I contacted Jorge from Maverick Plumbing to help me with my clogged toilets and showers. I had a big problem. I called Jorge, and he listened to what issues I was experiencing and took his time to explain what he thought could be the problem. I could tell Jorge knew what he was talking about. I called a few other places, but in the end, Jorge made a great first impression with me, and I decided to call him back to do the job. I am glad I did! Jorge brought his snake, and boy, did he need the 100-foot snake! He earned his money today! The clog in my pipes was a battle for him, but in the end, he got the job done and fixed my clog. Jorge is very professional, understanding, and explains your plumbing situation well so that you know what your options are. He also gave me a quote for a clean-out, which I will call him to do at a later date. In any case, if you are in need of a plumber, I would absolutely call Jorge at Maverick Plumbing. Jesus rerouted a sump pump drainpipe installed poorly by another company. He also made a very smart suggestion to tie an existing downspout into the new pipe he was installing, a suggestion I really appreciated. He was knowledgeable, conscientious, and fast. A great experience.

These young men did a wonderful job. I had 2 leaking valves under my bathroom sink. Its a very tight area to get into. They managed well and had it done in less than an hour.

I needed help with a major sewer line blockage "urgently". I called around 5pm, and was told by a dispatcher that they would schedule me for 8am the next day. I needed the problem fixed before that - so I begged a little, pleaded severe consequence to my business, etc. The dispatcher said someone would call me. Within a minute the owner called, and after hearing my story said he would see what he could do and promised to call me by 7pm.15 minutes later (no exaggeration) the first truck pulled up. They had it cleared in half an hour, inspected with a camera soon after, and were gone by 7pm. Great service, left the area clean. Highly recommended.

Our water heater went out, and we discovered electrolysis all throughout our piping. The Redwood Pipe and Drain team completely re-piped our house, got us set up with a tankless system, and even replaced our disposal. Such a fantastic job by such an expert team!

I wanted to upgrade my water heater to a tankless water heater. Mike (owner) came out to meet with me and go over my request which also included upgrading old water lines under the house. He let me know that the previous work done on the water lines many years ago was done incorrectly. He was very knowledgeable and gave me good information. The guys were here for three days and were professional, considerate and hard working. They installed the tankless heater and replaced all the plumbing under the house.It was actually very impressive what all they did. I highly recommend Redwood Plumbing and Drain. Tim replaced the shower head and cartridge on my bathroom a while ago. It's been a few years and it's really held up and I haven't had any problems with it. I remember him being very quick. I recently had a family member ask who did my shower head and I remembered I had forgotten to leave a review. I phoned Expert Plumbing on a Wednesday, and Moe came out to my house the next day to assess why my 25+ year old tankless water heater had stopped working. It was clearly at the end of its life cycle, but he was able to coax a bit more life out of it until he could install a new one. On the following Monday he, Ariel, Jared and a helper (I'm sorry, I for get his name) came to my house. They removed the old water heater from my attic and plumbed and installed a new one on the outside of my house. They said that if the old one had leaked in my attic, the water damage would be sever to the ceilings, walls and hardwood floors. The work was done quickly, and professionally. The crew was friendly and extremely considerate to keeping my house clean while they worked both inside and outside. By the end of the day, they were finished with the work. Larry & Sons Plumbing & Drain Cleaning recently pumped out my septic tank, and Russell, the technician, did a fantastic job. He worked quickly and made sure to check everything carefully. While cleaning, he noticed some cracks at the bottom of the tank that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. I’m glad he pointed it out before it became a bigger problem. I’ve also had great experiences with their plumbing services. When I needed help with a leaky faucet, they scheduled a same-day appointment for me. Joe, the plumber, arrived on time and fixed everything efficiently. The customer service representative was very polite and kept me updated on when the plumber would arrive, which I appreciated. Every time I’ve used their services, I’ve been impressed by how professional and knowledgeable their team is. Taylor came out to replace several bathroom faucets and did a wonderful job. He was friendly and even gave me helpful tips on how to keep my plumbing in good shape and avoid future issues. I’ll definitely ask for him again when I need more work done. Most recently, two plumbers came out to check all my plumbing fixtures. They were very respectful and thorough, fixing a toilet issue and making sure everything else was working well. We had another excellent experience with Larry & Sons Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. Russell and Damon replaced two faucets and installed a new water heater for us. The countertop holes for the faucets were really close to the wall, but they did a fantastic job fitting everything in just right. It's great to have strong water pressure again. The new water heater is working perfectly too. Our house in Watsonville is getting older, and several times now these plumbers have helped us out when we needed it. Jesus came out and got us cleared up and running quickly. Very responsive, great guy - communicated each step, clean, efficient and seemed to really enjoy his job! Recently had Miguel service my rental home. Fixed a leaking shower faucet valve. He was very professional, clean, timely and did a very clean job. Called him the day before and he made an appointment for the repair. He replaced the valve and trim for the shower, resealed everything which gave the bathroom an updated look. I had another issue with my sewer lateral backing up. Miguel snaked it, unclogged the lateral and replaced my toilet seal. I would highly recommend Supreme plumbing.

We needed the old valves replaced for our Washing machine for one was leaking. Miguel quoted a fair price and was able to fix the issue quickly. He is very personable and professional. Yesterday we had an emergency leak in our bathroom ceiling from a pipe that Miguel identified a pin hole leak. I called him around 8pm and he picked up on the first or second ring and was at our house within 20min to get the leak patched before finishing the work the next day (today). Josh called before coming and then arrived on time. I’m usually a bit uptight when workmen are at my home but It was really nice to have him around. He explained everything in detail and gave me several options to choose from. All of them were practical and worthy of consideration. Then he did the work and did a nice job. (By that I mean it looks nice and sturdy, works well and doesn’t leak.) He explained his use of brass fittings to join new copper pipes to my existing galvanized pipes, and why PVC shouldn’t be exposed to strong sunlight. He left me with verbal instructions and the owners manual for the water filter he installed (a much bigger, more reliable and easy to maintain one than the one that it replaces). I will call Rosenthal Plumbing again if/when I have plumbing issues in the future.
