I had a major drain clog that required hydro-jetting. The team worked hard to clear the line and even came back to re-scope the pipe to make sure everything was flowing properly. During the process the washer had to be moved and a small issue occurred with the drain pan and belt when it was put back. What really impressed me was that the owner came out personally, acknowledged the issue right away, and reimbursed me within hours without hesitation or requiring a repair invoice. That level of professionalism meant a lot. The drain is now working perfectly and I appreciated how quickly and fairly the situation was handled. I would definitely recommend them.

Jeff Amend came today and installed the whole-house water softener - Evince Elite system. What a great guy done amazing job installation and the most importantly, no leaks. Great water system, it has been running well since installation. Worth every penny for this product to get good water.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and filled with water and backup from garbage disposal this morning. I found on yelp and called Olson Superior Plumbing. Eliza was very helpful and was able to get someone out here today. Randall came out and was able to unclog and clean out the pipes under the sink. He checked the garbage disposal to make sure it was working fine. He was very thorough and also checked the bathrooms, washing machine and water heater. He was very helpful and informative on the garbage disposal. I really appreciate that Olson Superior Plumbing was able to squeeze us in today and provide a honest assessment.

I've used these guys before and not sure why l've never left a review, but I should have. These guys are fabulous... always on time, always polite, always know what they're doing, always transparent on pricing, just good all around and how all plumbing companies should aspire to be. I recently called because of what I thought was a leak in the main line under our backyard... this is what our landscapers thought (we called them first because we thought it was an irrigation leak), so we ended up calling another plumbing company who is great and happens to be a family friend, however, they didn't have the technology to find the leak underneath the concrete so they referred us to a leak detection company. That company never got back to me and I'm glad they didn't. I had to get someone with the technology out here... enter Jay from the passionate plumbers. He was very thorough and ultimately determined it is most likely water runoff that has settled underground and risen because of the recent rain. It will take a couple weeks to determine but he was confident enough to not do a bunch of extra things and charge us hundreds of dollars to do so. Just all around integrity from these guys. I'm hoping my issue resolves in a couple weeks but if it doesn't, I'm calling them!! Thanks Jay and Sierra!

Today I have the best plumbing experience over 40 years of property management. The water heater in one of the property went out last night. I made phone calls in the middle of night and set up appointment for this morning 9:30am. The technician, Mr. Solomon arrived 10 minutes before the appointment, assess the situation and provide the estimate. Because of his professionalism, he earned another job of replacing 37 years old main water line shutoff valve and pressure regulator. By 10:30am, he is on his way to get the material and before 4pm, both jobs were completed. The best efficiency I ever see in plumbing. Job: 1. 50 gal. Electric water heater replacement 2. Replace main water line shutoff valve and add a pressue regulator. Again, thank you Mr. Solomon. You make my day.
