I’ve used Mr Rooter for a handful of jobs so far. He showed up when I have had major leaks on 2 separate occasions and issues, and quickly resolves the issue, and he doesn’t price gouge. I also had clogs in my pool drains that several professionals said couldn’t be unclogged, but James worked very hard to get them draining again! I appreciate the honest and great service I get from Mr Rooter.

We had a bathroom flood and Mr Rooter called me said he could come out the next day and what to do in the mean time. He showed up in the morning fixed the problem and helped me with another problem I had that for some reason no one else could help me with. I was very stressed on what the problem was he put me at ease and explained what he thought and what we could do to fix it. So they showed up another day to fix the second issue annd was under the price he said it might be and they found another critical issue that we were not aware of . I am very grateful and would recommend them to family and friends. They were dependable reasonable in price and honest that is important qualities in my book

I just want to thank David for the job he did for us today. I had been fighting a clogged drain and just didn't have the right tools to fix it. Not only did he come in and clear the problem, he also gave us tips on how to deal with the problem in the future. His quiet manner and willingness to teach this old teacher a few things really changed my day!!! This is the second time I have had to call Roto-Rooter in the last five years or so and both times I have been very impressed by the service. I have been recommending you to everyone without reservation.

This place is an actual rip off… plumber came by to look at my tankless water heater and charged me $130 for less than 5 mins of work. Then gave me a $4k estimate for a replacement. Bought a new unit for $900 and replaced it myself. This company preys on people. Absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service.

Roto Rooter did a fantastic job. Their response time was amazing and Gerrhett was confident he could fix my problem (which he did), he was extremely quick, answered all of my questions and did a thorough job. Calling Roto Rooter was a smart decision. The only thing I’ll do different next time is call them immediately before I waste time trying to fix it myself.

Gino is about the most unprofessional trades worker one could imagine. He replaced a water heater in my apartment. Shows up unannounced, knocks like he's owed money and didn't introduce himself. He didn't close the valve on the old water heater after "emptying" it and dragged it through my home leaking water everywhere, instead of closing the valve and using a dolly. He installed a disconnect in a location that makes it almost impossible to use. He crushed the overflow pan installing the new water heater after I repeatedly offered help so that that very thing wouldn't happen. He used a sawzall to make an ugly crooked cut on an interior wall that was unnecessary and his solution to move the entire closet door was a dubious one, leaving holes on finished interior walls. Finally, they left piles of sawdust in the newly crushed overflow pan ensuring it will clog and fail and flood the apartment should the new water heater leak. They left wire insulation laying on my floor and generally didn't clean up after themselves to any level of satisfaction.

So I left a maintenance request through my property management portal on Sunday around noon. I got a text message from EW Plumbing the morning after, and gave them a call. They said "we will do our best to get somebody out there in the next few hours", because I had to be to work. Not 30 minutes later they knocked on my door and got to work. The plumber Will was very nice and quick to fix the issue, and also did the button up work that the last plumber forgot to do. Great company. Hope we get these guys the next time around (not hoping for plumbing problems though).

Had a large leak in my garage on New Year's Day at 7 pm with a house full of people for the holidays. Nightmare. I remembered Edgewood being recommended by a couple of friends in the past and gave them a call hoping that I could get someone out within 24 hours and dreading all the guests without water until I could get a plumber out. I was informed that Edgewood did indeed have a plumber on call, even on a holiday and that they would be out "soon." Soon turned out to be less than an hour! I'm going to say that again. I had a plumber standing in my garage on a holiday less than 1 hour after discovering the leak and well after normal business hours. Our plumber was Jesse who was incredibly professional and guided us through our options. Luckily it was a problem he was capable of fixing with what he had in the truck and he had the job completed more quickly than I could've imagined. The whole process was so streamlined that some of our guests never knew there was a problem. What struck me most were Jesse's ethics. Several times he laid out different options and how they might affect our system and made sure to walk us through our decisions. He also was thorough and mentioned he "wouldn't sleep at night" if his testing of the final product didn't meet his standards. The most stressful part of hiring a plumber is not knowing yourself exactly what's wrong and hoping that the person helping you is being honest. This interaction left me feeling like I was dealt with honestly and ethically. These guys have a lifetime customer in us now. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Austin and David came out on time. Both are very professional. They both wore booties over their work boots which is much appreciated. They drained my waterheater and also gave me a bid for additional work that I need to have done. I received the bid by email later that same day. Tankless on demand water heater wasn’t working. Error code was flashing, Michael advised that it was a fire hazard so we were instructed to unplug. They came out first thing. The plumber was knowledgeable and efficient. He flushed the unit, cleaned filter and unit, checked all connections, igniter, intake pipe, and exhaust. The plumber spoke with the manufacturer and confirmed recommendation. From start to finish the Custom Plumbing team was outstanding. Highly recommend their exceptional work. We have used them a number of times in the past, and they always exceed our expectations!

I’ve been working with Wallner plumbing for over 20 years with three different residences. Whether it’s has been A/C service or complete new system, Wallner has always been responsive and their work has always been outstanding. Our new home had a ruptured water main coming into the house. Wallner was out the same morning of the call and the main line replaced within a day! Shawn has been exceptional on the past two plumbing issues with our new home.

Jason with Buckmaster Plumbing was so helpful with all the work he put in to take our Bathroom remodel to the next level. It's hard to trust plumbers in Redding, but in Buckmaster Plumbing I fully trust. He fixed our toilet flange, moved over the gasline so our shower pan would sit flush, and he rerouted all the lines for our shower faucet.
