Eddie was great about walking me through exactly what was happening with the old cast iron pipes and he showed me where the buildup was starting to restrict the flow. He didn’t just rush through the fix but took the time to make sure the pressure was consistent throughout the house after he cleared the line. It is nice to deal with someone who actually pays attention to the technical side of the plumbing instead of just doing a quick patch job.

The kitchen drains at my place were backing up constantly and a regular snake just wasn't cutting it anymore. Eddie came out all the way in Palm Springs and suggested hydrojetting to actually clear the grease out of the lines for good. He hooked up the equipment and blasted through the blockage in about an hour. Everything flows perfectly now and he didn't leave a drop of water on my floor. Eddie really knows his stuff when it comes to high pressure cleaning.

Literally so happy right now because every drain in my house is finally working like new again! I called for a plumbing service in Claremont because my 77-year-old kitchen pipes were backing up into the laundry room and leaking into the foundation. Eddie showed up at 8 AM sharp and when the high-pressure water didn't work, he just called in reinforcements to replace the whole system. There were four of them working like crazy and they were totally done by 3 PM, which is wild for a job that big. They even gave me a senior discount and honestly it was such a great value for the amount of work they put in.

Not only did Damien come out super fast, but we didn’t speak to an answering service or an AI chat bot. We spoke to a person! that meant so much to us right from the jump! Our main line had a serious blockage that caused sewage to back up into our bathroom and multiple rooms — it was a stressful and messy situation. Damien and Nate arrived on time, assessed the issue, and worked quickly to clear the blockage and stop the problem. They explained what was happening with the line, showed us with their camera where both blockages were and handled the job like absolute professionals. When you’re dealing with something as unpleasant and urgent as a mainline backup, having a company that shows up quickly and gets to work makes a huge difference. A total sewage stoppage at our home on New Year's Eve led to rotor-rooting and then hydro jetting with camera assist, that discovered a break in our sewer line. The break was under a concrete patio, and despite being a holiday, they came back New Year's Day to replace the section of broken pipe, without charging holiday rates. Their efforts allowed us to remain in our house instead of a hotel while the repairs were made. The compromised area had many sewer tie-ins and difficult angles, yet I felt very comfortable with their level of expertise. Working conditions with lots of rain each day made the job more difficult, and even though I offered them to come back after the rains ended (even if days) to finish the site clean-up, they persisted in finishing the job. I never felt pressured to make my decisions as the job progressed, and felt very comfortable with their competence level. I highly recommend RedHead Rooter!

Called up Vera Plumbing on Sunday afternoon for a clogged bathroom sink. I was able to schedule an appointment for Monday at 11 am the next day. It was beyond a regular taking apart of the P trap. The trap had to be opened and snaked into the shoot that travels below the house. It was filled with hair and oil. I work 6-7 days a week so I dont have that kind of time to fiddle around on my only day off. Andrew the plumber was awesome. He came in and knocked it out in 30 minutes. He also helped me out to replace an old faucet. Left the sink looking like new! You get what you pay for, although not cheap, their plumber is professional and very skilled. I highly recommend this company.

I had recently upgraded my range due to the last one breaking but unfortunately the gas line behind the stove was actually protruding and didn't allow the new range to fit properly. It was sticking out about 5-6 inches and looked around to find a reputable plumber to help us out. I contacted a few and many of them told me they didn't do residential work or anything "small". Randomly I was on Nextdoor and asked if anyone knew any good plumbers and 12/20 responded with Graham Plumbing so I figured I'd give them a shot. Right away Reagan set me up with an appointment and even if we had to reschedule I really appreciate that she left multiple voicemails to get to me. On Monday I had Sean come look at the site and see what could be done and right away he told me what would be the best solution. He first checked the water pressure, smart meter and water heater to see that everything was running fine. He then noted a few problems and gave me different options for what he could do. It was nice to know that Sean was quick at pointing out things that our home inspector had told us to repair in our home report. So I knew that Sean was the real deal and wasn't just trying to get us to add more unnecessary projects to the gig. I appreciated the different cost effective options but I opted for the best one, which included everything that we planned to get repaired anyway. It was nice to just get it all done in one full swoop than to have to do it in parts. Sean was very pleasant and took the time to care for our appliances, cabinets and furniture. He also took the time to explain the process and steps as he went. He also showed me what I needed to do when the gas line shut off due to the earthquake shut-off valve and it was nice to know I could explain it to my husband afterwards. He cleaned up and left the place spotless too. Overall, my experience and impression was pretty positive and I know I will 100% contact them again for any other updates or issues. Thank you so much. I have used Graham Plumbing twice now. They're employees are respectful and get right to work. This time they cleaned up the maze of pipes that were under my sink and installed my faucet. Now I know I can install the faucet myself but with the maze and sizes of my pipes I felt, if something should go wrong, I would not have the right tools to fix it.

We had an emergency due to a shower not turning off. We also understood we had to pay the after houra emergency fee. He put on 2 faucets (one on tub, one on shower) and on top of the emergency call charged us over $600 . We were desperate because we live on a septic so we paid it but in the process we lost our hot water and were not told this would happen. Even with all that he spent more time outside walking around than even putting the valves/faucet heads on. Such a disappointment not only did we get over charged but loat hot water. Beware this vendor ls taking advantage of people.

Mario came to work on an issue with our clogged sink and garbage disposal. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Mario did a great job and fixed the problem and was very friendly and kept his work area clean. We will definitely continue working with Rooter 66 Plumbing, and hopefully Mario, going forward. These guys did an amazing job! I called them for what i thought i needed. Come to find out i dont have a septic issue . They were very patient didnt get annoyed and gave me a different solution. My primary contact was Frank and I just need to say that he has been very professional and great face of this company. I originally had a drain problem which evolved into needing repiping of my entire drain and intake system. Frank was able to show me pictures and videos which helped inform my decision on what I needed to get done. There were bumps as in all construction but they were able to communicate the issues in a timely manner and able to work with our schedules. I am very happy with their work and they also continued to monitor after the job was done too. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for any job, big or small.
