Mr. Ed's came in handy on a quick snake job that I had been putting off for a while. Their technician Adrian was super efficient and friendly. He assessed the job quickly, was very transparent on his service fee. In short, he unclogged the shower drain with his too, explained the warranty on the work if it got clogged again. He was respectful of the property, clean, and excellent with his communication. As a former teacher I understand the value of explaining the situation in a way that is informative and also establishes rapport with the customer. The only real difference was my customer were 12 year olds :) I highly recommend Mr. Ed's when you are in a pinch.

I called Mr Ed's Plumbing to have the faucet under the kitchen sink replaced. After 24 years, the faucet needed to be fiddled with to turn off the water. Plus, it would give us the chance to use a more modern faucet we bought at Lowe's 2 years ago. I also requested that they replace the hot and cold shutoff valves since both valves leaked when I tried to shut them off a couple of years ago. And, to further complicate matters, I asked to replace a couple of shutoff valves for a couple of toilets, too. (One toilet wouldn't stop running, so I disabled the float since the shutoff valve spewed water all over the floor when I tried to use it. But since it was 2021 and during the covid lockdown, my wife wanted to wait to have it repaired. Four years later...) I figured since I was going to have the kitchen hot water shutoff valve replaced that I might as well flush out the water heater, too. Edward arrived on time (I had received a text informing me that he was on his way, about 20 minutes prior to his arrival). We discussed the projects I wished to be completed, and Edward priced out each aspect of the work. As the cost of the work was well within my planned budget, I gave him the go-ahead to start. I found Edward to be very personable, friendly, and professional. After each aspect was completed, he and I checked it over. He was very thorough, and he ensured that nothing was leaking after each job was done, as well as prior to leaving my house once it was all completed. After we had turned on the water to the house and began filling the water heater, I noticed that there was a significant bit of corrosion on the top of the tank. Home Depot had installed the replacement water heater back in 2019 and had used galvanized piping. I figured that there was nothing to be done about it, but luckily, Edward spoke up and told me he could fix the problem. Rather than completely draining the tank, we tried to shut off the water using the shutoff valve to the water heater. That didn't work. Edward said he had the tools and the parts needed to fix that, too. He also replaced Home Depot's installed compression tank, which had failed and was completely full of water, and he cleaned the corroded gunk from both the street-side supply pipe to the water heater and the house supply-side from the water heater and installed valves on each side. (I love a good shutoff valve.) In the end, although the final cost was more than I had initially anticipated, Edward's attention to detail went way above the original call out, and he resolved a number of additional problems that could very well have been a nightmare in just a few more years. I am certain I will have additional work in the future, and we would be ecstatic if you are assigned to assist in those endeavors!

Had a busted water main called around no one was available as it was weekend but when i called ED’s plumbing , adrian arrived 20 mins later . He looked around and explain that hes going to use Leakage detection to see where is it leaking. All along he was very informative about what he is doing and what going to happen next . Once leakage spotted , he gave me quote about how much it will cost and on agreed amount and date , Edward and Adrian came back and they did the fantastic job and voilaa had a clean water running again in the house and also gave me 2 yeqr warranty . Best plumber in and around stockton . Will defo use them again if needed .

I had a plumbing emergency and Superdrain helped within the hour, on a weekend. I had previously dealt with a home warranty who sent out a plumber to fix the problem, he did not. Superdrain had very good communication and were upfront with the cost. I appreciate their customer service and the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure both ends of the pipes were cleared out. Thank you so much.

I've been in my home about 9 years now and have had a few plumbing issues.Mosty backed upped clogged pipes. Super Drain I've used a few times. They are always prompt with there appt.They get right on it..Usually done in less then a hour. The price has always been reasonable and as a veteran they have given me a Veterans discount. Which i appreciate.The service everytime has been professional and courteous. Will continue to use Super Drain for any future plumbing issues 👍 I might add my last plumbing issue was on a Saturday and Super Drain fit me in right in the morning. I had a charity crab feed later that day so getting the toilets and showers back online was big.. This time the Service technician/plumber was Miguel and he was a very courteous and professional young man.. That's what we all want for good service.

We had excellent service with Superdrain! We had a major clog and the technician was out side in the pouring rain working to get it cleared! He was kind and professional and came on time! I would diffently use their service again!

Watch out that you don’t get scammed like we did! Roto-Rooter lied and told us we had infrastructure damage. They over charged us for hydro jetting our sewer line. It’s been confirmed by 2 different plumbers that it does not cost $1800 for hydro jetting and camera. They didn’t even show us camera footage. Called another plumber all we needed was a pipe replacement. Do not trust this company!

Yevgeniey was very friendly and helpful! I was super stressed about my garbage disposal and he fixed up the blockage I had caused in no time! He didnt make me feel stupid or dumb for not knowing certain things and that meant a lot to me. He showed up fast and was very efficient! If I ever have plumbing issues again I will definitely be a returning customer!

Jonathan was very thorough. He arrived very quickly and started to work right away. Ask me questions I answered and he got to work and my problems were completed with great professionalism and personalization. John Bajalieh was an exeptional technician. He was efficient, reliable and I found him very trust worthy. A simple drain clog and flooding became a difficult clean out and he was determined to ensure he knew it was clear and that I would not incur any more issues with this particular clog. Sean was our service technician. He was knowledgeable, personable, professional and excellent in explaining cost, procedures, warranties, etc. He and his trainee, John, were careful to keep the floor and cabinets protected as they dismantled a trap underneath the kitchen sink and snaked out a nasty clog. Cleanup was thorough and you would not know they were ever here. A job well done

My Water-main busted at my house and Discount plumbing showed up and installed a temporary line so my house did not have to go without water. About five days later, they showed up and replaced the busted Water-main line With a PVC pipe line about 60 feet in length that has a lifetime warranty on the part and a five year warranty for the labor from Discount plumbing, which is fully transferable to a new owner if you decide to sell your house. As you can see in the photos that was attached, the Water-main was in my driveway underneath the concrete. The technicians that showed up did an amazing job and completed the work in one day And also replace the concrete in my driveway as shown in the photos. I highly recommend their services to Anyone who has any type of plumbing needs.

I called Discount Plumbing to let them know that my water heater wasn't working anymore. The module was flashing/solid red light, instead of green. I bought this Bradford White from them 5 years ago and had Zero problems, until now. Tech Lonnie, flushed my tank (no charge) and removed and replaced the pilot light assembly and gas control valve. My water heater is as good as new! Lonnie is very knowledgeable and professional, and so was tech Felix, who originally installed my Bradford White back in 2020. Had some backing up issues at our location. Got a ridiculous quote from Drain Time Plumbing. I called Tony’s plumbing to get a second opinion. Zeke made it out here within the hour. Gave me two options for resolve our issue. Both were very reasonable and honest quotes. Zeke got the job done and fixed our issue. Even offered to have his supervisor Jordan to come and run cameras thru our drain at No extra cost for quality assurance. Tony’s Plumbing is the way to go my friends.

This house was bought in February of this year. It was built in the 50s and came with a few issues ,starting with a leak under the bathtub and kitchen sink. Tony's Plumbing fixed the problem by replacing the pipes and bringing it up to code. We were so impressed with the young men that came and did the work. Everyone in the office is friendly and make you feel like part of the family. We've had them back to install two toilets and then today we had two different leaky sinks fixed and a new faucet installed in the kitchen. Weston was wonderful and explained everything in a way that even I understood. I wouldn't trust plumbing issues to anyone else.

We have had several great experiences with Tony’s plumbing now. Most recently Irvin came out to check on the status of a leak that we thought was plumbing related. He arrived promptly, was courteous, and got right to work. He determined that our plumbing was not leak leaking and offered suggestions as to what the problem might be. Would definitely recommend and will use again if they need arises.

I must say a BIG THANK YOU TO VALENTIN & SON. My daughter had a gas leak at her home and PG&E shut her gas off. After experiencing some scheduling issues with the landlord. Valentin already came by and no one was home to let him in. So when I called him to see if he can circle back to my daughter's home. He said he'll try his best to stop by again later that day. WELL HE KEPT HIS PROMISE & CAME BACK TO MY DAUGHTER'S HOUSE WHERE HE FOUND 4 GAS LEAKS TOTAL. His son repaired the gas leak inside at the wall heater quickly and efficiently. Valentin explained everything to me as it was being repaired, which was going to be a 2 day repair. They came back the next day and fixed the remaining 3 leaks outside of my daughter's home. They both were very knowledgeable and very professional at their job. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 100 STARS IF I COULD! Definitely recommend this company to my friends and family members. My daughter said he even stayed there until PG&E came back out to turn the gas back on to confirm NO MORE GAS LEAKS. My daughter was soooo pleased with their service & now thanks to Valice Plumbing my daughter can now take a nice hot shower and cook a nice hot meal for her and my grandkids. I had left an after hours message regarding a leaking water heater and Joshua called me back within minutes and scheduled the replacement for the following morning. He quickly and efficiently replaced the failing water heater, supply lines and damaged stand, leaving the entire setup way better than it was originally. I highly recommend Joshua and his company for any and all plumbing/drain work you may need. He's a great guy and does excellent work.

I have used this company on several occasions including securing toilet to concrete foundation, cleaning out lines and recently removing and replacing master bath toilet, sinks and faucets. I am very happy with their work. They are very fast to responding to your needs and extremely nice and professional. Also if they see something that should be addressed they will advise you while on site which saves you a lot of money by not having to come back. I also recommended them to a company for their plumbing needs and they have used them ever since. I highly recommend this company.

Our water heater had gone out and these guys got it up and running within a couple hours. Super nice guys and really helpful. Saved us a ton of money because another plumber said we needed to replace the whole water heater but these guys were able to fix one of the valves and get it working properly. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had all new Appliances installed today, but the Dishwasher was not able to be installed due to a valve that was stuck open and leaked which required a plumber. I called Knights and they sent someone out within a few hours! The technician went above and beyond to replace the valve and install the new dishwasher and airgap. Called to get a cartridge replaced for my bathtub faucet, Jason and Miguel showed up within 30 mins. They were both very polite, showed me what happened to the cartridge. They were done in an hour at most. Great service.
