I'm in absolute awe of Hall's Plumbing! Their customer service, quick servicing, attention to detail and dedication to the job was phenomenal. I called late Friday afternoon, desperate for help, and not only did they comfort my worry they had 2 employees (Chris and Octavio) out by 10am Saturday morning. They went above and beyond to provide urgent assistance. Melanie the coordinator was extremely helpful as well! We cant thank them enough for being available and helping us figure out this situation. And I learned so much from them about the property but the most cool part- the drain clean out was on the roof! Wow.

Hall’s is my Go to Plumbing Service. I’ve been using them for several years. All of their service people are fantastic. They do a good job and clean up after they’re done. Called on a holiday and got a technician out same day. Allen did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and communicating each step with me. He was able to declog a drain and make my clients happy. We originally found Samuel as a top rated plumber in our area through NextDoor. He had come out to unclog a few of our lines soon after purchasing our new house and was communicative, efficient, and clean in the new house. We recently decided to start a laundry room renovation which required moving our hot water heater from the current mechanical closet and moving our washer/dryer hookups to another wall. Our old water heater was much past its useful life so we decided to fully replace it to heat pump electric utilizing the SMUD rebates. At the time, Platero Parada Plumbing was not a SMUD certified plumbing outfit, but we asked Samuel if he would be willing to apply for the rebate for us and within two hours he had submitted the paperwork. During the application process he discovered the water heater rebates were going to increase Feb 1, 2026, so we held off a couple extra days - the heads up saved us another grand. His crew came out and and worked late a couple days to make sure that we had hot water for showers in the morning which was much appreciated. They were very communicative throughout the process letting us know when they would arrive and their timeline each day of the process. During the process we decided we had to move the drain line a few inches to fit better behind the new washer/dryer unit. He happily made the change without charging us anything extra, even though he had to run back to the store to get a couple new connectors. We are now about a month in and everything is working well and looks very clean and neat. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to get certified by SMUD and push our SMUD rebate through. We highly recommend them and have given their business card to a number of our friends.

Samuel came out when our sewer was backed up and quickly diagnosed that the line needed to be replaced. He took the time to help us understand what was happening and thoroughly explained our options. Once we decided to move forward, he and his team were available immediately and got right to work installing the new sewer line. The quality of their work was excellent, and they completed the project quickly to get everything back up and running. Sam's communication was great throughout - he was upfront about everything and made sure we knew what was going on. Really helpful and easy to work with. Platero Parada Plumbing fixed leaks in my copper hot water line which was located in the crawl space under my house. It was a challenging job to drain the line, cut out the leaking joints, and replace the copper joints, and all this was done under the house in the crawl space, but Sam and his worker completed the job and they did a great job. Platero Parada Plumbing is professional, knowledgeable, honest, reliable, respectful, organized, clean, and they have competitive pricing. I originally found them thru a flyer in the mail, and when I looked them up on the internet, they had great reviews. I also liked that they are located in my neighborhood. I highly recommend them.

Absolute legend. I called Mike at 6:30 PM, hardly expecting an answer. Not only does he answer but he comes out THAT evening to help us with an emergency. He spends 3 hours here fixing the line blockage on our only bathroom. Life saver is an understatement. Honest, hard working, and built exactly like you want your plumber to be 💪🏼 excellent service

We had an emergency plumbing clog in our shower drain/toilet. Mike came out within 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and cleared the clog. He provided some important information to keep the drains from clogging again. His cost to fix it was the best price compared to other plumbers we have used in the past. Mike is hands down the best plumber I have ever worked with. I called him on a rainy Friday morning, and he answered right away. Within two hours, he was at my house for a free estimate. Talk about fast and reliable service. Originally, we planned to replace all our bathroom faucets, but after talking to Mike, we decided to just replace a few parts instead. We selected JK Plumbing to replace our sewer line in front yard, due to excessive roots intrusion. The sewer line was the original built in 1964. Alik was great! His bid was half the price of Mr. Drain and they completed the work in a very timely fashion. Everything was extremely professional and friendly. We highly recommend JK Plumbing and plan additional work in our bathroom due to the outstanding quality workmanship and friendly service.

So happy I found JK Plumbing. Alik was over at our house not long after I called. We had a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet by the end of the day. His work was quick, clean, and professional, all at a reasonable price. I will call him again the next time we need a plumber.

My old water heater stopped working on Sunday morning due to a leak from the bottom I called five different companies only two picked up the phone, but said there are not available same day. Luckily I was able to find JK PLUMBING. And they were able to come out and replace my old gas 40 gallon water heater.

It’s refreshing to call a business have a friendly person answers immediately. From the office to the door this company handled my plumbing needs with an efficient, professional and competent manner. The leaking under my kitchen sink was solved and the work needed was completed well! No more leaks. No more worry. I love it when the service you pay for is done right! Thank you.

Fast dispatch. Called in at 7am due to a water leak from the water main at the street to my house. I had another company come out night before and at the time, they couldn’t find the leak so they wanted to do a leak detection test which was $550 so they could pin point where it’s coming from. However they couldn’t do until following mid-day so that’s when i called this company up to see if they can come out sooner. Owner came out about 8am to assess the situation and the leak i guess was flowing for a good amount of time overnight that it pushed the dirt around and could clearly see where it was coming from. So no leak detection test needed. He then had one of the workers show up within a hour and started digging by shovel and found out a 45° connector had sprung loose like not enough glue was put on at time of install and just finally gave out. They cleaned the area around the pipe/connector and dried it up and glued it back together. End of the day was $2054. Felt like it was really high and being taken advantage of as they knew i needed it fixed to get water back to my house. Totally understand it was an emergency call, but $2054 is just highway robbery. Will make sure not to call this company again for any plumbing services. *** Update*** Brian (owner) reached out to me regarding the concern of feeling ripped off and unhappy after the service. We spoke and reviewed the project since the beginning price he quoted was based on he didn’t know what he was going to run into once dug up such as tree roots to fight to get down to the main water line or if pipe had busted where it would have to be cut back and add a couple coupler’s and more pvc line to put it back together and have a non leaking pipe. We came down to a fair price under the circumstance of the situation and the urgency he was able to get the job started in a timely manner and got the water flowing back to my house.

Dustin did an excellent job replacing our toilet! The installation looks great, everything works perfectly, and he left the area spotless. Highly recommend Dustin for any plumbing work!
