Soo Hipp installed a new water softner system for us after we inquired with Eddie about the process and cost. They installed the unit and a smart monitor, as well as the needed outlet, and they drained our water heater. Any questions we had were handled quickly and the work done on time and even with a supply chain issue it was all completed in good time and the estimate was honored. This services was added on to other work and we didnt have to wait for a new work order or a new start date which is great when youre dealing with time frames where its necessary to turn off water. Our experience with them was great and I would look to them for quotes for future needs.

Roger was so nice and accommodating. I needed some plumbing help with my toilet and sink. There was a couple of huge blockages. He cleared it up, showed me what was in it, and was nice to my needy dog!

The receptionist is also very communicative and reliable. She gets to know your name and your plumbing issues well so she is able to communicate with the rest of the staff smoothly. I initially used Soo Hipp for a simple sewer line inspection. Even from that quick job, the employees left a positive impression on me because of their knowledge, their ability to explain things in layman's terms and professionalism. I then used Soo Hipp to replace all of our drains. Although their price was a little more expensive than other estimates I got, I still wanted to use them because of the reasons above as well as their work is always done well, on time and efficiently. One day they had issues with one of their work vehicles, and our service was not even delayed at all. Everyone they employ has also been affable and professional. Their work is worth every dollar. After they replaced the drains, we had some electrical issues which I had mistakenly thought was a result of the recent plumbing work we had done. When I approached Soo Hipp with my issue they didn't dismiss me or brush us off, as I think most other companies would. The owner took his time to come check it out and they even sent an electrician to help us resolve the issue and had even offered to have it fixed had the problem been a result of their work, which it was not. I cannot emphasize enough what a pleasure it is to work with Soo Hipp. They just want the best for their clients and they will go the extra mile for you.

our heat suddenly stopped working two days ago and we thought it was a pilot issue, but after the gas company came to visit, it was verified that it was a part issue. Drain Right was able to get us on the schedule immediately. Mario and Juan we're quickly able to identify the issue, drove a distance to get the part for us, and returned to efficiently install the new part. Mario went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer of our furnace and was able to get us the part at warranty cost, which saved us quite a bit of money. Our heat is back on and everything was very smooth and cost-effective. They did an amazing job and were clearly very knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again if another issue arises.

A great company to work with that I would highly recommend! We’ve had several different services performed on our house by technicians from The Family Plumber and each time they’ve done excellent work. They first came when our sewer backed up and our previously used plumbing service was no longer answering the phone. They did a quick clean out and in the meantime we had them give us a quote for a new tankless water heater. After having to put it off several months due to some personal reasons, they did the work for the same price quoted in addition to installing a new Kohler toilet and fixing the guts of an older Kohler toilet. We were very pleased with the job and how nice all of their technicians are. Most recently we used them on the weekend for emergency service when one of our sinks was leaking and were so happy that someone was able to come out! They do charge a fee for emergency service, but ended up just charging us for the parts with no additional cost for labor which we really appreciated!

I've seen the Family Plumber vans a lot in my area, and their reviews were good. I called for an appointment to fix my main drain problem which is caused by roots getting in to the drain line. They came out next day and the tech, Mario, did a thorough inspection and showed me what he'd found. His recommendations for a solution were easy to understand. I know, in scheduling the work needed, that I will satisfied with the job. Highly recommended. I was right!!!!!!!!!

Scheduled on New Year’s Day, they showed up the next day. Needed French drains cleaned and a sump pump installed they. They were on time, honest and got the job in a few hours. It was a great experience and would recommend.

The actual service was okay — nothing terrible, but definitely not exceptional. However, I found the pricing to be overpriced for what was done. If you're considering them, just be aware of their review policy and shop around for better value.
