We replaced a twenty year old water heater and wanted to use a local plumber. New Flow is in Roseville, and answered our call promptly sending their representative Vito the following day. He proceeded to discuss extensively the needs, available replacement water heaters as well as their warranties and pros and cons. He was forthcoming, honest , and we felt he was really professional in his presentation. Vito’s Installation was scheduled per our wishes, and today they arrived exactly as they said, installed in a remarkably professional manner, with post installation extensive discussion of use and if we had any further questions. This expierience was clearly an OUTSTANDING, SATISFYING, purchase and installation of a home appliance as we have encountered in our 45 years of owning our home. I had an emergency with my kitchen faucet. Pipes were leaking everywhere and there was no water pressure. Arman was able to come out quickly, get the parts replaced, fix the water pressure issue and explain to me exactly what caused the leak. No issues since. Customer service was excellent all the way around. I'd recommend anyone in the area needing plumbing work to go with New Flow!

Our main drain line was clogged and bathrooms and toilets started overflowing. I called Premier Rooter and Plumbing and though it was a Sunday afternoon, they showed up within an hour and started on it right away. Advised me about the problem and the possible solutions and though to my misfortune, it ended up being the worst case scenario of having to get the entire main drain connection redone owing to badly rusted and collapsed cast iron connector pipe, the team got the job done meticulously, expeditiously and redid all the work including concrete. In 2 days (as originally estimated), it looks like the problem was fixed so good it is hard to tell from the great seamless finish. Very impressed and happy about the whole process. Throughout the rework, the team kept me in the loop with calls, messages and sending pictures and videos promptly. A very satisfied customer and highly recommend it to anyone needing plumbing or drain work done! Along with the 5 year warranty of their work, I have a peaceful closure!

Alfonzo and his team were incredible and take immense pride in their work. My husband and I just purchased a home and it needed a hefty amount of plumbing work done. We have raised foundation and the sump pump underneath the home was not functional which led to water pooling under the home. The piping underneath the home was a mess and the main line had a major offset. They were quick and efficient to completely resolve all the issues and took pride in doing so. There’s no more standing water underneath the home and we have an actual sump pump in a basin they created using a jackhammer because of the ground being solid rock. Alfonzo does a great job of updating customers and sends video and photos of the before and after. I really appreciate how transparent and honest this company is and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Their pricing is also really competitive. I was quoted a lot higher by other companies. I’m so glad I chose Premiere plumbing and I simply cannot recommend this company enough. They truly are a company you can trust!

They offered the best deal for the service by value of pricing. $265 for drain cleaning only. I didn't want the camera service since it would cost $300 something more. The technician was really nice and could offer a detailed explanation of plausible causes of blockage. I would recommend and refer.

I called to schedule an appt and they scheduled it for 2 days later. However, they called back a few minutes later and said one of their techs, Brenden, was free to come out within the hour. Fantastic! Brendan was knowledgeable, cleaned out the sink drain, and took the time to explain what he did to clear the drain and what to do to try and prevent future plugs. I also asked if he could tighten the loose faucets which he gladly did. I highly recommend PPD.

I called and spoke with Arman about a possible back up where my sewer line was close to the city sewer. Arman was extremely helpful and took his valuable time to walk me through the process of contacting the city of Sacramento as it was possible that this would be an issue handled by the city. He didn’t want me to needlessly spend my money for his company if the city was to handle the problem. Armon not only gave me the number for the city utilities district, but followed up to make sure that my problem was solved. Great company great service. I highly recommend.

Vito came by to give me an estimate, was very professional and friendly. The price was great and the job was done much faster and cheaper than I expected even on a holiday. I will definitely call them for my next plumbing job and would highly recommend them.

First and foremost, the technician Jon was extremely helpful, answered questions, showed me anything I asked to see. This particular clog was due to a Vape Pen (large) getting past the toilet and into the sewer line. Jon took the time to literally work the pen out of the house plumbing and not just short cut the process by clearing it and leaving it in the house line where it could have been possible to have further problems later. I will always complain about prices as I've been a property mgr for 20 years and EVERYTHING has become crazy expensive. This is a good company.

I received an inspection and estimate for sewer repair and/or service. It was done in a timely and efficient manner. I am still comparing the quoted cost with other providers and considering all repair options. Some of which are not offered by Paradise Plumbing.

Excellent customer service! If you get Lucy when you call you're guaranteed top notch service. She knows her stuff and outstanding phone skills! I had them add a clean out to my home. Matt came out I actually need new sewer pipes as mine are cast iron.. but Matt was very personable and I explained that I didn't have the money now for new pipes, so he suggested that I add a clean out in my driveway since the house never had one, and that way they would have easy access if a clog was to occur. The price very very affordable. I just bought the home and I wasn't aware of how old the sewer pipes were... The team they sent out (Apolonio/Freilyn) were also fabulous, friendly, and answered all my paranoid questions. They took care of the first part of the dig and remove around a 3x3ish square, and cut the pipe and put in the new pipe for the clean out, and filled the hole with dirt. There was rain in the forecast, so a different team (Rick/Shawn) came back and filled the hole with the concrete and they also answered all my new home owner questions. Both teams were very knowledgeable and personable. From a new homeowner who had called several companies regarding my sewer pipes this was the most super stupendous all around best company I have encountered. I have also worked over 30 years in customer service, and I know most people are quick on the negative, so I wanted to give a really good positive about my whole experience. I will be using them to re-pipe my sewer once I can save up for it. I hope this group of people get the acknowledgement they deserve!

While buying our new home, our agent arranged for The Trenchless Co. to inspect the sewer line and clear a blockage that had been found by a previous company. We were told that for just over $1,000 they would jet the line, clear the blockage, and fully clean out the system. This was a challenging job, as two other companies had been unable to even locate the sewer clean-out. The technician from The Trenchless Co. did find it and performed the work professionally—he was knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful throughout the visit. However, after receiving the inspection results and jetting report, we were advised to pay an additional $500 for “more jetting” to clean the remainder of the line. This recommendation came after being told the original $1,000 service would clear and clean the line completely. Being asked for another $500 to finish work we believed was already included felt unreasonable and came across as an unnecessary upsell. The clean-out had already been located and the additional work would have required minimal extra effort, making the added charge seem more like a money grab than a genuine recommendation. Update: Max, the owner of The Trenchless Co., reached out personally and went above and beyond to make things right. He is sending a technician back out to complete the remaining work at no additional cost. Max was extremely professional and transparent, explaining that the crew had gone beyond the original scope of the call but agreeing that the job should have been fully completed—or at the very least, I should have been informed and given options before the technician left. His willingness to take responsibility and ensure the job is done correctly truly stands out. Because of Max’s efforts, I’m now a loyal customer and a big supporter of The Trenchless Co. They’ve shown that they genuinely care about their customers and their community, and I sincerely appreciate the way they handled this situation.

I was referred to Dr. Drain Plumbing when I tried to wash my hands and had no water to the house. After calling Dr. Drain Plumbing, I schedule an appointment for them to come as soon as possible. I received a text message that the technician Gregory Bray was on his way. Gregory dug up the area and found the large break in the pipe. One of the reasons was the pipe was never installed correctly when the house was built. The pipe was to close to the surface and then the snow came and low temps. The repairs took two days due to some issues with the glue. The new pipe was installed lowered, covered with installation and the dirt put back in the area. The crew was extremely friendly, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. I so appreciate the amazing service! The only thing I wished is I would have asked for a senior discount (10%) which would have helped a lot with the cost. I always forget about this discount.

If you ever need anything to do with plumbing, Mr Drain are the people to call, they're Technicians that did the work for me, Grayson Crowley and Ceaser, made the job of changing out my sewer line look easy and they did a complete re-plumb and re-pipe in a 7 day's time well 1 day was for inspection which it past with flying colors. Grayson made sure that the job was done to his own strict standards, my house is old and he made sure that their work would probably outlast the house or it's occupants it definitely added value to the house, where it was lacking before, the greatest thing about these people they told you up front what the cost was going to be and there was no additional add on fees for problematic situations that arose, when you look at the work after it's done and the water pressure you have you smile and think that was money well spent. A great investment to an old home. I thank Mr Drain and Grayson Crowley and Cesar Loya for the great job they did.

Upon arrival, Greg thoroughly explained what was happening and walked me through several options, including replacing the existing tank with a similar model or upgrading to a tankless system. I’ll be candid — the quotes were not inexpensive. I didn’t have the luxury of shopping around extensively because I needed the issue resolved quickly. A brief comparison suggested the pricing may have been somewhat higher than average. That said, when I asked whether they could complete the work the same day, Greg immediately confirmed they could. Within minutes, he coordinated with his team, arranged for the selected equipment, and within about an hour they were removing the old unit and installing a brand-new tankless system. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and respect for my property. The installation area is surrounded by white carpet, and they took extra precautions to fully protect the space and keep everything clean. While the cost may be on the higher side, the same-day resolution, efficiency, professionalism, and care they demonstrated fully justified the price. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the outcome.

We used Mach 1 plumbing for two things and had great results for both! We had scheduled a bathtub installation when we discovered that our laundry plumbing needed repair (home is new to us), so we called and Mach 1 scheduled us right away to fix the laundry plumbing. The following week, the bathtub was installed and all the dry wall from both jobs was repaired. We will definitely keep Mach 1 as our preferred plumber!
