Expert Drain Cleaning in Santa Clara, California

My kitchen sink was clogged so I called Crown plumbing services. The plumber was on time. He shared with me that my kitchen sink was only partially clogged. He ran some hot water and then it’s unclogged. However, I got charged a $200( after discount) diagnosis fee. He told me if any work was performed, it would have been more than $400. I’m new to this but felt quite shocked for a 5 min time he spent at my place. Is it already so expensive nowadays to hire a plumber? Just would like to hear from you all. :)

I want to take a second and write a quick review. My guest bathroom toilet was backed up and i could not get it to flush. I reached out Crown Plumbing and spoke to Abraham and he immediately had me on schedule within minuets. The next day Pablo came out with amazing customer service and had my toilet working in no time. The level of customer service is second to non. If you have any plumbing needs call Crown Plumbing you will not be disappointed.

Technician was thorough and honest about my issues. He did an outstanding job and was efficient. He was here two years ago for the same problem. He highly recommends replacing pipes under the house which are approximately 70 years old.

We had a leaking washing machine for months we couldn’t find out why… We tried a lot of things and then we called $15 Sewer and Drain, best move we ever made. The Plumber took one look at the situation and in less than an hour he had cleared out the pipes, the adjoining sink and the P-Trap. It was magic… and no more leaks. Rueben was awesome! Plumber was on time, friendly, and wore shoe covers. He assessed the situation and went to work. He got the blockage cleared and then cleaned the whole sink area. Very professional.

it was 700 pm when i called. plumber was here very quick after initial phone call. came out and gave me the options available to fix the clogged drain main drain. Got to it and got it done. Drain fixed. professional and very clean. He deserves a raise. 5 stars.

Our master bath tub was not draining and nothing seemed to help unclog it. We were referred to Knockout plumbing and they were immediately responsive. Martin came to the house, gave us a quote and his crew was available to do the job on the same day! They were professional, courteous and got the job done quickly. One of the most impressive things they did was to wear shoe covers while in our house to minimize any dirt and debris. After, they collected all their trash and hauled it away. There was an issue after the job was complete and Martin was immediately available to assist us. He was able to provide a solution and send his crew to resolve it. Overall, they provided excellent customer service and focused on quality to get the job done right. Definitely highly recommended for plumbing needs and would use them again.

Knockout did an excellent job for us and I highly recommend them. We started our journey with an estimate to replace all the vertical and horizontal waste water pipes under our home. Our house is 70 years old and we noticed cast iron pipes that seem to be deteriorating. We looked it up and their life rage is about 70 years so we bit the bullet and got estimates from 4 different companies. They all seemed good but Knockout offered some things the others did not. They offered a 25 year transferable warranty, they acquired and arranged for permits. They also put back the dry wall that they had to removed to do the job. The man that did the texturing did a great job. He matched the 70 year old texturing style that was in our family room. I was truly amazed. This sewer pipe replacement, grew to include all the water pipes, and then to replace the sewer line from the house to the street and unknown to use we had a second line that was leaking under our garage floor. This turned into a really really big job. It could have been a nightmare but it was not. Martin, Axil and the rest of the crew totally took care of us and our house. Every day I would receive an email telling me when they would be there to work or when an inspection was happening. They were the most cautious and careful of our house. They protected my floors, and carpet and walls. THEY NEVER LEFT A MESS EVER. I watched them clean, sweep and scrub down our driveway when they had used it as a work space. They were absolutely incredible. Clean, neat, work that was approved by the city and sewer department and great communication with us the entire time. Ernesto, Kevin, and Miguel helped to replace a portion of my main and lateral line after a blockage. They explained everything clearly as we went along and were patient with me while I made decisions about what we could commit to financially. They worked extremely fast and were communicative about timelines and inspections. They even came back out a month later to check on something I had noticed, but wound up not being a problem. Overall, super happy with our Rooter Solutions experience.

I just did a major sewer line repair all the way to city drop with Rooter Solution and found them very professional, communicated well and based on my understanding they did super good quality work. I found them bit expensive but I went ahead with them because I found out that they had all the right tools, people and know how and doesn't have to get other sub-contractor involved. Will go to them again if I need any sewer/plumbing work and highly recommend them.

Worked with Mike on the drain clogging issue. Mike was very quick to diagnose the issue and provide a straightforward assessment and mitigation plan. No long winded explanations or side tracking arguments. He provided a reasonable estimate. And was able to fix the clogging issue at its root in a quick turn around time. Overall glad to work with him and will continue to use Superior plumbing team for future issues.

Great service. It was quick and it was easy. I had to have a detection device installed in the house for the insurance company. I called Superior plumbing. They were here next day and actually we're able to finish it on the same day.

This review is for Andy Hernandez from Superior Plumbing who was fantastic to work with: professional, knowledgeable, and more importantly, honest. I had an issue with a clogged toilet that turned out to be on the city side. City arrived promptly to flush the main, and Andy took it upon himself to stick around to ensure all was good on my side before leaving. Didn’t end up using his service this go around, but really appreciated his transparency while on-site. Would use his service in the future as needed.

OK, this is overdue. Last month I noticed water on the garage cement floor and thought it was just moisture. After careful review I noticed that the water heater was leaking. I called four different plumbers to get estimates with Drain Doctor being the first one I called. A little history of my previous water heater is in order. in 2019 I was overseas, and the heater broke and leaked all over the garage damaging some important personal items. My girlfriend at the time called a plumber who installed a new heater and what a mess it was. That plumber used galvanized steel for the inlet and outlet of the heater lines. Routed the pressure relief pipe into the water heater pan rather than outside of the pan and installed my recirculating pump facing the side wall where I could not gain access. Additionally, the gas line reservoir was installed by the water heater rather than near the gas line valve coming out of the wall. There were no 2x4 boards in the back of the heater for earth quake bracing and the water lines were not earth grounded, all of which are city compliance requirement. To say the least it was a cluster F. When Bobby from Drain doctor showed up, he immediately pointed out the nonconformance of the water heater and gave me a bottom-line price from his standard pricing book which no other plumbers could beat. Some quotes were almost double and after negotiating with those plumbers they got close to Bobby's price which didn't sit well with me. So, I decided to go with Bobby and that proved to be fortuitist based on his efficient and compliant work. Bobby is a plethora of plumbing information or more like a Wikipedia of plumbing. He does have a laid back and straight forward attitude but don't let that fool you. He's the top gun in his industry. Anyway, I've read some of the negative reviews and in each case, there has been a unique set circumstance that all of us experienced in our daily life but over 99%+ of Drain Doctor reviews are very positive. I can't tell you how happy we are with his work and in fact our outside main water line inlet valve was broken, unbeknown to us and we had him come back the next day to fix that as well. I didn't bother getting other quotes because I knew Bobby would give us a competitive price but more importantly do the job right. Anyway, you can't go wrong with Drain Doctor and ask for Bobby. Since the water heater needed to be replaced, he and Nathaniel worked together late into the evening. Their excellent and efficient work ensured my family had hot water available that night. Aside from the slightly higher price, I hope the company continues to prove itself as a trustworthy and reliable organization.

Armando inspected my job (faucet, RO system, disposal, p trap reconfig, Moen Smart Flo) thoroughly and gave a very detailed estimate. I had two other plumbers out and one focused on the length of warranty he could sell me and the other one was much more expensive (brand premium?). Armando was awesome! His company, Plumbing Point, was recommended by my neighbor after he repaired a water leak at her water meter. We had the same leak at our water meter. He gave us a quote, showed up the next day at the time he said, and fixed the leak by 3pm. He communicated exactly what he would be doing. Worked super efficiently and got the job done beautifully. We recently completed a larger home remodeling project at our house in Cupertino that included two bathrooms and a media room, and Luka from Flow Plumbing & Remodeling was great to work with throughout the process. He stayed organized, communicated clearly, and kept the project moving in the right direction. Luka showed up when expected and handled everything very professionally. With bigger remodeling projects there can be a lot of moving parts, but he made the process feel much easier. The bathrooms and media room turned out really nice and everything came together well. He was very professional, showed up on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. Luka installed the new shower plumbing, vanity connections, and all the fixtures, making sure everything was working perfectly before finishing. He also explained what he was doing along the way, which we really appreciated. The work area was kept clean and the quality of the installation looks excellent. It’s hard to find contractors who take this much pride in their work.
