One of mg shower did not have pressure from the fresh water line, but has a good pressure from the hot water side. Everything in the house has good pressure except this one shower. I called in the warranty company for repair, they changed the valve still the same problem, they just gave up and blamed the city water company for clogging that water line. With the issue unresolved, I called Clearwater plumbing and they booked me the earliest appointment they can put me in. Joseph checked the problem and was able to fix it in less than 30mins. I'm so glad I found LoMonaco Coast Plumbing! My ancient clay sewer line was filled with intrusive roots and was in critical need or repair or replacement. My house is set back very far from the street and the sewer line ran under my perimeter trees, then under my new deck and concrete slab driveway. Fast, Professional, Nice job. They did a full re-line job on 110ft of a 80 year old 4" cast iron sewer line. Easy to communicate with and they did a great job. When I asked questions they were more than willing to show me how it was done and explain things to me. Oscar was a great man on the ground running the job and rest of the crew was also super nice. I would totally use them again if I needed a similar service. Also, as a bonus they had a better price than the competitors I priced out.

I've used these guys before and not sure why l've never left a review, but I should have. These guys are fabulous... always on time, always polite, always know what they're doing, always transparent on pricing, just good all around and how all plumbing companies should aspire to be. I recently called because of what I thought was a leak in the main line under our backyard... this is what our landscapers thought (we called them first because we thought it was an irrigation leak), so we ended up calling another plumbing company who is great and happens to be a family friend, however, they didn't have the technology to find the leak underneath the concrete so they referred us to a leak detection company. That company never got back to me and I'm glad they didn't. I had to get someone with the technology out here... enter Jay from the passionate plumbers. He was very thorough and ultimately determined it is most likely water runoff that has settled underground and risen because of the recent rain. It will take a couple weeks to determine but he was confident enough to not do a bunch of extra things and charge us hundreds of dollars to do so. Just all around integrity from these guys. Yes you should hire Drake! I was on Yelp and put a request for fixing a dripping faucet, Drake responded in minutes, made an appointment that day, arrived with knee pads on, ready to go. He stopped the drip, and also gave me the best quote for replacing a toilet, which was my main major issue. This was an upstairs toilet that had leaked through the ceiling downstairs. He came back on another day, removed the old toilet loaded it in his truck for disposal, purchased and installed an even better toilet. Kind, courteous, hardworking, good at diagnosing problems, and getting the work done efficiently. A couple days later I discovered a new leak, and called Drake to take a look. He couldn’t come right away because he was working with another customer, so I was worried, but as soon as he finished that job, he called and came to check it out.
