I called Titan plumbing to have my shower drain and sink unclogged. The scheduling staff was so helpful and friendly. The plumbers were professional, courteous and had the job done promptly. The pricing was reasonable. I will definitely be using Titan plumbing again.

Titan plumbing did an exceptional job.They are defeintly honest and respectful workers looking out for the customer and not like the big Corprate plumbing services that try to charge like a doctors salary.They helped me with my 90feet of trenchless plumbing for my main seewer line for a reasonable price way below RR SERVICES that quoted me for 15000 🤣. They were respectful and considerate of thier heavy machinery that made noise that the techs would approach my wife to notify her every time the machine would come on. These plumbers took care of me and my family that we are satisfied and wrote down thier number on our contacts for future plumbing needs. These plumbers are the best in central cal. They even helped me with qualifying for 12 months free financing with no additional charges. I highly recommend their services.

Incredible service and response time. We had a main sewer line clog/break. We called them at noon on a Saturday for an emergency appointment, they arrived within the hour and by 4 pm they had completed the replacement of 30 feet of pipe underneath the dirt driveway. This was a fix for my grandparents home so they sent me pictures before and after the job was completed. The payment system was online and easy. Plus the job has a one year warranty. I highly recommend their services to anyone. We truly appreciated their professionalism and response time. Thank you.

Rescue Hero Plumbing came out and really rescued us from a possible disaster. They are available 24 hours, and they do their work with speed and mastery. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of our Septic System. They repaired a broken pipe leading to our septic tank and did it in half a day. We would recommend them for any septic service you might have.

Westin from Rescue Hero Plumbing came out early this morning for what I thought was a clogged toilet, but it turned out to be an issue with the main line. Westin diagnosed it quickly then fixed the problem fast, and the price was super affordable. Excellent service would highly recommend.

Mikr did a great job unclogging the toilet. He serviced us after hours especially since he drove out of his way during New Year's Eve. Mike didn't mind helping us during this emergency situation. He was friendly and communicated very well.

I really appreciate Payless Plumbing & Rooter coming out on a Saturday to help with an emergency repair. They clearly explained the charges upfront, were professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. The plumber made sure everything was working properly before leaving and answered all of my questions. Great service and I’m very thankful for the quick response.

Albert came to try and help me solve why my water heater pilot light would not stay lit. He said that while he got it to turn on he would have to come back with a part that he didn’t not have. I asked him if he could show me how he got it to turn on at all because I was sure it would turn off before he would be able to come back. He did not show me. When I called back because it in fact turned off again after a few hours I was told by receptionist that the earliest he could come back was the following day. And more than likely I would have to pay for them to come out again. I was unsure as to why I would have to pay again since the original problem I called for had not been fixed. I called because the pilot light would not stay lit and it had turned off again and Albert had already said he would have to come back with the part. The receptionist informed me that Albert had notated that the issue was resolved and that he did something to a wire. He had told me that wire would have to be replaced and he did not have it. So again I am confused as to why i would have to pay again since he has not finished the original repair.

Charles came and fixed our drain from the washing machine it was backing up into the kitchen sink and he snaked it and cleaned his mess up. We were just totally happy with his service and he was friendly and courteous and very polite. I just wanted to give him five stars and say he needs a raise for sure he was by far one of the better plumbers or handyman that we’ve ever had. The prices were reasonable and now we have no problem since he left super happy thank you Charles.! Will for sure recommend your business to anyone we know that needs a service you provide

Best service I could have hoped for! I called them after hours on Friday the 13th. The bill was less than half another company charged me on regular time, And that other company left little messes, and I learned they probably used a small snake that didn’t clean the line we’ll and that’s why the service only lasted 2 months . Your tech told me that they send him last minute and he only had short snake and it didn't reach althe way thru. This tech used 85ft snake and I was watching to make sure it went all the way thru. Same tech went to my house with same shrt snake and didn't reach to the end and had to donit 3 times and then you tried to charge me for more than 1 drain but I complained then you took off the ectra charges. When the tech left water was going very slow because he didn't clean it al the way. I had the same drain cleared by them in December but the tech didn't have the longer snake and wasn't able to clear completely. He told me if any problem he will come back to clear with longer snake with no charge but I called them back and they refused to it for free and charge me the full amount again for their fault. Your tech told me to come back for no charge. Kitchen has been closed and 1st time we used on on Monday and draining very slow. Even this wanted to stop but I made him to put snake all the way thru and cleared everything. I should get full refund but 1/2 will be nice to keep me as a customer. Thanks 🙏

I won’t use another plumber—Hometown Plumbing is professional, fair, and genuinely compassionate. They’re focused on fixing the issue, incredibly prompt, never waste time, and clearly know what they’re doing. Their tracking system also lets you know exactly when they’re on the way. We were referred to them last-minute after going five days without hot water, and they rearranged their schedules to come out the same day our part arrived—on two separate occasions. Water heater went out on a Friday afternoon called and had someone scheduled for Sunday but was called Saturday morning that they could come out and do an evaluation. Jason came out saw the unit and made several recommendations and explained the different types of water heaters that they offered and called to see if they had in stock n which they did. Said he could have a team out on Sunday. Later in the morning called and said he didn’t want me to go without hot water and that he could have someone come out in about an hour if that was ok. Said was perfect and they came out and installed the new unit same day. Jason was a great help and was very professional and knowledgeable about the types of water heaters and what would be best for us. I highly recommend anyone needing any HVAC, plumbing and any need to give Jason and the can do crew a call. You will not be disappointed

I needed to have 2 New Toilets changed out and after looking at the good reviews, I decided to give Can Do Crew Plumbing a call. The person scheduling my appointment was very friendly and courteous. I was scheduled for 12-2 the next day. I received emails and text informing me of my appointment as well as who the technician would be. JB was our assigned technician and he showed up on time being very professional and courteous. JB went to work right away removing the old toilets. JB cleaned the area and replaced the new toilets in a timely manner. He was very careful while doing his work and did not rush the job. Jason was very professional. He had another co-worker there I don't recall his name. But both of them were very professional and kept their cool LOL, despite the major work that had to be done. I know I would have blown my lid, but Jason and his coworker tackled the job and got it done. They both went above and beyond to do the work. Highly recommend them. We had to have a new sewer line installed - they were very professional with coordinating between PG&E, the cement workers, and their own crew. It was done in a timely manner. We also had a leak below our tile floor with our water heater. They were able to avoid breaking up the tile floor by rerouting through the attic. Can’t remember all the details, just know they didn’t have to ruin my brick wall in my kitchen or the tile floor. Problem was solved. Also they are quick to come out. Very pleased with their service.

With the year we have been having, it was no surprise to wake up the morning we were going to meet with the oncologist to find out our water heater died. Of course it did... I called Cisnero Brothers for the first time to have my water heater serviced and possibly repaired for not heating water. The overall service was Superb. The ladies over the phone were polite and professional. Sergio, the Best Plumbing Technician, came out to service my heater . He did an excellent job with the installation of a brand new Navien tankless water heater. Great guy, professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. Victor, the Plumbing Manager, did an excellent job at explaining my options and addressing all my concerns. Definitely a great listener, understanding and willing to earn my business. We had an emergency and Daniel and Cristian came out same day to take a look at our leak. From the team at the office to the guys coming out to our house, the entire company was very professional and did not give me the vibe of being sleazy.
