Expert Drain Cleaning in Temecula, California

We needed to look into having our outdoor yard drains cleaned. This is the 1st time this property had any work or maintenance performed on them and we were clueless. The property was built in 2002z. Zoom Drain was the 3rd company we had out because we just weren’t satisfied with the others. We were hesitant and nervous because of the previous experience. I spoke to Jill, the owner, and she was pleasant and very informative about their services. Their prices are flat rate and very reasonable for the work that is provided. Louis was the technician who came out and was an amazing young man! Friendly, hard working, and very communicative! We had Hydrojet service done along with a camera inspection before and after it was done! We were told by the 1st guy that it appeared we had a clogged pipe and we would have to cut under the cement. That didn’t sit right with me as I knew there had to be other options and wanted to know for sure that we HAD to cut a trench into our cement. The 2nd crew that came out, I immediately could tell wanted to upsale and make you invest a ton up front without even knowing what was wrong. Well, with the hydrojet/camera inspection we learned there were some odd things underground and appears a ton of roots and dirt got caught up on a Y connector. Louis worked hard to figure out what was happening underground and diligently cleared the drain. What a relief!!!!! We now don’t have to cut a trench in our cement!!! Louis went through every section of our drains to be sure all were functioning! He gave us some recommendations on how to keep our drains working properly and remain clog free! We will personally use this company to do yearly maintenance on our outdoor drains moving forward. Seeing how bad the roots can get, we don’t want this to happen again. Zoom Drain has earned our trust and will always go to them for all our future plumbing needs!!!! Thank you soooo much!

A huge shout out to the owner, Jillian and her team! My husband and I bought a new build home in Winchester, after hearing Jillian speak at the Temecula Valley Chamber and educate us all on the importance of getting your drains checked as preventive maintenance. I called her. After speaking with Jillian telling her we just bought a new home and I think it’s a good idea to get our drains checked while under warranty she sent out two amazing technicians, Kevin and Dalton, who took the time to scope our drains thoroughly and not only found stagnant water due to pipes not being laid correctly. They found a huge bullfrog who was making a ton of noise under our home as he was living in our drains. Thank you to Zoom Drain of Riverside for saving us a ton of money under warranty and educating us on the importance of preventive maintenance.. our home will now be given to the builder to fix completely under warranty due to the extensive report. Zoom Drain of Riverside sent me along with pictures and videos. Zoom Drain was great when we wanted to make sure our drains were free of tree roots and other potential blockages. They arrived on time and did their business efficiently. Now we have peace of mind knowing that all is flowing well. Price was reasonable too.

Thank you Canyon Hills Plumbing for coming out so quickly to fix our kitchen clog! Not being able to wash dishes was a huge inconvenience, so we were trying to get someone out as soon as possible. We had an appointment scheduled with another company that ended up canceling and trying to reschedule due to other emergencies, and we had no luck finding anyone else who could come sooner. A neighbor recommended Canyon Hills Plumbing, saying they were highly trusted in our community, so I gave them a call. They were very understanding of our situation and were able to fit us in for same-day service at the last minute — which we truly appreciated. Even better, they actually arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled. Oscar was really polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what needed to be done. He took extra care to keep our kitchen clean, which meant a lot to me. I would give this company 100 stars if I could! Jerry came over to clean out our main line. He did great. Very nice guy. He was very professional and made sure I understood everything that was going on with our drainage issues. I will only use Canyon Hills Plumbing. Very reliable! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber.

Our patio drains were severely backed up and was made apparent due to heavy rain. Canyon Hills was professional, easy to work with and worked above and beyond to get the job done. They kept me informed throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about their service and will use them again on other plumbing needs!

our bathroom shower drain was totally clogged. water was standing after repeated baking soda/white vinegar and hot water pour down drain attempts. also tried plunger and auger but nothing worked. i looked up plumbers using chatgpt and a.m plumbing was listed as highly rated. called them up and kristen picked up the phone on the first ring. they sent someone out the next day. alex showed up promptly and was able to diagnose the issue. the shower drain is cross connected to the bathroom sink drain on my wife's side. using the snake to unclog, turns out it was all human hair stuck in the drain. see picture to save a thousand words. highly reccommend a.m plumbing as both alex and kristen saved the day!

Alex was absolutely amazing in the work he did for us. We had our master shower worked on and redone when there was a leak and he went above and beyond to make sure that it was fixed and working properly. He was so nice and had great communication with every step of the process. Can’t recommend enough and will always use moving forward!!!

I had an issue with my shower, that the water would cut off as soon as the hot water was turn on. Alex came and solved my issues with my shower within minutes. 100/100 A.M. Plumbing & Rooter will be my go to when I have any plumbing issues highly recommend.

Will is awesome! He was able to schedule me quickly, was early to the appointment, and fixed what I needed in a timely manner and pointed out that my water heater probably needed replacing soon but did not try to upsell me or do any work that wasn't needed. Honest good dude, I will definitely be calling him again, thanks Will!

Will came out to my house this morning after I called because our water heater pilot would fail to light. An hour after I called he was there, figured out the problem, and was able to get me a new water heater that performs better than the old one. From the time of my call to him giving us the "all done" signal was less than 6 hours, and it was only that long because he had to drive to pick up the new water heater. He was quick, efficient, informative, kind, and very professional. Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a plumber and plumbing company. Thanks William!

Jason provided me a reasonable quote on the requested service and exceeded my expectations. He called in advance and arrived earlier than planned which was great. Upon arrival he quickly noted a separate water drainage issue and fixed it with no extra charge. Bottom line, he provided great service, was efficient, and at a reasonable price. I will use them without hesitation in the future for any plumbing needs.

PP&D were Amazing to work with. Our water heater stopped working and called Jon to assist. He was able to get us scheduled the next day to replace our old water heater and install a new tankless water heater. Jay and his colleague were on time, very efficient, and did a great job! These guys are true professionals and highly recommend them!! Their pricing was very reasonable and competitive as well.

Exceptional service replacing our water heater. Reached out late after normal hours. Jon immediately responded and provided a very competitive and thorough bid. Jay was assigned and came out early AM 2 days later as i could wait a day. Jay called the night prior to get pictures and make sure all issues were prepared ahead of time. He offered to come at the 'crack of dawn' / 7am which worked great for my schedule. He came well prepared, did an extremely professional and clean job. It was great interacting with both Jon and especially Jay at our home. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. And i have used lots of plumbing services and others in Temecula. They offered a very competitive price but were not the absolute cheapest. Jorge came and saved the day for our family!!! We had a different company come and fry our circuit board. We reached out to PDS Plumbing and Air and they were so helpful and apologetic for the situation that we were in. They had come out previously in the week to diagnose what was wrong with our system and when we declined to have the work done to think about it the technician Paul was so respectful and not pushy. He explained what we needed to be fixed and took lots of photos to show what was looked at while he was here. Phoenix was so helpful over the phone when I called to explain we would not be able to proceed with the repair because we now needed more work done. She said she would pass my info along to her boss and see if PDS would be able to help us. An hour later I heard from her boss, Zach, and he was trying to help us out. He had me send pics of the circuit board that needed replacing and within an hour he had located the board. Zach offered us a very reasonable price to fix the contactor and circuit board. A couple days later Jorge was our technician who came out to do the repair. Jorge was professional, helpful, knowledge and got the job done quickly. Thank you to the entire team at PDS for helping us have heating and air back again in our house. Our kids are so excited to have heat again! I have already recommended PDS heating and air to my mom and another friend. I would use this company again in a heartbeat if we have problems with our AC or heater in the future. Marcelino has been such a pleasure to work with. He was very detailed with his explanations how my enormous plumbing issues needed repair He was timely, when he said he would be here he was. Wow! Had an emergency situation with my shower in Temecula. The Moen valve was in need of replacement and Kel was out in no time to help me. He was very thoughtful of my home, worked incredibly hard and made sure to clean up after himself. I had such a great experience with Kel! He is professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. I had dropped a fragrance bottle into my toilet and it was wedged so tight way down inside the toilet. Kel was willing to take quite a bit of time and carefully got the object removed. He saved me from needing to purchase a whole new toilet. This saved me hundreds of dollars. I would definitely use his service again and would recommend him for sure!

Bob with Bluefrog Plumbing and Drain was amazing to work with. There was no hot water for my tenants and I called late Sunday evening and even though the next day was a holiday, he returned my call first thing in the morning! He had the problem assessed, parts purchased and water heater replaced all within that same day! Bob with BlueFrog is an excellent Plumber. He is very professional and knows how to solve any problem. He gave me a most reasonable price with better quality service than the "top names" that you hear on the radio. I have tried the main name plumbers and unsatisfied with their service compared to their prices. Bob can do anything with a 100% satisfaction or he doesn't leave until you are. He gives a 10% military discount and is a marine himself. He has got my business for life!
