We had a shower drain that was becoming progressively slow. I attempted to snake it myself a couple times as I am usually able to clear it, but this time no luck. Called Clean Out, quickly got a response and Bryant showed up on time as promised. After repeated attempts, he took a look further and determined that it was likely a partially blocked old galvanized/cast iron pipe which is exactly what it turned out to be. Nobody likes plumbing problems, but these guys responded quickly, assessed the issue, provided me with options, set expectations so that there would be no surprises, provided a great service and stood behind their work with a 5 year warranty. On top of that, Marco (the owner) followed up a few days later to see if I was happy with the work. All of this at what I felt was a fair price for the amount of work that needed to be done. Awesome experience this morning with clean out plumbing. It’s Saturday 7 AM and all of our drains start to back up. I called Christopher and he was able to come out within a couple hours. He is very knowledgeable and was thorough in his assessments. He took a lot of time to answer questions, and in the end, quoted me several options, all at very reasonable prices. I totally recommend this company for any drain and plumbing needs!

Clean Out Plumbing was great. We had some significant issues with our sewer line and after a few companies came out to give us a quote, we decided to go with Clean Out. Erick and his crew were excellent. He clearly explained the work they would do and some of the challenges that could potentially come up. He was honest through the whole process. The price was much more reasonable than some of the others. I will definitely use them again when we are in need.

Our water heater suddenly went out and we had no hot water, so we called Good News Plumbing & Drain. They were available right away and sent Lupe and Jaime. They explained our options clearly and got to work right away. They were very helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. The issue was resolved quickly and we had hot water again! We will definitely be calling them next time.

We had an emergency due to a shower not turning off. We also understood we had to pay the after houra emergency fee. He put on 2 faucets (one on tub, one on shower) and on top of the emergency call charged us over $600 . We were desperate because we live on a septic so we paid it but in the process we lost our hot water and were not told this would happen. Even with all that he spent more time outside walking around than even putting the valves/faucet heads on. Such a disappointment not only did we get over charged but loat hot water. Beware this vendor ls taking advantage of people.

Clean Out Kings are the only plumbers I’ll ever use again! Today Our technician Bobby was changing our water softner Brine bin and within 15 minutes he was on the road. What are the chances that in those 20 minutes or so we had a major back up in the whole house! We called Bobby and he returned to the residence and cleared his whole schedule to completely clear our main line. He also had to tell us the bad news of roots growing through our pipes near the street and even included a video of the damage! Rest assured the Clean Out Kings are giving me solutions to fix my issue and at a reasonable price. Can’t thank these guys enough for saving the day!

Being an owner of an older home, we have used Clean-Out Kings for a wide variety of issues. They have improved our main sewer line, restored drain lines for several rooms, worked on our kitchen, etc. Frank has been the primary plumber for all of our jobs. He knows what he is doing and presents options with fair reasonable solutions to achieve the desired outcome. He did a fantastic job in our rough in phase and final hook-up phase of our kitchen remodel. When I call the office they are very kind, responsive and work hard to remedy my issue in a timely manner.

Tony came highly recommended and I can see why. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly honest. He reviewed the scope of work and acted quickly to remedy the toilet leak. He removed the toilet right then and there to quickly dry out the wet areas, and even came back out the next day to reinstall the toilet. Quickest turnaround time for a service job I've experienced. Tony also reassured me of the extent of the damage and didn't try to oversell me on any additional services, which I appreciated considering the previous quote from another vendor was inflated. Overall I was extremely satisfied with Clean-Out Kings. 10/10 would recommend. They and Tony have my business for life. Thank you!

I’d highly recommend 1-Tom Plumbers! They were on time, super professional, honest, did great work and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. We have old pipes in our old house and were continuously dealing with backed up drains and toilets. A friend recommended these guys and they came and cleaned out our pipes. I couldn’t even find our cleanout - turns out it was hidden under our house - they were patient and searched our property and found it. Used cameras to see what was happening in the pipes and a hydrojet to clean out the main line. They explained everything thoroughly, including how we could avoid the issue in the future. We haven’t had a problem since. I’d definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

We had an issue with our sewege line after heavy rain which made it smelly outside and in our bathroom too. Had a great experience with these guys, Joe was helpful and friendly on the phone, and the team arrived at the scheduled time and did their work-- problem solved!

Was lucky to have Uzziel hydro blast my storm drains before the big storm (209 feet)…but the good part was that he is totally professional, knows what he is doing and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He explained the process to me so I knew what to expect and what could possibly happen if there were an obstruction. Lucky enough everything went without a hitch and he was done in about an hour. These guys did an amazing job! I called them for what i thought i needed. Come to find out i dont have a septic issue . They were very patient didnt get annoyed and gave me a different solution. My primary contact was Frank and I just need to say that he has been very professional and great face of this company. I originally had a drain problem which evolved into needing repiping of my entire drain and intake system. Frank was able to show me pictures and videos which helped inform my decision on what I needed to get done. There were bumps as in all construction but they were able to communicate the issues in a timely manner and able to work with our schedules. I am very happy with their work and they also continued to monitor after the job was done too. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for any job, big or small.

Water heater stopped working right before a cold morning. The plumber replaced the part fast and stayed to make sure it heated up properly. It’s been perfect ever since.

Honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a while. The plumber showed up on time, worked carefully, and didn’t leave a mess behind. He even checked a few other things just to make sure nothing else was wrong. It’s rare to find that kind of care these days.

A total sewage stoppage at our home on New Year's Eve led to rotor-rooting and then hydro jetting with camera assist, that discovered a break in our sewer line. The break was under a concrete patio, and despite being a holiday, they came back New Year's Day to replace the section of broken pipe, without charging holiday rates. Their efforts allowed us to remain in our house instead of a hotel while the repairs were made. The compromised area had many sewer tie-ins and difficult angles, yet I felt very comfortable with their level of expertise. Working conditions with lots of rain each day made the job more difficult, and even though I offered them to come back after the rains ended (even if days) to finish the site clean-up, they persisted in finishing the job. I never felt pressured to make my decisions as the job progressed, and felt very comfortable with their competence level. I highly recommend RedHead Rooter!

Called them today for help with a garbage disposal replacement and clearing a second sink. Nathanial came and did the needful. Was quite smooth and patient as he had to go back to get a better fitting replacement. Was able to complete the job same day. Great value and efficient! Was a pleasure to do business with. Greatly appreciated the senior discount they gave my elderly mother too!
