and had us up and running in about 4 hours. I was so grateful as I’d had back surgery just a few days prior and it wasn’t an option to run and find a public bathroom somewhere. They kept us informed through the whole process.

We had a leaking washing machine for months we couldn’t find out why… We tried a lot of things and then we called $15 Sewer and Drain, best move we ever made. The Plumber took one look at the situation and in less than an hour he had cleared out the pipes, the adjoining sink and the P-Trap. It was magic… and no more leaks. Rueben was awesome! Plumber was on time, friendly, and wore shoe covers. He assessed the situation and went to work. He got the blockage cleared and then cleaned the whole sink area. Very professional.

it was 700 pm when i called. plumber was here very quick after initial phone call. came out and gave me the options available to fix the clogged drain main drain. Got to it and got it done. Drain fixed. professional and very clean. He deserves a raise. 5 stars.

Cesar and Francisco came to my house and were extreme professional, courteous, helpful, and amazing. They were able to fix the problem with no cost to me and they were able to give me information about my mom‘s washer and dryer that I didn’t know about as it pertain to the drainage. They worked for especially Francisco, who is an amazing gentleman for an hour, even though the piping behind the washer was difficult and best to clear out, he did his best and then when we ran the washer and the rinse cycle took, he was able to fix the problem at no cost, and then Cesar came by later, and between the two of them, I was amazed at their professionalism and their help. There should be a some kind of award that they should be given for their kind of extra help to the customer. I was glad that I could put this review out there because I’ve been a little late in offering this testimony of amazing service!

I highly recommend Rooter Solutions, especially Cesar and Francisco. We needed plumbing services for a sewer line backup and called Rooter Solutions for a quote. Cesar came out and was thorough and professional as he worked to figure out how to fix the problem. Francisco did the work. He is hard working and very knowledgeable. He took care to keep our house clean when accessing the crawl space in a closet, explained what he was doing, and even offered advice for improvements on plumbing deficiencies he noticed while here. He also worked late to make sure we were up and running for the night. I liked their work so much we decided to have Rooter Solutions move a supply line pressure regulator from an underground Christy box to a more accessible location. These guys are pros. I’d use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

We had our main sewage line replaced at our 1967 house after issues with all our toilets and drainage. Cesar and Bryan were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. What stood out was when they dug up the line, they found additional problems that would've pushed us over budget. Instead of just quoting the extra cost, they worked with us to find solutions that kept everything within our original price range. That kind of flexibility and understanding made a stressful situation much easier. The patch-up work after completion was exceptional - you honestly can't tell any digging happened at all. The yard looks like it did before they started. Professional, accommodating, and clearly care about their customers beyond just getting the job done. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Flow City Plumbing. I have used them for sometime and have had nothing but exceptional work done. I've had them do some pretty big jobs but today I needed someone to come out and unclog my toilet. Carlos, Veronica and Mike came out within 30 minutes, snaked the pipe and within minutes and had the toilets flushing without any problems. Everyone in the household appreciated the quick response! Kitchen sink backed up on a Friday morning. Called Flow City and Veronica answered right away — friendly, professional, and had someone headed out to me fast. Technician showed up, got the clog cleared quickly, and explained what caused it. No runaround, no upselling. Solid experience all around.

Had a main back up. Called for service and the tech was at my house in just over an hour. Was very cordial, professional, and competent. My clean out was very difficult to access, but the tech knew every trick in the book to get the snake inserted properly. Cleared the plug and everything is now back to normal. Very quick and painless. The company also utilizes a tablet for everything and emails you all docs at completion. Did not compare pricing. The price given was a bit high, but not excessive. And the fast response and resolution made it money well spent. I'll remember to call Miracle for my next plumbing need.

Our kitchen sinks backed up Sunday night. I did all I could that night and the next morning but had to call a plumber. Miracle arrived within 60 minutes, called when they were on there way. Chris was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He asked all the right questions to diagnose quickly, gave great tips on how to avoid future problems, then ran a few tests and checked out our clean-outs. The clog ended up clearing while he was here because of the work I had done and he explained why. He said there's no need for us to spend money or for him to do any work today, but to call back if we have future problems. I love that type of honesty in contractors. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and Chris at Miracle is an exception. I highly recommend them.

+5 stars for the polite staff on the phone -1 star for using pipe thread tape to seal between bathroom sink drain and tail piece...ON THE OUTSIDE! No jamb or coupling nut used. Really? -1 star for my hot water tank exit hose leaking in less than 2 years. Yes, it's a good thing I installed leak detection sensors otherwise this could have been an expensive fix AGAIN! I do recognize 5-2 doesn't = 2...but this work doesn't deserve higher.

Worked with Mike on the drain clogging issue. Mike was very quick to diagnose the issue and provide a straightforward assessment and mitigation plan. No long winded explanations or side tracking arguments. He provided a reasonable estimate. And was able to fix the clogging issue at its root in a quick turn around time. Overall glad to work with him and will continue to use Superior plumbing team for future issues.

Great service. It was quick and it was easy. I had to have a detection device installed in the house for the insurance company. I called Superior plumbing. They were here next day and actually we're able to finish it on the same day.

Had a leaky faucet by the tub that was serviced by Dylan Abela of Superior Plumbing. He set expectations on whats going to happen in order to fix the problem. After checking and dismantling the handle, he identified the issue was and needed, which is a new Delta cartridge, which he already has in his truck. He managed to remove the cartridge with some difficulty as the old cartridge broke when he was trying to get it out. It took a little wd40 and some drilling, but as soon as it was out, putting in the new cartridge was easy. I highly recommend Dylan as he did such a good job in fixing this issue in a clear and timely matter. 2/12/26 estimated time start: 12pm estimated time end: 12:30pm

Our kitchen sink backed up Christmas night (of course!) and when I called this morning I received professional help, a text when my tech was on the way, and an excellent repair when he arrived. This review is for Andy Hernandez from Superior Plumbing who was fantastic to work with: professional, knowledgeable, and more importantly, honest. I had an issue with a clogged toilet that turned out to be on the city side. City arrived promptly to flush the main, and Andy took it upon himself to stick around to ensure all was good on my side before leaving. Didn’t end up using his service this go around, but really appreciated his transparency while on-site. Would use his service in the future as needed.

Excellent experience. Andy was able to do a repair that the competition didn’t want to attempt, saving me thousands. Superior Plumbing is appropriately named. I will be calling the back, but hopefully no time soon.

Axel, Thomas and Luis with Drain and Water were great to work with! Quick to come out and give us a quote; we needed to get all the plumbing under our house replaced - it was LONG over due. We got a couple quotes from other companies and Drain & Water worked best for our budget and timeline. We are very pleased with the work they did, would highly recommend.

I got 3 estimates for a trenchless replacement of my sewer pipe from the front yard to the street. I was very impressed by Alex who came out to look over the project in order to make an accurate estimate. He made notes of my concerns about certain large plants which would need to be uprooted and assured me that they would be set aside and replanted. It was also necessary to remove 3 stones from a custom walkway near the entry point of their equipment and, again, Alex made a note of the extra attention required and included it in his written estimate. Alex explained the process, step by step from exposure of pipe, to hole digging, to permit and replacement. He gave me a best and worst case timeline (depending on when a city inspector would be available to sign off). The estimate was in my email box by the end of the day. The crew arrived on schedule and all work was done promptly and completed on schedule. There was just one hour when I was unable to flush the toilet due to the work in progress. Thomas was there to oversee the project and make sure things were done correctly and that care was taken to protect my landscaping and stone pathway. I could not be more satisfied with the work done and how much attention was paid by Thomas to leaving my property in good and clean, tidy repair. I recommend this company!

Armando did an awesome job fixing my bathroom plumbing issues! My faucet was leaking and both the sink and bathtub drains were draining incredibly slowly. Armando was professional, punctual, and quickly diagnosed the source of the clog and fixed the leaky faucet. He is also very kind and humble and cleaned up everything after the fixing. Armando was awesome! His company, Plumbing Point, was recommended by my neighbor after he repaired a water leak at her water meter. We had the same leak at our water meter. He gave us a quote, showed up the next day at the time he said, and fixed the leak by 3pm. He communicated exactly what he would be doing. Worked super efficiently and got the job done beautifully. Of course no one wants to deal with a costly plumbing issue, but if you have to you want it to be done right. I feel Armando and Plumbing Point is a company you can trust to get the job done well. On Sunday, I needed immediate service so I started going down the list of plumbers near me that are open 24/7. Four different businesses didn’t answer the phone and one said they only take appointments…. What??? Drain Doctor Fremont was next and I was assured someone would be at my home within the hour. The technician was here within 30 minutes and just as quickly he had cleared the drain from the street. Both the office and the technician were very courteous and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. The task was completed, but I will tell you service makes all the difference! Job well done, and it let me get back to my weekend quickly!

OK, this is overdue. Last month I noticed water on the garage cement floor and thought it was just moisture. After careful review I noticed that the water heater was leaking. I called four different plumbers to get estimates with Drain Doctor being the first one I called. A little history of my previous water heater is in order. in 2019 I was overseas, and the heater broke and leaked all over the garage damaging some important personal items. My girlfriend at the time called a plumber who installed a new heater and what a mess it was. That plumber used galvanized steel for the inlet and outlet of the heater lines. Routed the pressure relief pipe into the water heater pan rather than outside of the pan and installed my recirculating pump facing the side wall where I could not gain access. Additionally, the gas line reservoir was installed by the water heater rather than near the gas line valve coming out of the wall. There were no 2x4 boards in the back of the heater for earth quake bracing and the water lines were not earth grounded, all of which are city compliance requirement. To say the least it was a cluster F. When Bobby from Drain doctor showed up, he immediately pointed out the nonconformance of the water heater and gave me a bottom-line price from his standard pricing book which no other plumbers could beat. Some quotes were almost double and after negotiating with those plumbers they got close to Bobby's price which didn't sit well with me. So, I decided to go with Bobby and that proved to be fortuitist based on his efficient and compliant work. Bobby is a plethora of plumbing information or more like a Wikipedia of plumbing. He does have a laid back and straight forward attitude but don't let that fool you. He's the top gun in his industry. Anyway, I've read some of the negative reviews and in each case, there has been a unique set circumstance that all of us experienced in our daily life but over 99%+ of Drain Doctor reviews are very positive. I can't tell you how happy we are with his work and in fact our outside main water line inlet valve was broken, unbeknown to us and we had him come back the next day to fix that as well. I didn't bother getting other quotes because I knew Bobby would give us a competitive price but more importantly do the job right. Anyway, you can't go wrong with Drain Doctor and ask for Bobby. Bobby is your man. Lastley, I don’t usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with the work I was compelled to write about our experience. Thank you, John A.
