Exceptional service. I had a larger than expected project for my backed up sewer drain. Replacement of buried old cracked cast iron sewer under a crawl space and reinstalling a sewer line coupling that was improperly installed by a "contractor" who installed my "new added bathroom " sewer line incorrectly. I had 3 years of waste collecting at a "tee pipe" since the time of the remodel install. This project was time sensitive and having a "highly skilled" licensed plumber, Michael working diligently to correct the damage made our day. Chase the owner of WCP thoroughly explained his assessment and Michael used his years of experience and expertise to get the job done "correctly" on time so I could have my bathrooms back. It was a nightmare that was resolved by highly experienced, courteous and professional plumbers at West Coast Plumbers. Compared to the remodeling contractor outcomes and WCP I truly believe I got what I paid for with WCP.

On a late Saturday afternoon, our main waste line clogged which rendered our plumbing non operational. With family visiting from out of state, I needed to have it resolved ASAP. Chase came out late Saturday evening with his camera and diagnosed the issue - a root intrusion. Chase kept in touch with me over the weekend to coordinate the repair first thing Monday morning. Zach showed up promptly, explained his mission and got right to work. Zach was very professional, knowledgeable, skilled and overall a pleasure to work with. In about 3 hours, Zach located the root intrusion, cut out the compromised section of pipe, replaced it with a new section, backfilled and cleaned up! And now thankfully, we have working toilets again! This was my first experience with Chase and his team but I was very pleased and satisfied with their work. I won’t hesitate to call WCP again! I manage a vacation rental in Forestville, narrow, confusing roads all sorts of possibilities. We could not find the property septic tank and the clean out kept getting clogged. Also occasional back ups. Jon reached out asap, very personable, texted me on his way with a window! A good size window. Followed directions and there he was. Not I'm the neighbors drive way or blocking the road. So appreciative for that. Had all the equipment, found all leach lines, and the tank really fast. Had great recommendations for a company to deal with the hillside and parking. Really nice guy, prompt, communicates and got the job done for way cheaper than a few companies I called. He's your man if you cant find that tank!

Quick and efficient service from start to finish. Professional correspondence. These are honest folks. While they were excavating they discovered an existing clean out which was in good shape and ended up saving us some money. There are companies out there that will try and get every dollar out of you but it was clear that SLS does not operate that way. Glad we found them!

Other plumbers were unable to resolve a recurring sewer line issue, but GAC Plumbing Company did. They advised hydro jetting, which worked brilliantly. Before departing, the technician led me through the procedure, answered all of my questions, and ensured that everything was in working order. Their professionalism and attention to detail stood out. Very positive experience. Gary came out, reviewed a complicated external drainage problem and explained to me why Hydrojetting and camera work were highly unlikely to resolve my problem. He clearly is very experienced…and very honest!

GAC Plumbing Company is excellent! I phoned them for a drain cleaning appointment, and they arrived the same day. The team was polite, efficient, and left no mess behind. You can tell they know their job well. My bathroom drains have never flowed so nicely before.

I had a blockage caused by roots in my septic distribution box. Too dense for me to clear and make the repair. I considered renting an electric eel rooter, these machines are about $100 for a day rental, but given my drain placement, it needed 2 people to operate it. Also, I watched Youtube videos about people getting these cables stuck in a pipe or (worse) mangling fingers when the cable twists. So I decided to hire professionals. I never used Rooterman services before but I called them at 9 AM on a Friday and they had two trucks at my house by 11 AM (very good.) The workers knew what they were doing and had a large, powerful eel machine. They were up front with a fixed price for clearing two lines (+$300) pretty reasonable. They spent about ninety minutes working and removed dense mud and packed roots from the lines and got the water flowing again, making a successful repair. Very nice cooperative workers. I'd hire them again.

Fantastic service TOP SHELF. Do not for one second hestitate to call them! From Larkfield to Wikiup to Rohnert Park and Petaluma. I had a perfect experience with them. Efrain went out of his way to help me out on New Year’s Eve (even though he claimed to already be in town I know he was busy because he multi tasked with many phone calls coming in due to the rain lately). He was friendly, prompt and kept me informed of his anticipated arrival. And he fixed the problem!! YAY! Obviously, I have no idea what I’m doing so he could very well have told me that I needed some outlandish service that would’ve costed my landlord a lot of money, Which she is required to fix if need be; But no, He found a bunch of calcium buildup Within the drain plug of my shower/bathtub… resulting in a bad connection between the plug and the drain, and so therefore my bathtub won’t fill in my shower, wouldn’t drain. He kept taking it out, cleaning it, and then replacing it until he found the right fit. He likely saved my landlord, a lot of money! In reality, he could’ve just told her she needed an entire brand new drain and piping or whatever all that stuff is. Efrain (the owner) Is clean and professional, specific in his descriptions of the situation at hand and super easy going ….I don’t know if he is, but he seems like a small town dude. If you are having plumbing issues, this is your guy to call!

I was referred to Elite Plumbing by my handyman for an upstairs bathtub leaking into my garage. Dominic responded within 24 hours snd fixed it on the spot for a great price with only minimal drywall cutout. He was very personable and took the time to explain things. He also unclogged a sink at no extra charge. I now have a goto guy for future service, and I would definitely recommend him!

Shane from Caruso Plumbing did an EXCELLENT JOB yesterday draining and refilling my water heater. But even better, he installed a new toilet in my master bathroom!! He did a WONDERFUL JOB! I just can’t say enough good things about Shane and Caruso!! I touched base with their office several times to make sure they were still scheduled with me AND to make sure I had everything they may need. Shane had been to my home previously and he did such a GOOD JOB!!! I give him and them 5 stars!!!

“Shane the Drain”! What a great name, and one that no one will forget. Shane called, and asked if he could arrive 15 minutes early for our scheduled appointment, and did. When you have plumbing problems, that’s definitely a plus! An hour or so later, our new garbage disposal has been installed, and our slow drain had been snaked and opened. We are back to normal! Sane was professional and personable, and did a great job. Another plus? In these days of “we have an opening next week”, Curoso Plumbing was able to come out the very next day. I very highly recommend Northbound Plumbing. I will most definitely be a return customer. Aurelio was very responsive, professional, courteous, and is a genuinely nice guy! You can also tell he’s very passionate about what he does. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure my plumbing needs were met. He listened and didn’t make me feel stupid for some silly questions I asked. He even showed me how to do a couple things myself. Initially I called him over to repair a leaky toilet and unclog a sink, which he did easily, but when I mentioned a few other problems I was having that were outside of the original scope and required some troubleshooting and investigation, he went above and beyond to listen to me and not rush me along; then he was able to knock those additional items out too and all at a very reasonable rate. Aurelio came to my kids home they rent to fix the shower knobs. It ended up that it was so worn out he had to replace it. He was efficient, communicated the whole time and was done in a very timely fashion. He was very nice and friendly.

I had an odd situation at my business that required immediate attention and they came out the same day! Another company wasn’t able to fix our problem and they came out quickly and fixed our drain pipe that was flooding and could have potentially caused very expensive damage inside our auto shop. Turns out a tennis ball that was on the roof got into a drain line and caused water to back up and spill into the shop. I’m really thankful they were able to come quickly and had the equipment to get this done!

I have had a progressive leak in my waterline outside for a few months now. I was able to diagnose where on my own but needed professional help. I got an appointment within 24 hrs. Andrew arrived with a truck full of gear. I had exposed where the leak was. We went through a process of what if's; this way I knew the various outcomes ahead of time. Sal came by to check on progress and see if there was anything he could do to help. It was going to need backfill, so he went and got material. Later in the day supervisor Carl came to the job site and helped Andrew finish up. Everyone was professional, honest, answered my questions, allowed me to take pictures so I knew exactly where everything was and what the repair looked like afterwards. During the job, a neighbor came by with an inquiry. They very politely offered a business card and went back to the job at hand. Mr. rooter contacted me and made things correct fix my hot water. I appreciate the fact they corrected their mistake. Carl was very professional. Also a special thanks to JH really helped expedite the situation. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! a crew of 4 guys and 2 trucks spent all day (8 hours) to chip a hole in the concrete. The person who seemed to be in charge sat on his butt and smoked a vape all day. It was obvious they did not have the proper tools to do the job and told me bad news you will not have hot water till tomorrow. That was six days ago. Now they want me to pressure my HOA to let them subcontract to a company that is capable. Three guys standing and watching one guy aimlessly chip away at concrete to milk the clock. Also, the tool they plugged into my patio outlet fried the outlet. They acted like it was no big deal and shrugged when I asked what was plugged into it.

I had an emergency plumbing issue on Saturday morning, Gareth was on the scene within 90m, and had it fixed immediately. I have an older house and knew my sewer main was a problem as I received an estimate a year ago for $18k to replace it. Gareth gave me a second opinion that would cost less than $3k. I agreed, and he was back out a few days later and completed the repair perfectly. Not only that, he was clear in communicating what was going on, different solution options, and what to expect. Top notch service and he'll be getting all my plumbing business from now on.
