12/5/25 - Handy Man Plumbing helped me identify a clog in my sewer line with a thorough inspection. They gave me a competitive quote for installing a house clean out and cleaning the sewer line. The installation was done quickly and avoided messing up the yard. Highly recommended. 12/16/25 - Update. I decided to have Handy Man Plumbing replace my very old sewer lines under my house. Their quote was the most competitive. They kept our place clean during their work, sealing off our rooms from dust and covering the floors. They were very thorough, replacing all old GI pipes and even some old ABS pipes. While the scope of work was for "horizontal" pipe replacement, they did their best to replace as many "vertical" pipes that they could without opening any drywall (shower drains, toilet flanges). They also helped me repair some bad water supply pipes the noticed while doing their work. They didn't try to upsell me on trying to replace all my water supply lines, and with these repairs, said it should be good for a while. In all of this, they did not charge any additional fees for the extra work they did (i.e. needing to dig under two foundation walls, doing extra repairs, or needing an extra day of work). Highly recommended.

Mr Arturo Lopez was fantastic. He arrived on time with pre-arrival notification and tracking available. Arturo was knowledgeable, neat and efficient. He took the time to show me the repair and explain why it was needed. This was a two step process with technician Denis Orellana first diagnosing the issues and providing a quote. Alan came on time, introduced himself, and asked how he could help! After I explained the clogged drain line from the kitchen sink he asked to take a look. As he came inside the front door he put on cloth booties so as not to track in dirt or soil. And each time he went out he removed them and upon re- entering he put them back on! After looking he texted a job price and requested I approve the cost of repair, which I did. He brought in his tools and proceeded to promptly extract the material which was clogging the drain. He then made several tests to ensure adequate water flow down the drain, and to make sure the under the sink plumbing was not leaking. Success!!! Drain was flowing freely and no leaks were present. I was able to pay the agreed upon price by credit card on the spot and I immediately received an emailed receipt! Overall this was a very positive experience. I will not hesitate co use this service in the future if need arises!!!

Was referred to Peninsula Plumbing Solutions by a good friend of mine who just used them to fix her clog toilet on a Saturday. She was extremely impressed with them. Our garbage disposal stopped working so I call PPS on Tuesday afternoon sent them a video of my garbage disposal. Within minutes they had a quote for work to be done. Elber, Sergio and their team replaced the main drain pipe under my house. They were able to replace it without excavating any concrete, and keeping the cost very low. They excavated only a tiny piece of soft soil, and burst the pipe under ground through that. Their team worked super fast, but with excellent quality - they passed the city of San Jose inspection with no issues. They are very friendly, explaining all the procedures and adjusting throughout the job to respond to what they find under ground. The team performed the leakage test, and replaced the irrigation and plants after they were done. I'm so happy with both the work and the results. Thank you so very much!

Elber has helped me with a slow draining laundry pipe a couple of times in the past by snaking it out. But this time, he recommended putting in a proper clean out as the previous owners did not put one in when they moved the laundry location. I was worried that the galvanized pips were going to be corroded due to the hard water that we have and asked if he could remove the galvanized pipes. Elber and Sergio scheduled the work and did exactly as requested. My metal pipes were very clogged up. The clean out was installed very professionally through the side of my house. I thought the price was fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

I called All Panthers Plumbing because of all the good reviews. I was not disappointed. I'm super relieved and happy with the work done by Cesar. He gave a reasonable price to fix our clogged kitchen sink and worked on it for hours until it cleared. I would definitely recommend him and will call him again for any future plumbing issues.

Cesar and his team did a great and clean job. They were able to come out the same day to provide me a quote and were able to schedule right away. I had some drainage issues because of some old cast iron plumbing I had and within a day they were able to replace the plumbing underneath my home and have it functioning like it should. Gustavo came to my house to fix an older model shower faucet that others told me couldn't be fixed & had to be entirely replaced, but Gustavo was able to repair it in a matter of minutes. Also he was attentive to a couple other leaks that he noticed and let me know about them, AND he helped me fix those and taught me how to maintain it in the future too. I had been wrapping all my threads with Teflon tape and he taught me better methods, when to use and when not to use the Teflon, etc. Great guy and great service. I learned a lot of things to do to care better for my house. Love that guy.

I could not be happier with the HUGE job EJ Plumbing did for me. My slow shower drain turned out to be caused by disintegrated plumbing under my 70-year old house (tree roots came up when they snaked the drain, ugh). Jonathan was extremely helpful in diagnosing it, and supervisor Ryan Kennedy came right away to work out potential solutions to a very extensive and expensive problem. Ryan and Jonathan used a camera with a tracker to trace the issue through the lines. No perfect options with rotting plumbing under a slab. They listened to my priorities and we agreed on the best, least invasive solution. They came out promptly to start the job - a whole team digging through my brick walkway and front yard to replace the outdoor line, followed by cutting into my drywall to spray an epoxy liner through my indoor lines. They were extremely careful, hardworking and professional. Best of all, they took such incredible care putting everything back, including my yard, drywall and checkerboard brick walkway. Above and beyond!!! I am so impressed. Very very happy with EJ's honesty, reliability, professionalism, skill and even artistry. I had used them before for a small, simple job but this was a huge, difficult effort and I could not be more pleased. We bought our tankless water heater from EJ Plumbing 2 years ago. And we had it serviced today for its annual maintenance. We've been loyal customers of EJ Plumbing. Today's service was done by German who went above and beyond to make sure our water heater is fully serviced and as good as new.

EJ plumbing was great! We called Monday late afternoon (for a non-urgent issue) and got an appointment with Luis the very next morning. After considering our options we decided to replace the toilet that we had issue with. We ordered a toilet from Lowe’s and had it delivered that same day. Luis came back on Wednesday and installed the new toilet for us. The whole installation took less than one hour and we are very happy with the result! I contacted Quality Plumbing & Drain Service for a quote to replace a leaking water heater. Drigo was able to come that same day and provided a very competitive quote. During the consultation he thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns, clearly explained the scope of work needed, and made suggestions to correct a piping issue that was previously ignored when my old water heater was installed. He didn’t try to up-sell me or use sales-pitchy language – I did a lot of research on my own prior to receiving any quotes – so I was confident he was competent, and most importantly, straightforward and honest. Luis and team did an amazing job and got us out of an emergency where we had sewer back up. They came in on a short notice, identified the problem, found where the block was and worked through till ~9 pm to make sure that our washrooms start working, even though it started raining suddenly and kept raining while they were working. They were literally drenched till the end. Talk about work ethic!! Right from the start, the experience was amazing and professional. Luis patiently took multiple of my calls. He even did facetime and explained what a clean out looks like and helped me find if we have one already. From start to finish we could see that the team cares about the job, and is darn good at it. Exceptional service and an exceptional team!!! I lost hot water pressure and right away I knew something was wrong with my water heater. Since it was Sunday I had to email a few places and one of them was Wizard plumbing. Monday morning I got a few responses but Wizard plumbing was the quickest of them all and could dispatch someone urgently. Kevin arrived and identified that the water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced, after answering my many questions and making calls around to find the model I wanted. Shortly after Dino arrived and the pair not only replaced the water heater but also fabricated a custom pan to adhere to the current drain that was in place. They also replaced the leaky hot water valve as well as an automatic shut off valve. Throughout the whole time, they were curious, attentive, and thorough. They got the job done wonderfully and quickly within a few hours; this was exceptionally important as we have little kids. As they say, you get what you pay for and with Wizard plumbing, you get every Penny's worth. Don't just look for the cheapest but look for quality and Dino and Kevin are a great example of why that is the case. Thank you very much. A rockstar team for sure.

Made an appointment three days prior, they took down all of my information and asked me a bunch of questions. The morning of the appointment, I get a text message saying they do not service my area and have to cancel. Why didn’t you tell me that three days ago when I made the appointment and gave you my address? Waste of time.

I’ve lived in a house that was built in 1947 for 10 years. So I’ve had more than a few plumbers come through for various issues during that time. A termite inspector found a leak, so I panic-called the first result on Yelp (I don’t usually do that). Wizard Plumbing came through, assessed the situation, and gave me a number of options, each with associated costs. Not one to mess around with plumbing, I went with the most extensive & labor intensive option (and I’m glad I did; see pix). Out of all the plumbers I’ve done business with over the years, Wizard Plumbing proved to be — by far — the most honest, fair, competent, experienced and thorough. In fact, if I made a Venn diagram with all of those attributes for each of the plumbers I’ve done business with, Wizard would be the only one that made a perfect circle. They’ve definitely made a customer for life.

Dickson and his team were so great to work with. We were caught in a bind with a water pipe leak - they were onsite within 30 minutes and quickly assessed the project and provided a quote. They were transparent with pricing and any possible additional work that could be required. The Dr. Drain team were incredibly professional, straightforward and no-nonsense. Very professional and thorough folks. I called them for a same day emergency leak under the sink and they arrived within the hour. They diagnosed the issue and had everything ready in the van. I recently had a spot repair done on my underground drain line, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Tal and he’s team quickly diagnosed the exact location of the problem and explained everything clearly before beginning any work. They handled the excavation, repaired the damaged section of pipe, and made sure all connections were secure and up to code.
