It’s not easy to find a plumber you can trust. I have worked with Alberto for years, he does quality work, is communicative, and reliable. I had a plumbing issue recently, he came, inspected, and found that the issue was just a blockage that has since cleared. He didn’t charge me for his time, he just said to call if issue comes back and provided some preventative measures. I cannot recommend this man enough. Thank you so much Alberto!

He will come out to do a free quote for you, and tell you what is necessary vs. what is needed. He is very responsive to calls and texts. It's a family owned business in the local area, so they are here for us in SGV whenever we need plumbing services. I'm so glad I found Alberto because he did the necessary work for a lot less than what my realtor's plumber quoted for. I'm going to keep calling Alberto for all my plumbing needs in the future and recommend him to my friends, family, and coworkers.

The guest bathroom was out of commission for three days because the shower wouldn't drain at all. Mention Mark how he came dow to Cerritos to fix our clogged drains and he got right to the point without trying to sell me on a whole new plumbing stack. He pulled out a massive clog and checked the exterior cleanout just to be safe. It is good to have a reliable guy to call who actually shows up when he says he will.

Our main line was backed up bad and Greg really saved the day by getting a crew out here on such short notice. I wasn't expecting anyone to be available for at least a week but he managed to squeeze us into the schedule for some much needed hydrojetting in Bellflower before things got even worse. The guys showed up exactly when they said they would and didn't waste any time getting the equipment set up or making a mess of my driveway. It is rare to find an owner who actually answers the phone and follows through these days so I am definitely keeping their number for next time. Literally dreading the thought of a whole house repipe but the old galvanized pipes were starting to turn the water a weird color in the mornings. The crew was super chill and actually got the new lines run through the walls with way less cutting than I thought they would have to do. It is totally awesome to finally have actual water pressure in the shower again and not worry about a pipe bursting behind the drywall. They cleaned up all the debris every afternoon and were super respectful of my space the whole time.

We had a cogged drain issue. Unknown what to do, we decide to call three of the local plumbers to see what the best method would be to solve our issue. Two of them suggested to dig up our yard and to replace the pipes. This suggestion would have cost us a lot of money and we would have to forfeit our vacation this year. When we called and spoke with Mike, he told us about his Hydro-jet machine that would get the job done. He promised us that it would work and he could solve the issue at hand.

The hydro jetting service restored our sewer line after years of grease and sludge buildup. We noticed an immediate improvement in all drains throughout the property. Very satisfied with the quality of work and attention to detail.

The quote was very reasonable, even though the job ended becoming a bit more complicated, again due to the old pipes & neglect over the years, but Richard gave me peace of mind and explained in detail on what was needed and solved a lot of issues & went above & beyond with his professionalism and attention to detail!! Called Elite to hydro jet my kitchen sink. Richard came to my house and was early, and very professional. He was ready and prepared with a bucket for the nasty, black, stinky blow back. When he was done he ran a camera down the line to show it was clear and clean. I was impressed with Richard and for sure when I need hydro jetting again, I will call Richard and Elite Plumbing and Hydro Jet.

Richard and his crew seriously came through for my family this weekend. On Friday night I smelled gas and did what you are supposed to do, I called the gas company. I honestly did not realize that meant they would shut my gas off immediately. And of course, the Super Bowl was two days away. Richard came out the same night, and it was already dark, but he still got started right away. He told me he would be back in the morning, and he kept his word. He showed up with two other guys who clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and they were out there working on it all day. They cleanly dug up the lawn and were even able to put it back with nothing more than a line showing on our lawn to keep the aesthetics. They told us to call the gas company even though it was Saturday, and the gas company actually came out. The best part is the gas company inspector said the work was really well done and checked everything. We had our gas back on and running in time to enjoy the Super Bowl, which was a huge relief. Richard even made sure I gave him a ring to let him know everything was alright. By the time he was done, I felt like I was working with family more than a stranger. Richard and his guys are all just nice down to earth good people. On top of that, their prices were better than what my neighbors paid for a similar situation, so it was not just good service, it was fair pricing too. I am definitely using Richard and his team again, and I would recommend them if you want people who show up fast, do clean work, and get it done right.

Had issues with my bathroom drain pipe. Called and Brandon came over same day. Fixed the drain pipe. But then found another issue with one of the valves. He fixed that as well and it all worked great. Looks awesome.

Really professional service. They have customer service center, auto text message updates, electronic receipt, etc. My water tank had humming sound and I thought it was the sediment in the tank after I watched couple Youtube videos. But the technician quickly found out the burner is the issue. He was professional and polite, and he is ok to pick up parts from Lowes for me. He also suggests to install a water inflow valve for extra safety and future maintenance convenience. Generally really good service. I will find this company next time.

Dan and his crew arrived on time and were courteous and friendly. Dan is particularly great because he takes an honest approach and gives you the pros and cons of each option. In our case, we had root intrusion in our main sewer line which is made of clay. We had to choose between hydro jetting every few years at about $500 a pop or paying $10K to re-line the main line and not deal with root intrusion. Although it was hard to think about paying the $10K, Dan was willing to work with us and save us money. He saved us a lot of money, and more importantly, saved us from worrying about our main line collapsing and costing us upwards of $40K+ in the future. Thanks to Dan and his team for their exceptional service and for helping us save money so we can eat this week!

CJ Plumbing has always been my go to plumber in the area. Carlos is honest, straight forward and always in my experience takes the approach from least invasive to most just to try and save you a few bucks! No one like dealing with plumbing issues but when I have to call CJ Plumbing, I know I will be treated with respect and given a straight forward honest answer every time, and that is all you can ask for. On this trip Carlos spent an hour trying to rooter the pipe in the picture and then did a reroute. He figured the best way to replace the drain and saved me a lot of exterior repair work. If you want an honest guys, give CJ Plumbing a call.

I’ve used CJ Plumbing three times over the years. First to unblock a drain pipe, then to diagnose a water leak on my lawn, and most recently to replace a water pressure regulator valve. Carlos goes above expectations each and every time. From laying down drop cloths to keep my bathroom clean while running the drain snake, to cleaning up the job site after he’s done. What should have been a straightforward plumbing issue turned into a bigger hassle due to lack of communication and poor workmanship. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns, I was met with defensiveness rather than accountability. I expected professionalism and transparency, but instead left feeling frustrated and overcharged. I won’t be using their services again and would not recommend them based on my experience.
