Had a late night issue with one of our showers not fully shutting off, After looking on Google I came across USA plumbing & Drain Cleaning who was very attentive. Had a Technician show up within the hour , diagnose the issue, and resolve in one trip! These guys are true professionals, I Highly recommend this company.

I had a very good experience with USA Plumbing. My kitchen and laundry drain had a serious clog, and when I tried to clear it myself with a drain snake, the snake got stuck inside the pipe. I started looking for a plumbing company and called USA Plumbing. The owner, Tommy, answered the phone right away and arrived at my house within about 30 minutes. After inspecting the problem, we agreed that they needed to break the floor in my garage laundry area to access the pipe. They were able to remove the broken pieces of the drain snake, and during the process we discovered that my old 2-inch cast iron pipe had been broken for a long time. They replaced that section with new ABS pipe. Tommy and his team also ran a hydro jet and used professional equipment to clean and realign the rest of the cast iron pipe. They were very professional throughout the entire process. Tommy brought his team members Eddie and Leo. They were all very courteous, respectful, and worked very cleanly. The entire job took about 6–7 hours, and they finished by pouring new concrete. Everything was done nicely and professionally. I really appreciate Tommy’s honesty and transparency. He is very reasonable and did not try to upsell unnecessary work. I asked many plumbing-related questions, and he patiently explained everything and gave honest advice. He is clearly very knowledgeable. If you want good customer service and prefer to work with a reliable local plumber instead of a big plumbing company, I highly recommend Tommy and his team. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I will definitely call them again. Thank you Tommy, Eddie, and Leo.

We had a great experience with USA Plumbing. Tommy responded very quickly and came to our house the same day to help with our drain problem. He and his team were professional, friendly, and worked very efficiently. They explained the issue clearly and fixed everything the same day. We had a shower drain that was becoming progressively slow. I attempted to snake it myself a couple times as I am usually able to clear it, but this time no luck. Called Clean Out, quickly got a response and Bryant showed up on time as promised. After repeated attempts, he took a look further and determined that it was likely a partially blocked old galvanized/cast iron pipe which is exactly what it turned out to be. Nobody likes plumbing problems, but these guys responded quickly, assessed the issue, provided me with options, set expectations so that there would be no surprises, provided a great service and stood behind their work with a 5 year warranty. On top of that, Marco (the owner) followed up a few days later to see if I was happy with the work. All of this at what I felt was a fair price for the amount of work that needed to be done. Awesome experience this morning with clean out plumbing. It’s Saturday 7 AM and all of our drains start to back up. I called Christopher and he was able to come out within a couple hours. He is very knowledgeable and was thorough in his assessments. He took a lot of time to answer questions, and in the end, quoted me several options, all at very reasonable prices. I totally recommend this company for any drain and plumbing needs!

Clean Out Plumbing was great. We had some significant issues with our sewer line and after a few companies came out to give us a quote, we decided to go with Clean Out. Erick and his crew were excellent. He clearly explained the work they would do and some of the challenges that could potentially come up. He was honest through the whole process. The price was much more reasonable than some of the others. I will definitely use them again when we are in need.

We called them for a persistent clogged toilet and they cleared it in no time. While they were here, they used a camera for a sewer line check and replaced a faulty shut-off valve in the basement. Excellent plumbing service that is both honest and affordable.

We had a major plumbing emergency late in the evening and RedHead Rooter responded quickly and professionally when we needed help the most. We called four places before we found them. Not only did Damien come out super fast, but we didn’t speak to an answering service or an AI chat bot. We spoke to a person! that meant so much to us right from the jump! Our main line had a serious blockage that caused sewage to back up into our bathroom and multiple rooms — it was a stressful and messy situation. Damien and Nate arrived on time, assessed the issue, and worked quickly to clear the blockage and stop the problem. They explained what was happening with the line, showed us with their camera where both blockages were and handled the job like absolute professionals. When you’re dealing with something as unpleasant and urgent as a mainline backup, having a company that shows up quickly and gets to work makes a huge difference. A total sewage stoppage at our home on New Year's Eve led to rotor-rooting and then hydro jetting with camera assist, that discovered a break in our sewer line. The break was under a concrete patio, and despite being a holiday, they came back New Year's Day to replace the section of broken pipe, without charging holiday rates. Their efforts allowed us to remain in our house instead of a hotel while the repairs were made. The compromised area had many sewer tie-ins and difficult angles, yet I felt very comfortable with their level of expertise. Working conditions with lots of rain each day made the job more difficult, and even though I offered them to come back after the rains ended (even if days) to finish the site clean-up, they persisted in finishing the job. I never felt pressured to make my decisions as the job progressed, and felt very comfortable with their competence level. I highly recommend RedHead Rooter!

I had two good experiences working with Clean Out Kings. A few years ago they snaked my clogged bathroom sink, and I have never had an issue since. Recently Martin looked into issues with the toilets and found downstream piping issues. Martin resolved the immediate issue but explained the bigger cause. He was thorough in the inspection and explained the issue clearly. Overall a trustworthy company.

Clean Out Kings are the only plumbers I’ll ever use again! Today Our technician Bobby was changing our water softner Brine bin and within 15 minutes he was on the road. What are the chances that in those 20 minutes or so we had a major back up in the whole house! We called Bobby and he returned to the residence and cleared his whole schedule to completely clear our main line. He also had to tell us the bad news of roots growing through our pipes near the street and even included a video of the damage! Rest assured the Clean Out Kings are giving me solutions to fix my issue and at a reasonable price. Can’t thank these guys enough for saving the day!

I have used Clean Out King’s for many years with a variety of repairs, water heater repairs and replacements, or whatever requires plumbing issues. My to go plumber is Martin. He is absolutely the best. He goes far and beyond to do what is best for his clients. He is knowledgeable, patient and transparent. This week I had the most challenging job for him. We had a slab leak in our powder room. It was a difficult task to try to figure out the problem, but Martin worked endlessly until he solved and fixed the issue. Today he came with another nice gentleman, named Raul and both worked for long hours until everything was. working perfectly. He also installed a new water pressure regulator. I highly recommend Clean Out King’s and if you request Martin you won’t be disappointed.

I’d highly recommend 1-Tom Plumbers! They were on time, super professional, honest, did great work and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. We have old pipes in our old house and were continuously dealing with backed up drains and toilets. A friend recommended these guys and they came and cleaned out our pipes. I couldn’t even find our cleanout - turns out it was hidden under our house - they were patient and searched our property and found it. Used cameras to see what was happening in the pipes and a hydrojet to clean out the main line. They explained everything thoroughly, including how we could avoid the issue in the future. We haven’t had a problem since. I’d definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

A pipe started making loud knocking sounds whenever the water was turned on. They diagnosed the issue and adjusted the pressure system. The explanation was simple enough for me to understand. The noise hasn’t returned.

These guys did an amazing job! I called them for what i thought i needed. Come to find out i dont have a septic issue . They were very patient didnt get annoyed and gave me a different solution. They fixed my toilet and everything is working like a charm im extremely happy with their service professionalism and level of expertise! I will use them again for sure

My primary contact was Frank and I just need to say that he has been very professional and great face of this company. I originally had a drain problem which evolved into needing repiping of my entire drain and intake system. Frank was able to show me pictures and videos which helped inform my decision on what I needed to get done. There were bumps as in all construction but they were able to communicate the issues in a timely manner and able to work with our schedules. I am very happy with their work and they also continued to monitor after the job was done too. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for any job, big or small.
