These guys are by far the best plumbing company in the valley! My septic system was backing up and they came within the hour to pump it. They gave me the best price out of 4 other local companies . These people Get straight to the point and they don’t play any games , very reliable and honest , I’ve used multiple plumbers In the past for both commercial and residential But I will be ONLY using them from now on for all my needs. We recently bought an old farm house that was built in the 1950’s. It had been vacant for about a year and needed a little TLC from Drain Guru. It all started with a slow draining sink, then moved to the vent full of acorns (squirrels), next the plumbing was backing up, had to put in a clean out, installing a dog wash and a water softener at least those were the big things. Jay and Cristian were amazing. They were so helpful and always answered our calls as well as communicated with us throughout their service. All I can say is, I am so grateful to have found Drain Guru they are the best!! Trust me they should be the first one you call when you have any plumbing issues.

He was extremely friendly, funny, and accommodating and even offered to vacuum the room after he finished the job. We are now able to move forward with our project with full confidence. Called every plumber around, even the 24 hour ones and couldn’t get ahold of a single person, only ai bots. Johnathan answered that evening, and had a guy at my house by 730 the next morning to take care of our extremely plugged and backed up kitchen sink and laundry drain. They installed a clean out since we didn’t have one and cleared our clogged drains quickly, professionally, and cleanly. He will be getting every call for all of our future plumbing needs. Jonathon at Mid Valley Rooter went above and beyond to get my project done on time and done well! He worked with me and my renters to get new PEX piping done on the whole house after a leak deemed my old slab pipes unusable. He got in there within a day and gave me a very fair price and explained every detail. He communicated with me and my tenants with each step and was always the one answering the phone when I called. I am a woman and often times I feel like we aren’t treated with the same respect that a man would be given but I feel as tho Jonathon was very respectful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Mid Valley Rooter from here on out with any plumbing issues. He also replaced the old water heater with a new one which I am very happy with! Michael installed a new hot water heater for us and did a great job. The water is hotter and the company got us a nice AO Smith hot water heater for us in our home. Our share of the cost with home owners insurance paying $1,000 towards the bill was $1,595.00 which was kind of steep. But we are glad that Michael did such a great job. We decided to go with Visalia Plumbing for future plumbing jobs on our old house. I’m excited to take a shower with our new hot water heater installed. Michael was polite and professional and the new hot water heater looks great.

Amazing plumbing work! We just inherited a house in Visalia and the septic tank needed pumped. The plumber made it to our house in less then an hour and had the septic tank cleaned in under two hours. I would highly recommend you call these plumbers if you are having septic troubles.

I was so happy to find out Balanced Comfort works with ERVs(Energy Recovery Ventilators). ERVs are now being included in new-build homes and builders aren't really explaining how to care for the system. Apparently, they need to be cleaned yearly because they can gather significant amount of dust/dirt especially in the Valley. We called so many contractors and absolutely nobody knew what an ERV was. We finally called Balanced Comfort and got to work with Thomas Carroll who did an exceptional job in cleaning our ERV. He was extremely knowledgeable on the system and how to keep our home clean. He heard our concerns and was very honest about what he did and had great recommendations. We decided to install a UV light to keep our ERV and air extra clean and he knew exactly what to do. We feel very lucky to have gotten Thomas as our technician. I 100% recommend him and Balanced Comfort to anyone who needs to fix or clean their ERV.

D was good. On time, professional and informative. But he was very intimidating, very suggestive… to the point of me becoming very uncomfortable and really turned off. I’m sure he’s wonderful at his job and very thorough, but I… really stopped listening when he almost sounded.. condescending to me as a homeowner with my plumbing pipes and water heater. I’ve had much nicer techs come out to my home that were not as intimidating as he was.

We had an awesome experience with Lee’s Air, Heating & Plumbing. All of the technicians who came to our home were polite and so very friendly. Our AC unit went out Sunday night. I called first thing Monday and an appt was scheduled for early afternoon. After diagnosing the unit, they worked with us to obtain and finance a new unit. Then the installers were at our house at 8:30 Tuesday morning and the installation was complete by about 4 pm. WOW - I would have not imagined this project would be complete in 24 hours. We have used this company for a few years and will always do so.

Armando was very professional and knowledgeable while also being helpful because he also answered my questions and concerns and even explained about the Merv rating on the filer and how important it was to get the right filter. I never knew that and was glad he explained it. He was very thorough in his exam of the unit. I was extremely pleased and confident with Armando.

Called for a double bathroom sink issue. Donnie was there within minutes as he was in the area. He was quick and efficient. He took care of the issue with the sinks, but also noticed additional issues that needed repair; the toilet and shower handles. He was informative, fast, honest, and got the job done. Donnie came out to replace my water heater. Donnie did a great job replacing the water heater in a little over a hour. After completion Donnie cleaned up the area an removed all trash. Very professional a customer oriented. Highly recommend

The technician was professional and on time. I appreciated the phone call before he arrived. When he performed the diagnostic he showed me pictures of what was wrong and the condition of my system and gave me options on repairs. Had them install my unit in June 2018, and in July my electric bill ran $150.00, the average temp was100+°, but my house 1100 sq ft was a sunny 76° 24/7.❤ Before I had been using window ac's that ran me $200.00+ a month for just 2 rooms ! 🤨 Now I have a 2 stage, blow down heating and AC Lennox unit that replaced my swamp cooler and old gas furnace. It's a 3 ton 16 seer (higher the seer, the quicker it gets cold, and the 2 stage is an energy saver) I've had them service it twice (cleaning / normal maintenance). They are always quick and professional. Give them a call. (I got mine through Lowe's and used the card) I had 4 estimates and they were the cheapest..(sears, a local ac company, 1-800remodel and home depot) And it's a smart unit, I can check, change turn off or on the unit through my cell from anywhere !

Daniel was superb. On time, very thorough, very nice and professional. Highly recommend. Forgot to update this. Although this guy was professional, he was sent to do a system rejuvenation and I found out he did nothing. None of our filters were replaced like we were told they would be. But he did tell me we needed work done then he sent his boss out for an estimate. Supervisor came out and basically said we needed a whole new system (think it was $40k-ish), took our filters and didn’t replace them, then went around and pointed out all of our issues. Not sure if it was the original guy or supervisor but someone turned off the gas so we had no heat. Had someone else come out and we didn’t have any issues. Our ac AND heater are still working just fine. 🤦🏼‍♀️
