Only one call and I had Noah out to install a shutoff valve required by my insurance company. Noah also replaced two faulty ball valves on the line. His work is impeccable, neat and clean. The man was nice. He wasn’t familiar with mfd homes and I didn’t think to ask. Showed him my drip system and how to turn on the water for the drip system. He checked for low water pressure and said it was fine. He went to Home Depot to replace a tube to a water system unit we haven’t used in 13 years; in case it had something to do with the low water pressure and I approved just in case. My back has been out and unable to move much. Turns out, he did not turn off the drip system and my yard is drenched and running down the street drain all night and part of the afternoon I noticed it; what an expense. Will not use again.

Sergio’s team arrived early and got the job done efficiently and quickly. I was happy with their work ethic. In addition they communicated well with scheduling. I also like the fact that they did not charge me a service fee just for showing up at my house unlike other plumbers who service our area they are honest and aboveboard.

Great, honest plumbing service. My wife was staying at my elderly mother’s house in the retirement trailer park across from the Pismo RV park and the drain clogged up. I called Roto Rooter and without even looking in the clean out access, they said it needed to be hydro jetted from the mobile home to the street. They quoted me $2,750 !! I told them no thanks and called Five Cities plumbing. They sent two guys out, they looked at the clean out and determined it was between there and the house. They ran a snake up and cleared the drain and were done in about half an hour, start to finish. I was happy to pay their $215 fee. Can’t thank or recommend them enough!!

We’ve had a handful of experiences with local plumbers over the years, and not all of them were great. After one especially frustrating situation, we decided to call 5 Cities Plumbing based on recommendations from friends. I wish we had called them years ago! No hassle. No waiting around. No runaround or shady upsells like we’ve dealt with before. They were straightforward, honest, and actually fixed the problem the first time. What a relief to finally find a plumbing company that does exactly what they say they’ll do. From here on out, we’ll only be using 5 Cities Plumbing for any plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

They replaced a faulty bathtub mixer cartridge on Jan 14, which began leaking at an alarming rate on Saturday Feb 21 (good solid flow as the valve failed to close). Couldn't reach them all weekend. Spoke with them Monday morning, kept saying they were sending someone out, then delayed multiple times and never came, said Tuesday first thing... no show / no call. Around 11am, I received a hostile phone call from the owner, Chad, accusing me of trying to get free work, refusing to pay, and pissing him off with multiple phone calls. Not sure how he arrived at any of those conclusions. I had simply asked the receptionist if they would guarantee their prior work (which was paid promptly on the day of service btw). Chad did eventually come out on Tuesday around 11, pushed past me at the front door and began demanding payment immediately before performing any work. I asked him to communicate with the home owner (who I had standing by on the phone), which Chad refused to do. Instead he left abruptly hurling profanity, yelling insults, and speeding away. Chad wouldn’t budge on his 30-day guarantee policy, even though the bath valve was becoming increasing difficult to fully shut-off since well within the 30-day window. Meanwhile my bathtub had now been hemorrhaging probably hundreds of gallons over 3 days. So my issue was not fixed and I was a bit shook by the unhinged way the owner suddenly raged quit. I called another plumbing service who came out in less than 1-hour and replaced the cartridge for $280. They also confirmed that Five Cities Plumbing had installed the prior cartridge incorrectly. Won’t be using this company again.

We are posting up our review of Zeek's Plumbing based on over 3 years of service from this business. We originally used Zeek’s Plumbing to do everyday plumbing needs in our older home (drain cleanout, installing new plumbing fixtures) and then had him so all of the new water and gas lines for an ADU we are building including new service for both water, waste and gas for a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Our experience was excellent in all respects with the work finished on time, and budget. Zeek consistently delivers scheduled work for both small and larger projects as promised in terms of scheduling and made sure his work is done to journeyman standards and code requirements. He is always involved and is available to address questions or issues whenever necessary. As a plumbing service company this is definitely one of the best we have dealt with. We recently purchased another house that was built in 1955 with most of the plumbing in a poor state (leaking waste lines, displaced lateral in driveway, poor water pressure and built up sediment in City water line). Zeek replaced all of our house waste lines, re-piped the water service from the City meter, laid I a new private lateral to the main cleanout and did all of our finish plumbing for 2 bathrooms and a new kitchen. The work was all done to a high standard, on time and budget. Dealing with this business in truly a pleasure from a remodel and homeowner standpoint. Great person with high integrity and skills in his profession as a journeyman plumber. His crew are also all excellent and can be trusted to execute the work with reliability and accuracy. Highly recommend this business for any large or small plumbing job. Zeek's Plumbing is the best and we would not use anyone else.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. My older home had a serious hot water leak under my slab. I had seen a lot of their trucks around and decided to call them first. Out of the dozen people I called they were the only ones that answered immediately. I did get one other quote, but I didn’t get a good feeling from that person, unlike Zeek who completely put me at ease. They were very professional, punctual, and cleaned up every day. They completed the job in the time they said they would. Which alone is HUGE. I’ve owned several houses and even built my own home once. In all my years I’ve NEVER had a company complete a project in the time frame that was stated. They even set up a temporary kitchen sink for me to use while I’m remodeling my kitchen. Top notch quality company and Christina returned all of my calls in a very timely manner. I’m recommending them to everyone I talk to.

I setup a service visit with Justin (for the first time) assuming I needed to have my toilet ring replaced to resolve a smell and to check a couple of other things. He assessed the situation and told me that he wouldn't recommend the replacement because he didn't think it was the source of the smell. He recommended that I proceed with my thought of replacing a sink stopper with a simple device I found on Amazon, rather than having him do a more complicated repair on that fixture. He helped me with a quick fix on a slow draining tub. When I asked him what I owed for the visit he said nothing, not even a trip charge. Very impressive! Obviously an honest professional that really stretches to develop his client base, although he is well established. He's my plumber for future issues.

I own a 3500SF mixed-use property in the Village of Arroyo Grande CA 93420. My tenant said the water heater tank was leaking. I called my regular plumber. Un-available over the 3-day holiday weekend. "Cold-called" Justin Jackson's Plumbing. After a short discussion Justin went to see the situation. We wound up moving forward happily. Longer story short: first call-800AM, paid invoice-200PM. Justin sent photos and all VERY GOOD at a fair price. They're a family business and I would go back to them in a heartbeat!!

Love Arrow Plumbing. I called with a water pressure issue on a Wednesday afternoon. At 7:55am Thursday they were at my door ready to solve things. The plumber was friendly, honest and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Two hours later everything was replaced, including a hose bib that had been leaking for years! The price was beyond reasonable and the work impeccable. Besides the good work, I see Arrow Plumbing supporting non profits all over our community. Give them a call and be impressed like I was!

Called to get an estimate on a swimming pool gas line that was rusted. Had a technician at my house within the hour. I received a quote that I could not pass up and job was completed by close of day. Job well done and Excellent service. I will definitely use their services again.

Water heater broke Saturday afternoon. Called and left a message at their business phone.. Got a call back within an hour. Can̈elo explained the costs of a weekend visit and his associate came in to assess the heater sunday. We agreed to have the repairs the following day Monday at 8 am. The crew was on time and finished the job 2 hours tops. Made sure everything was working properly before they left. ARROW plumbing is great.
