Fantastic experience! They arrived early on a Sunday and used their camera to find the blockage in my main sewer line. I watched on the video as they hydrojetted it and pushed the roots out. They also pointed out cracks in the line in another spot under street and suggested I have the city fix it before it collapses. Jasmine called back within minutes after I requested service on Yelp on Saturday and arranged someone to come on Monday morning. Eddie came to diagnose our leaking water heater. He came on time (important!), put his booties on (without me asking for them) upon entering the house. He was very knowledgeable and informative, explained what he was going to do, and what’s most likely the issue with the water heater. After about half an hour, he called me back to explain that what the issue was. He contacted the water heater manufacturer to order the parts needed for the repair (under warranty) and explained that he’s coming back to fix it once I receive the parts (hopefully tomorrow).
