I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company. We had a sudden issue with our main drain line, and from the very first call, the experience was excellent. The young lady who answered the phone was incredibly kind, professional, and made scheduling the appointment quick and stress-free. She let me know a technician would be at our home within the hour—and they absolutely delivered on that promise. Nic arrived promptly and got right to work. After I explained what was going on, he went straight to the clean-out, punched through the clog, and had us back up and running in no time. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, what caused the issue, and what additional items we may need to address in the future. Had it not been for his expertise and transparency, we would have never known what needed attention. I’m truly grateful I called this company and especially thankful for Nic’s professionalism, patience, and willingness to answer every single question we had. I had estimates for a plumbing issue,and lucky for me Millennium Plumbing was among the 3 estimates. The estimates ranged from $9000.00 to 475.00. FORTUNATELY I met Luis Dominguez of Millennium Plumbing he was very honest and personable.He checked my main sewer line with a scope and fortunately it was clear. My problem was found to be a problem with my toilet flange being obstructed,my master BR toilet also had a leak and that was fixed also. His son Luis Jr. came out 2 days after the diagnosis by his father Luis Sr. and happily my toilets have been fixed! I have found a new go to plumber. Thank you Millennium. Millennium Plumbing Specialist just did a couple of jobs for me, one to replace a water mainline to the house, the other to replace some old pipes for the house. Victor was excellent understanding my needs and provided great work proposals. He and crew did a great job, on schedule, on budget, with excellent final products. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Two thumbs up for the office staff as well. And the cost was very reasonable. I'm super happy with the services I received.

Had a tub that had trouble draining tried a couple things on my own nothing was working. Called sewer and drained champion and they came out as soon as possible and fixed the issue right away. Dillion was very professional and took care of issue with no hesitation got right into it and completed it.

I called around 5pm on a Saturday and spoke to Brianna about getting someone out to clean my main sewer line that was clogged. She said a technician would be able to come between 10-11am the next day. I called 3 other companies and they all used AI answering services which I am not a fan of. At 9:30am I received a call that they would be arriving at 10am. They were able to clean out the tree roots from my sewer line very quickly.

I called and spoke with Arman about a possible back up where my sewer line was close to the city sewer. Arman was extremely helpful and took his valuable time to walk me through the process of contacting the city of Sacramento as it was possible that this would be an issue handled by the city. He didn’t want me to needlessly spend my money for his company if the city was to handle the problem. Armon not only gave me the number for the city utilities district, but followed up to make sure that my problem was solved. Great company great service. I highly recommend.

We replaced a twenty year old water heater and wanted to use a local plumber. New Flow is in Roseville, and answered our call promptly sending their representative Vito the following day. He proceeded to discuss extensively the needs, available replacement water heaters as well as their warranties and pros and cons. He was forthcoming, honest , and we felt he was really professional in his presentation. Vito’s Installation was scheduled per our wishes, and today they arrived exactly as they said, installed in a remarkably professional manner, with post installation extensive discussion of use and if we had any further questions. I had an emergency with my kitchen faucet. Pipes were leaking everywhere and there was no water pressure. Arman was able to come out quickly, get the parts replaced, fix the water pressure issue and explain to me exactly what caused the leak. No issues since. I was referred to Dr. Drain Plumbing when I tried to wash my hands and had no water to the house. After calling Dr. Drain Plumbing, I schedule an appointment for them to come as soon as possible. I received a text message that the technician Gregory Bray was on his way. Gregory dug up the area and found the large break in the pipe. One of the reasons was the pipe was never installed correctly when the house was built. The pipe was to close to the surface and then the snow came and low temps. The repairs took two days due to some issues with the glue. The new pipe was installed lowered, covered with installation and the dirt put back in the area. The crew was extremely friendly, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. I so appreciate the amazing service! The only thing I wished is I would have asked for a senior discount (10%) which would have helped a lot with the cost. I always forget about this discount.

If you ever need anything to do with plumbing, Mr Drain are the people to call, they're Technicians that did the work for me, Grayson Crowley and Ceaser, made the job of changing out my sewer line look easy and they did a complete re-plumb and re-pipe in a 7 day's time well 1 day was for inspection which it past with flying colors. Grayson made sure that the job was done to his own strict standards, my house is old and he made sure that their work would probably outlast the house or it's occupants it definitely added value to the house, where it was lacking before, the greatest thing about these people they told you up front what the cost was going to be and there was no additional add on fees for problematic situations that arose, when you look at the work after it's done and the water pressure you have you smile and think that was money well spent. A great investment to an old home. I thank Mr Drain and Grayson Crowley and Cesar Loya for the great job they did.

I’ll be candid — the quotes were not inexpensive. I didn’t have the luxury of shopping around extensively because I needed the issue resolved quickly. A brief comparison suggested the pricing may have been somewhat higher than average. That said, when I asked whether they could complete the work the same day, Greg immediately confirmed they could. Within minutes, he coordinated with his team, arranged for the selected equipment, and within about an hour they were removing the old unit and installing a brand-new tankless system. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and respect for my property. The installation area is surrounded by white carpet, and they took extra precautions to fully protect the space and keep everything clean. While the cost may be on the higher side, the same-day resolution, efficiency, professionalism, and care they demonstrated fully justified the price. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the outcome.

Mach 1 Plumbing replaced our sewer drain clean out. We were able to get an appointment quickly and they did a great job with the plumbing repair and responded immediately with concerns we had. We will definitely use them again should the need arise. Michael and his crew did an awesome job!

We used Mach 1 plumbing for two things and had great results for both! We had scheduled a bathtub installation when we discovered that our laundry plumbing needed repair (home is new to us), so we called and Mach 1 scheduled us right away to fix the laundry plumbing. The following week, the bathtub was installed and all the dry wall from both jobs was repaired. We will definitely keep Mach 1 as our preferred plumber!

Zach was our technician and he was ahead of schedule coming to our home. He was very respectful, very kind, very knowledgeable and helped my husband understand what was going on with our toilet and what we needed to do to fix it. He offered his services and the quotes on site for what it would be to fix it and or install a new toilet. He was very helpful in helping us make the decision to ultimately end up buying a new toilet and installing it ourselves.

First of all, I really appreciate that Leo and Nick arrived right on time. From the moment they walked into our home, they were friendly, polite, and courteous. 10 stars! Mark and his team rescued us from our plumbing issues. This is our second time utilizing DrainTime plumbing for two separate issues at two different locations. And they did an excellent job fixing the plumbing issues. Mark was quick to respond to our ordeal, gave solutions and his crew was out to get things removed, replaced and running/fixed. Communication, customer service and the work done was on point. We had an issue with the clean out, toilet backup. The building was built in the 80s. cast iron gets old and needed replacement. It was replaced with a two way clean out. They got the permit, did a clean job cutting the concrete, keeping the work area clear and secure (no trip hazard) and finishing up the work within the time frame. The job came with a 10 year warranty. If you’re looking for an honest, plumber who follows code and does the job well, I highly recommend Drain Time Plumbing. These guys are the best. We had an emergency and our house started to back fill with sewage. We called and they came out in 15 min. They were transparent throughout the entire process while clearing the lines. They showed me the camera view of what was going on with the line and provided recommendations. We are happy they came when they did or else our house could’ve been way worse.
