Marco and Santos installed 4 new toilets. They did a fabulous job and left no mess, they even took the boxes that the new toilets came in and hauled away the old toilets. They were very professional and extremely nice. I will definitely be keeping their number for all my future plumbing needs. Also I had them install 4 new toilet shut-off valves. It was a long drawn out process due to having to navigate inside the shower wall with all new parts. A cover plate was too small to cover the hole... that piece alone took over 2 months to receive. Three appointments later the job was done immaculately. Jose is a "Keeper for always!" The install became a whole day process, and not once did I hear frustration or agitation. He explained the alternate option and answered my questions and concerns. A genuinely excellent plumber with patience. The staff in the office always worked with my schedule and were professional and friendly with the reschedules. The pricing increased one time due to the extra work. I couldn't ask for more. Having a water heater issue, I had previously asked for a repair from a different plumbing company which didn't even attempt to identify the issue but rather just tried to convince we needed to get an entirely new water heater (and at a cost that seemed way beyond the high end). Using Local Plumbing before, I finally called them before considering a replacement and Rick was able to diagnose the issue (although the heater was a bit old, he was able to identify the issue) and was able to fix it at a very reasonable price. They are now my go to company for plumbing services in Marin and will gladly call them for any future issues/repairs/installations. Just the knowing that they weren't trying to upsell unnecessary services, etc.

Great service! Had a plugged disposal and on a recommendation, called Dan’s Plumbing to help. When I contacted them, they were very busy, but said that they would do their best to try to get someone over to me as soon as possible. The contact people were not only very friendly, they were also incredibly helpful. They were able to find a technician to come over in a few hours to fix it. A person named Shane came within an hour, and he was great! He was able to get the item out of the mechanism in no time at all, and had it working very quickly.
