Wonderful experience with this company and the owner! My laundry room flooded when I was doing a load of laundry and water was simultaneously backing up into my kitchen sink. When I originally called to see if they could help me I was immediately put at ease by the phone call - James (the owner) answered all of my questions and was very kind and patient. When he came out to my house he was very nice and professional and fixed the issue easily! Well under an hour, and he had me run the washer while he was there just to be sure it was all draining properly again and to put my mind at ease. I’m so thankful! I’m also happy to find out they do general plumbing repairs/work too, so this will be my go-to company from now on! Yay! Highly recommend!

The plumbers did an excellent job finding and fixing my water leak. They carefully checked all the pipes and explained everything before starting the repair. Even though the main water line needed to be replaced, they made sure to do the work in the most cost-effective way possible. Santiago and Blake were always on time, calling ahead before they arrived each day to make sure someone was home. The new main line was installed with great skill, and now I feel much more confident about my plumbing. The whole experience was smooth, and I’m very happy with the results. Second time I’ve used Jon of Plumber Jon’s Plumbing and I will continue to use him because he’s a true professional. He repaired both toilets (installed new parts) and unplugged my sink for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. It’s like I have two new toilets. Jon worked with and looked out for my parents for years, always and STILL giving great service. A few months ago my dad's caretaker smelled gas in our garage (I didn't smell a thing, she has a hypersensitive nose) I called Jon and even though he had a busy schedule that day, he fit us in immediately, found the gas leak, and fixed it! He took the time to really take an interest in my plumbing issue and to tell me about the history of his business so I could rest easy knowing I'd be hiring people who knew their stuff! Gave me honest upfront info about what to expect with the issue I was facing, and provided a quote that was very reasonable. Less than 2 hours later Darren knocked on our door and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the plumbing issue being a bigger job than he anticipated he stuck to his price quote and worked hard for almost 2 solid hours getting it fixed. Great job!! We called on a Sunday night, holiday weekend. First priority was saving us money and getting us the help we needed. Waited til Monday morning and got a text first thing from the company. Told them I still wanted the assistance and they sent technician within 2 hours. After a 15 minute visit by Patrick and quick fix my hot water was up and running again. He knew exactly what to do, and saved us from buying a new water heater. Do yourself a favor, and call Rob’s Plumbing.

We called PR Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor who chose them to do a complete re-pipe (PEX) replacement with all the ancillary fixtures. We decided to include a new on demand hot water heater at the same time. We are retired with my career spent in sales and marketing within the petroleum industry. So my experience has always been the benchmark for how others in the service industry conduct themselves while doing business. Well, we had a very refreshing experience from the introduction handshake with Rob to the final handshakes with Codie, and Eric. We spent the better part of a week with these gentlemen in our home, and from the first morning to the last afternoon they conducted themselves in a professional knowledgeable manner. They protected our hardwood floors, vacuumed and swept throughout each of the processes. As each one went about their work they paid particular attention to detail. I had quite a few questions as to what they were doing, and each one was addressed with patience and confidence. When the project was completed they reviewed all that was done and went over the functions of the new water heater. When they left after completion it was as though they’d never been here. ALF Plumbing was great! Devon was extremely kind, helpful and personable when getting my appointment set up. Enrique was also very nice and personable! When he fixed my shower, he reassured me to speak up if there was anything I’d like fixed numerous times. Also, their pricing is competitive compared to other, larger plumbing companies. I've been using Martin for nearly 20 years. I called a different company because they recently serviced my AC for free as a promotion. They charged me to access the situation, but their quotes were outrageous, and nothing was done to remedy the immediate issue. When I try to support a different company, I come back to him. LOL He is prompt, honest, and prices have always better than others. He is good at explaining things and providing different options. It's important to do business with people you trust, and he has always taken care of us. Thank you!

I noticed some watermark on my ceiling and have some concern that I may have a pipe leakage going on. I contact low-cost plumbing service and they came out and did a free inspection. Steven took his time and went through all the pipeline and found out that there was no leakage in the pipeline which was a good thing. He was able to pinpoint that the water was probably seeping through the roof vent, base on the evidence of watermarks along the vent pipe. After inspecting the roof, the vent did have breakage/cracks noted in the vent sealing that was allowing water to seep into the pipe which flow into the ceiling. He was able to reseal all of the roof vents to prevent any water from entering. Everything was done the same day, which was really fast and quick. Steven was very professional. He kept open communication and kept me in the loop of what’s going on during the whole entire process. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues. I feel that the price was reasonable and doable.

I had a water heater issue and contacted PDS Plumbing and Air for support. Kevin handled my call and explained the process then scheduled a technician to come out two days after. Jose and Manuel came in the morning of 1-30-26 to diagnose the water pooling issue and assess that a replacement water heater is required. We then came up and agreed on a reasonable estimate. I also had another leaking issue underneath our kitchen sink and was included to fix them as well. They then schedule the repair/replacement work in the afternoon. Another Jose showed up and provided a fast, professional and efficient service for the water heater replacement. Art was able to fix the leaking issue underneath our kitchen sink. He also did an excellent job. They are very friendly and kind and put effort into getting it done quickly and efficiently. My wife and I are incredibly grateful to them and would absolutely recommend the services of this company to family and friends. 👏👏👏

We had an emergency water tank leak and my garage was taking in water fast. We called for a free consultation. Understanding that this was an emergency, Caesar showed up within an hour and was ready and willing to solve my issue. Caesar provided 5 options ready to be executed with my approval within an hour. He walked us through every option in great details even a 5 yr old could understand. He was able to scramble a tech (Art) to rush here with the approved work order within 2 hrs. Art understood the importance of getting my hot water up and running ASAP. He was friendly, knowledgeable/ experienced.He finished in a timely manner and did a great job with the walk through. If I had to rate this company from the 2 guys that did the work, I'd say this company is top notch. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Great job guys!!

originally called for water main leaking, no issues with the repair kind of hard to screw up digging a hole . with good financing decided to upgrade my water heater. bad idea!!! got the power cord running across the utility sink until i can get an electrician. removed old lines and replaced with new left holes all over the place. no patches didn't even apply silicone just left wide open. removed the stand the old water heater was on and left nails sticking up from ground for me to step on. thanks for the Tetanus Shot. but at least the piping looks great
