not even kidding, i thought my whole morning was ruined. i woke up, made coffee, and literally five minutes later i noticed water spreading under the kitchen sink. you know that feeling where your brain goes “please don’t be what i think it is”… yeah. i’m in aromas, so i started calling around and most places either didn’t answer or were like “we can come in 3 days.” i found brad’s plumbing and honestly i’m so glad i did. brad picked up quick and was super chill on the phone, didn’t sound annoyed at all (which is nice because i was kinda panicking lol). he showed up on time and got straight to it, but in a calm way. he explained what was wrong in a way i could actually understand, and he didn’t try to make it sound like some huge expensive disaster. turns out it was a worn-out connection and a small valve issue. he fixed it faster than i expected, cleaned everything up, and even made sure there was no leftover moisture or anything. he also gave me a couple quick tips on what to watch out for next time. overall just super professional but also friendly. it didn’t feel awkward having someone in the house, which is honestly a big deal. if you’re in aromas and you need a plumber who actually shows up and does good work, brad’s plumbing is the move.

Hector switched out my kitchen faucet to a touch sensor; replaced my old garbage disposal and unclogged my kitchen drain by snaking it. Juan was very pleasant; he had the fawcet handle-thingy that I needed and was quick and efficient. He showed me how to clear built-up debris from my hoses to improve water pressure. I have used Alvarez Plumbing a few times before and will definitely call again when I need plumbing services!

Jesus rerouted a sump pump drainpipe installed poorly by another company. He also made a very smart suggestion to tie an existing downspout into the new pipe he was installing, a suggestion I really appreciated. He was knowledgeable, conscientious, and fast. A great experience.

These young men did a wonderful job. I had 2 leaking valves under my bathroom sink. Its a very tight area to get into. They managed well and had it done in less than an hour.

Tim was very nice in replacing the drain valve on my water softener without charge. His good manners are a pleasure to work with.

Tim is the most humble plumber I’ve ever worked with on personal projects as well as contractor work. He showed up on a weekend removed 3 toilets to clear a clog and tried to charge me gas money since he couldn’t reach clog as the line was unaccessible.. Who does that .. Tim does he is a great guy and company he owns and runs is for sure a 1 stop shop for all your plumbing needs. He is punctual and very professional about all the work he does I’ve never met a cleaner plumber and still willing to get in the muck to make sure you don’t have too .. All around best rooter service I have ever had and rates are very reasonable consider you pay for what you get. Don’t call anyone else for your plumbing needs.

I recently purchased a rental property in San Jose and had tenants move in. Just my luck, they called last night and said they had no hot water and it appeared to be leaking. I was extremely stressed about having to call a plumber to come out at night (I had just got a quote to replace my personal water heater for 9.5k). God only knows how much a new one was going to cost me after hours, but when your a landlord you got to do what you got to do. We landed on a new Bradford White vs. a Rheem. which is better quality, reliability, and the cost was beyond reasonable (far less than 9k ☺️). What blew me away was that he came ready. He had the water heater on hand installed it in about an hour and my tenants had hot water that night. So thankful to Brian and PlumbRight for making this as easy as possible. I needed help with a major sewer line blockage "urgently". I called around 5pm, and was told by a dispatcher that they would schedule me for 8am the next day. I needed the problem fixed before that - so I begged a little, pleaded severe consequence to my business, etc. The dispatcher said someone would call me. Within a minute the owner called, and after hearing my story said he would see what he could do and promised to call me by 7pm.15 minutes later (no exaggeration) the first truck pulled up. They had it cleared in half an hour, inspected with a camera soon after, and were gone by 7pm. Great service, left the area clean. Highly recommended.

Larry & Sons Plumbing & Drain Cleaning recently pumped out my septic tank, and Russell, the technician, did a fantastic job. He worked quickly and made sure to check everything carefully. While cleaning, he noticed some cracks at the bottom of the tank that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. I’m glad he pointed it out before it became a bigger problem. I’ve also had great experiences with their plumbing services. When I needed help with a leaky faucet, they scheduled a same-day appointment for me. Joe, the plumber, arrived on time and fixed everything efficiently. The customer service representative was very polite and kept me updated on when the plumber would arrive, which I appreciated. Every time I’ve used their services, I’ve been impressed by how professional and knowledgeable their team is. Taylor came out to replace several bathroom faucets and did a wonderful job. He was friendly and even gave me helpful tips on how to keep my plumbing in good shape and avoid future issues. I’ll definitely ask for him again when I need more work done. Most recently, two plumbers came out to check all my plumbing fixtures. They were very respectful and thorough, fixing a toilet issue and making sure everything else was working well. We had another excellent experience with Larry & Sons Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. Russell and Damon replaced two faucets and installed a new water heater for us. The countertop holes for the faucets were really close to the wall, but they did a fantastic job fitting everything in just right. It's great to have strong water pressure again. The new water heater is working perfectly too. Our house in Watsonville is getting older, and several times now these plumbers have helped us out when we needed it. I phoned Expert Plumbing on a Wednesday, and Moe came out to my house the next day to assess why my 25+ year old tankless water heater had stopped working. It was clearly at the end of its life cycle, but he was able to coax a bit more life out of it until he could install a new one. On the following Monday he, Ariel, Jared and a helper (I'm sorry, I for get his name) came to my house. They removed the old water heater from my attic and plumbed and installed a new one on the outside of my house. They said that if the old one had leaked in my attic, the water damage would be sever to the ceilings, walls and hardwood floors. The work was done quickly, and professionally. The crew was friendly and extremely considerate to keeping my house clean while they worked both inside and outside. By the end of the day, they were finished with the work.
