I had a leak in my water heater tank’s flex line past midnight. I believe Drain Brothers was the second company I tried calling that night. The first one (forgot the company) just rang once and automatically gets disconnected. Then Drain Brothers, Ozzy picked up the call right away. Very accommodating, honest, and gives you fair pricing. Most importantly, the problem was fixed right away. I would definitely give them a call again for any plumbing repairs. P.S. in the picture, Ozzy replaced the old copper flex line into a stainless steel.

Wow, where do I even begin? I am absolutely blown away by the level of service and care I received from Drain Brothers. My kitchen sink backed up, and it turned out there were roots about 2 to 3 feet down the line. One plumber wanted to just run a high-speed chain through it, clear it out, and call it a day. Another said they could not even look at it for a few weeks. I was stuck. In desperation, I called my realtor, who recommended Drain Brothers. They came out the very next day. Ozzy assessed the situation and immediately explained that I needed a cleanout installed because my house was built without one. Having grown up with a father who was a contractor, and spending my summers working construction and plumbing with him, I knew Ozzy was right. I also knew this was not going to be a small job. They would have to cut open the back of the house, cut into the plumbing, and repipe it to install the cleanout. To my surprise, Ozzy said, “We can do it right now.” LFG!!! Once they accessed the main line, they found exactly what I expected. Roots had breached the pipe a few feet down. Fixing it meant jackhammering concrete and tunneling under the house to reach the damaged section. This is not a quick or easy task. Again, Ozzy did not hesitate. He said they would take care of it that day. Unreal! I gave them the green light, and they got straight to work. It turned out to be even more involved than expected, but Ozzy and his crew kept pushing. They worked until almost 10PM. It was in the 30s outside, and not once did they complain. At one point, I told them they could head home and come back the next day. I would have completely understood. Ozzy looked at me and said, “We are getting this done for you today.” That kind of work ethic is rare. I cannot say enough about Ozzy and the team at Drain Brothers. Professional. Honest. Hard-working. All around great guys. They did the job the right way, not the quick way, and they stood behind their work. I have a septic tank and it has old plumbing and he revamped the line and created two cleanouts. The price is very competitive and you won’t be disappointed! Communication is top notch. It was an amazing experience getting a drain unclogged. Monty arrived on the day I called. After a thorough evaluation of my home, he fixed the clog. He noticed that some of the valves in our outdoor faucet needed to be replaced. We've received a quotation for this. Monty also installed a new washer while checking out the outdoor tap. He was very professional and friendly. We would definitely use this company again to complete future projects.

Brian was the service technician. He is professional, friendly and courteous. He did a great job of explaining the problems in the house. He did a fantastic job. I was impressed with how clean he left the house after completing his work. This is not the best company to use if you want cheap service. If you're looking for a guaranteed job and quality work, you have found the company that you need.

Sewer Bros did a phenomenal job on several plumbing problems I had been putting off around the house. Jose and his crew showed up exactly on time listened to what I needed done which included shower drain replacement plus repiping my drain lines, outside sprinkler shutoffs new fittings to the sprinkler lines themself and so on. Jose's quote was right in my budget so I gave him the green light, bottom line everything that was done far exceeded my expectations. Our kitchen sink was literally acting like a swamp and backing up every single time we ran the disposal. Junior came over and was super chill about the whole mess and got the drain cleaning done in like twenty minutes flat. It is totally nice to be able to do dishes again without having to wait an hour for the water to slowly disappear.

It was such a relief to see that high pressure water finally clear the line and know we won't have a backup in the middle of the night.

We had a water heater blowout Monday morning. Kyle was here Monday morning to replace it and put in a period he put in a tankless water heater. Kyle was amazing how clean how professionally was with everything. Had a problem the next day and it turned out to not be anything that Kyle did it happen to be with a mixing valve in my front bathroom. My wife called his company and he came out personally. I think Gus and Lewis helped him on the job. They did an amazing job. They left the place clean and I can't say how grateful I am. I just wanted to say thank you to the full crew. My Hydrojetting service was originally rushed and left incomplete, but Tip Top Pluming sent the crew back and Cesar and Lewis took the time the second time around and did a great job. Michael fixed my 88 year old mother’s very big plumbing break today. In pouring rain, he replaced a broken, poorly connected waterline with a simple strong design that includes a shut off valve. He made the repair and added value. He was kind, straightforward and diligent. At the end of the day he sat patiently and listened to her stories.

A team that is a 20/10. An excellent service. Brendy was excellent at scoping out our drains, cleaning them and sending both email and hardcopy footage to resolve a flooding problem. Brandy at the office set me quickly up to help us with our flooding. They answered all of my questions in the most welcoming way I have ever experienced. Highly recommended! If I had 10 stars, I would. We moved from California to Arizona. The hot water didn't work when we got there. Our 3 kids were not able to find a plumbing company that would fix the problem without having our AC unit removed and a complete tear-out. We went for several weeks without hot running water. Brian came and made a detailed plan. He knew exactly what to accomplish. Pedro and Levi came the following day and got to work immediately. They did not leave the site until the job was completed. We called MVP plumbing company for their services. They did a tremendous work Adam Alvarez and his team did a fantastic job, finding the leak detection, pipe cleaning with hydrojet and did the pipe repair. Adam and Manny arrived on time and were very courteous and efficient. Adam was honest and had clear communication. They were respectful of our home, left the area clean, used drop cloths and plastic wrap to prevent the dust from going around the house. They went out of their way and cleaned the kitchen and under the sink. We were very happy with the with the results will definitely call them back again! If any issues arise.
