Our customer toilet backed up. I called just before 9 AM and was told a technician would be out between 10 and 12 the same day. Anthony arrived just a few minutes after 10. He assessed the situation, offered me some different options, and he was done before 11. Problem was solved. He was on time for a last minute call, polite, thorough, knowledgeable about the possible cause and remedies, and he was fast. Will definitely call again for future plumbing issues. Thanks again.

Super fast turnaround, quality service, and fair price. These guys came out on the weekend to help me with a plugged kitchen drain and the service technician was on time and very helpful. Price was a little high, but it was the weekend so it was to be expected. I’m a happy camper with a nice clean sink!

John was courteous and did an excellent job replacing our water filtration system, which had developed a leak. The original system was also installed by their team, and it turned out to have a fault. Overall, the team did a great job and was very reliable. Scheduling was easy, and they were able to accommodate us quickly. Josh, the manager, was great to work with and very helpful during the original installation as well. The only drawback is that the pricing felt higher than expected; more reasonable pricing would have made the experience perfect.

Chris is a great problem solver and extremely capable and hardworking. He diagnosed and fixed a leak under my house that other companies were struggling with. Great, honest plumbing service. My wife was staying at my elderly mother’s house in the retirement trailer park across from the Pismo RV park and the drain clogged up. I called Roto Rooter and without even looking in the clean out access, they said it needed to be hydro jetted from the mobile home to the street. They quoted me $2,750 !! I told them no thanks and called Five Cities plumbing. They sent two guys out, they looked at the clean out and determined it was between there and the house. They ran a snake up and cleared the drain and were done in about half an hour, start to finish. I was happy to pay their $215 fee. Can’t thank or recommend them enough!!

We’ve had a handful of experiences with local plumbers over the years, and not all of them were great. After one especially frustrating situation, we decided to call 5 Cities Plumbing based on recommendations from friends. I wish we had called them years ago! No hassle. No waiting around. No runaround or shady upsells like we’ve dealt with before. They were straightforward, honest, and actually fixed the problem the first time. What a relief to finally find a plumbing company that does exactly what they say they’ll do. From here on out, we’ll only be using 5 Cities Plumbing for any plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

They replaced a faulty bathtub mixer cartridge on Jan 14, which began leaking at an alarming rate on Saturday Feb 21 (good solid flow as the valve failed to close). Couldn't reach them all weekend. Spoke with them Monday morning, kept saying they were sending someone out, then delayed multiple times and never came, said Tuesday first thing... no show / no call. Around 11am, I received a hostile phone call from the owner, Chad, accusing me of trying to get free work, refusing to pay, and pissing him off with multiple phone calls. Not sure how he arrived at any of those conclusions. I had simply asked the receptionist if they would guarantee their prior work (which was paid promptly on the day of service btw). Chad did eventually come out on Tuesday around 11, pushed past me at the front door and began demanding payment immediately before performing any work. I asked him to communicate with the home owner (who I had standing by on the phone), which Chad refused to do. Instead he left abruptly hurling profanity, yelling insults, and speeding away. Chad wouldn’t budge on his 30-day guarantee policy, even though the bath valve was becoming increasing difficult to fully shut-off since well within the 30-day window. Meanwhile my bathtub had now been hemorrhaging probably hundreds of gallons over 3 days. So my issue was not fixed and I was a bit shook by the unhinged way the owner suddenly raged quit. I called another plumbing service who came out in less than 1-hour and replaced the cartridge for $280. They also confirmed that Five Cities Plumbing had installed the prior cartridge incorrectly. Won’t be using this company again.

We had an issue with our sewer lateral that another plumber wasn’t able to diagnose/ fix so called Modern Perspective Plumbing based on a referral from a co-worker. They were lrompt, knowledgeable, thorough, and had phenomenal communication from beginning to end. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!

I contacted Jordan on a Friday afternoon due to my plumbing being slow to drain and knew i had a blockage happening. I let him know it wasn't urgent but may need to be looked at pretty soon. He let me know he would be in contact with me the following week and had several large jobs scheduled but would be in contact so he could get it taken care of. On Monday afternoon my small blockage turned into a full on leak and i had several inches of water under my sink. Good thing i had a bucket under the sink but still had some water leak. I called and texted Jordan to let him know I definitely needed help since my small job looked like it would be a much bigger job. He called me Monday evening and apologized for not responding back sooner. I completely understood since he had already told me what he had going. On Tuesday he followed up with me and let me know when he should be coming by to fix my problem. Not only was he here on time but early and his coworker was awesome and friendly. These guys know their stuff I highly recommend them.

I was lucky to work with Manny, who was so patient and methodical; Joshua who made scheduling easy; and Mark (the owner) who knows it all and added in a few great jokes! What an excellent company! Scheduling and the repair job were easy and k dependable. These plumbers are have professional follow-through. I have now found forever plumbers that I can count on and trust.

We needed to replace our old jacuzzi bathtub and shower and our plumber referred us to Wallace Plumbing. Mark Wallace, the owner showed up and gave us an estimated cost and time to complete the project -we elected to have a 34x60 walk-in shower insert; we agreed with it, we also agreed to paint the walls ourselves. They completed the job in five days, and we were very happy with the results. Mark job was very professional, clean, honest, and we loved that he stuck to the budget! We highly recommend him and his crew.

Patriot plumbing answered my phone call, then came within 3 hrs for a non emergency toilet fix, and had my repair completed in an hour. Leo was very nice and explained my options. I was very satisfied with Patriot Plumbing and I now have their business card magnet on my refrigerator.

Jacob is the best. Took an emergency call on a Saturday of a 3 day weekend and stopped a big leak within an hour. Trusting your plumber when you live out of town is so important and these guys always take excellent care of us!

The work was communicated clearly and done neatly and efficiently! Oscar was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. I was particularly impressed that he had us run a load of laundry before he left (issue was replacing the laundry drain), so we were confident that no more issues would arise. We’re very happy with the work he did, and we will definitely be coming back to Red’s for any future plumbing work!

Steven called to ask if he could arrive early. He came out the day that I called, was respectful and completed the job in a clean, timely fashion. I don't know how much other plumbers would charge for the same service. I was grateful to have the job done quick and well.
