Rick was a great plumber. Arrived promptly, parked without blocking the neighbors, and got to work. He unclogged the sink in about 20 minutes and verified the water was flowing out to the sewer. Great service, recommended additional measures to prevent reoccurring clogs, but was not pushy to sell it. Definitely recommend!

Many thanks to Jorge, Bryan and Felipe who just completed what has to be one of the worst, if not the worst plumbing job ever. Our ancient cast iron pipes under the house had been leaking for some time before we discovered it. Lewis Plumbing came out quickly. It took a week to complete this huge job, but they were here on time every day with great, can-do attitudes. It was very pleasant to work with them and I will call them again should I need their services.

From beginning to end, Trenton and his whole team were extremely professional and efficient. I needed help with a sewer trap removal, as well as installation of a check valve and guillotine to prevent the flooding issues I was having. They also put in a new utility sink and faucet for my washing machine, took out some old cabinets, and rerouted my dryer vent. Trenton came out to give me an estimate and really knew what he was talking about. He took time to explain everything—what he suggested, why it was needed, and the costs involved. After I agreed, we scheduled the work and his crew actually arrived early, which was a great surprise! Their customer service was top-notch and they made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Oneal Brothers Plumbers did an excellent job replacing my water heater. After coming home and noticing my old water heater was leaking, I called them the next morning. Bryson arrived quickly and had the new unit installed before noon. The service was fast, professional, and efficient. The price was fair, and there was no pressure to buy anything extra. Overall, I had a great experience and was very satisfied with how everything was handled.

Sloppy work. Many no shows when they said they would come and no communication. Drains installed were higher than concrete, said drains adjusted 3x. Field Manager no show several times without letting us know. Overpriced, sloppy work. Cement patch up sloppy! Tacky! Also, I called the office 3x to reach the general manager but I did not even get a call back. So, stay away from this company.

My sewer drain was clogged and Sean Taylor with Rooter Solutions pressured me to sign a contract for $22,142.79, based on work taking 3 plumbers, 6 days. I was charged, and paid, the full amount. Work was completed with 3 plumbers in 3 days. Sean said the work needed to be done now because further damage could result if it was not fixed immediately. He said he had over 20 years’ experience and the price, although high, was fair and reasonable Later, another plumber told me the work should not have cost more than $11,000.

This company just attempted to seriously rip me off! I have a very trustworthy plumber that I usually go to for simple fixes but I received a mailer from this company for a $54 clogged drain cleaning. I can’t beat that price so I decided to try them out. The guy showed up and was super respectful and seemingly professional as he proceeded to wrestle with my clogged shower drain with a snake. He constantly commented about all the resistance he was running into in the drain and that he wasn’t sure if it was going to clear out. he said that if it doesn’t clear, they have a procedure where they use some high-pressure machinery that clears everything out and then they go in with a camera to assess what the problem is. Of course this diagnostic procedure only costs $1400😡 Our house is built on a concrete slab so once they diagnose this so-called problem who knows how many thousands of dollars they will charge you to fix whatever problem they make up because it would involve ripping up our floor. So at this point, I ask him, while he’s struggling with his snake, looking completely defeated, how much I owe him and he says just the $54. Then I go look at the ad while he pretends to try for a little bit longer and I see if the clog doesn’t drain, I actually don’t have to pay the $54. I point this out to him and he instantly changes his tune and agrees that the policy is that if the clog is not cleared, you don’t have to pay. Moments before he was happy to take my $54. So later the same day I have my plumber friend come over, and he clears the drain literally in less than five minutes!!! He charges me $100 for which I am happy to pay even though it’s a lot of money for such a short visit, but his honesty in this profession is priceless. This company is predatory. They’re trying to get inside your door to fabricate problems that allow them to exploit you for thousands of dollars. There should be laws against this!!! I am sure some of their positive reviews that result in a 4.6 star rating are from actual customers that had a good experience from a simple fix. But I guarantee you a lot of high ratings have to be made up reviews. They absolutely tried to scam me. My shower drains as well as any shower in Santa Barbara County right now, and it took my go to plumber less than five minutes. I actually never write reviews, but I felt obligated to warn people about the predatory practice that this company is conducting. Beware!!

Our sewer lateral to the city main backed up on a Saturday night, so I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Andy came out within the given timeframe and snaked the pipe so it flowed again. Very professional outfit that helped us in a pinch. Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He’ll be back in a couple of days to do the included camera inspection and make sure we address the root cause. Would recommend!

I flushed my dead fish down the toilet (R.I.P. Sriracha😭) & it clogged (DONT FLUSH UR FISH YALL) Mr. Rooter plumbing was affordable & quick with their service compred to other plumbing services i called! Jonnie was super helpful & made jokes about my dead fish lol but made me smile during the stressful time. 10/10 would recommend!

Javier was amazing he came out on Saturday nobody else would return the calls he did right away and gave me a quote right up front what it would be and then did a great job not only when I asked him to do which was clear the drain but he volunteered to help with some of the other drains in the house no charge and then even give me a little discount on a Saturday so I recommend he's a great guy and a local family man.

Saturday I get a call from my tenants at my rental unit that the drains are backed up. My usual plumber wasn’t available until Tuesday so I called a random number from Craig’s list and Javier left his daughters softball game and met me within a hour.. he was super professional, explained everything throughly, gave me a warranty, is insured and charged me less than half of what my normal plumber would have. In a challenging time of discovery of several drainage pipe leaks under my raised foundation, 1930 - built home, Javier and his assistant, Edgar, of EZ Flow Drain and Sewer Services, proved to be a God send. Javier responded quickly and used his expertise to investigate the root problems, explained all findings thoroughly and gave options for repair/replacement. He is knowledgable, kind, communicative, respectful and attends to detail. Javier and Edgar worked tirelessly over several days to complete the work, adhering to their scheduled appointment times or giving plenty of notice if a time needed to be changed. They did thorough, fabulous work at a very fair price. I give them my highest recommendation!!

He even took the time to show me the steps he was taking to get it out. He is also very knowledgeable and informed me of future problems that may occur. He knew exactly what to do to solve our leaking kitchen faucet, and he communicated what our options were, and it was a great relief to work with such a prepared technician. The office staff were all very efficient and responded to our concerns in a very kind manner. We wanted a plumber to come over as soon as possible and within 24 hours our problem was solved. We would recommend Elite Rooter to friends and we will call them first if we ever need a plumber.

Booked an appointment yesterday and was asked to provide photos of the parts I needed replaced. Interestingly, within 5 mins of sending photos I get a call that they’ve overbooked(someone is sick but my appt is two weeks away) and to find another plumber. No suggestions what competitor that I should choose etc. How does a place like this stay in business. Pathetic.

The pipes behind our tub were leaking into the wall. We had to turn our water off and Carroll came to the rescue. They were able to come out that same day, fix the leak and pipes, and we had our water back on. The technician was professional, prompt and courteous. Thank You!
