Plumber's Adam A. and Lucas, were both friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, personable, respectful, informative; had a genuine care, and gave a 100 percent effort, in thoroughly taking care and cleaning of our under the home line; terrible grease clog, from the kitchen sink... Excellent. The front office staff person; Megan, answered the telephone when I first called, took notes, set up next day service, and follow-up staff member's assisted us with an earlier appointment time; again, being good on the telephone with communication. Very pleased with this service. Able to schedule repair easily. Calvin was on time at the beinning of the window. He assessed the problem, discussed repair and did the work quickly. He also handled a couple of other minor plumbig quetions I had and offered a drain cleaner, which I bought. He was very personable. I highly recommend him and Earl's Plumbing for great work.

The plumbers did an excellent job today. They replaced the old PVC water line and installed a new ball value with great skill and efficiency. They also checked the water pressure to make sure everything was running properly. Their work was clean, professional and completed in a timely manner. I appreciate how clearly they explained the process and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them!

My name is Sabrina D. Thrifty Rooter's technicians just left my home after unclogging a blockage that was causing my kitchen sink, dishwasher, washer machine, and laundry room sink to overflow. The technicians were personable and went out of their way to fix all the concerns I had in my home. I was very happy with their technical service. On the other hand, I had a true problem with their office staff, particularly a woman by the name of Karma I believe (ironic I know). She was rude and demining. She made sure to criticize me if I did not pick up her calls immediately and gave no indication that she appreciated my business. You are on her timetable, so you better pick up, or else. I was picking up my kids from school when I missed her call. When I called back, she and cancelled my service time and sent the technician to another home. I was upset. I had just talked to her that very morning and told her I would be home during my visit window of 2pm to 4pm. When my husband called to see what was going on, another office staff member, Kelly I believe, was very helpful, explained the situation, took notes on our availability, and apologized. AWESOME, exactly how customer service should be. Unfortunately, I did have to deal with Karma one more time which was another negative experience. Because of this one person I would NOT recommend Thrifty Rooters. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and appreciation.

The workers were very friendly and polite. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their septic tank cleaned. Thank you to Ryan for a great job. The guy with the little dog also did a very good job.

Fletchers Plumbing and Contracting Inc. came out yesterday and fixed my sewer and plumbing issues in a very professional and efficient manner. Josh was the technician who handled the job, and he did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain everything. The work was completed properly and on time. I truly appreciate the quality service and highly recommend them, especially Josh, for any plumbing needs.

We had a clog in our main line. I called Fletcher’s plumbing in Yuba city and they sent out Brian. Brian was very professional knowledgeable and was able to get my main line flowing. Recently my water heater went out. Fletcher was able to come out the next day and replace my failing system. Josh installed my new water heater with all the required appurtenances. He was professional and communicated in detail about all the work to be performed. My new system is working great! Also, my installation passed the water heater permit inspection today . Both of the guys that came here on that day are very memorable. To see colt work with his co worker was very impressive. That is the perfect team if there ever was a perfect team. These two work as one with respect. They were both very professional. When asked a question they was happy to explain everything. We was sad to see them go. Colt is a very good teacher and his partner was easy to teach, we cold see that just from watching them. If we could choose the person to come for any problems, we would love for it to be ether of these two men.

Our HVAC installer was Colt Magsam. He did a great job considering the challenging conditions (it was a tight space). He was always courteous, on time and left the work site in a clean condition. We appreciated his putting up with our noisy but friendly dogs. His assistant Brian was also friendly and very competent. Highly recommended.

Kosta was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and offer several solutions. He came back two days later with the new part and repaired my system. I was so happy to have heat again.

Nice guy but lacks experiences. I hired him to install a 4” fire pipe, during the test run, the system broke off in two spots. He did come back to fix it but it took a long time. Eventually it was fixed (looks like), but within 3 months the same spots broke off again. Now he is not coming back, saying that it has passed the 60 days warranty, and he is not serving my area anymore. The fire pipes have never been installed properly. Now I have a brand new but broken fire pipe system.

I hired Iron Strong to fix a leaking toilet. It had been adapted by a contractor to a handicap height and the extra wax ring leaked, with disastrous results. Efrain cleaned up the mold, located a replacement raised toilet, picked it up and installed it and hauled off the old toilet. He was competent, efficient, easy to work with and considerate of our need to get it done asap. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

Trevor Delogier of Plumbing Doctor and the crew, did an excellent job. Trevor has helped me before, but this was a big job. Replacing a sewer line. Things I didn’t understand, he took time to explain to me in detail. With respect to I might add. I’m 76 yrs. young and people (professionals, usually talk over you or above your head. So you’re afraid to ask what you really want to know.. again Trevor not only explained it he showed me every step before he did it! Thank you Trevor. You alleviated a lot of worry!

When I suspected I needed professional help for my main drain (roots), the whole process to find a professional service stressed me the most. Knowing that this work was going to be expensive, at least I wanted to have a job well done from a company you can trust. I am SO SATISFIED with the work John and his crew from Rooter Drain Expert did on my house that I do recommend them WITHOUT HESITATION. These guys are true professionals in every aspect. They know their job well and they performed it just as described. John explained every step taken, I could see they use good quality materials, they finish the job within the time frame promised; even after something not planned came up, they finish on time (staying one day up to 10 pm). The equipment they use is impressive, it helped to have the job done without interrupting our water or drain lines in three days (we only cut these services for about 3 to 4 hrs.). The pictures show it was not a small job; yet, they did not disrupt our home during all this time. I am more than satisfied with John but also thankful. I feel very confident the job was well done and I won’t have issues with it in the future. I can say now I do have a plumber. Thank you John and his crew.

John's Rooter and Plumbing did a large job for us in late November. It was somewhat expensive but worth every penny. John uses only top of the line parts and equipment. John and his crew were outstanding in every way. They were all polite and worked extremely hard.
