These guys are knowledgeable and have all the correct equipment. Our house has aging cast-iron pipes which the pipe joints were corroding shut There team were able to come in and installed a new cleanout that was not originally install on the house. The additional cleanout will allow to deal with future blockage which I doubt we need to do for a long time. Their hydro-blast did am amazing job. They are an amazing company and they know what they are doing. I recommend them 100%.

The guys from Otter Squad did a great job diagnosing and resolving clogged outside drain pipes connected to multiple downspouts at the house. They used a camera snake to go directly into the pipes to understand where the problems were so they could resolve them. I highly recommend these guys, they know what they are doing, and have the equipment and experience to get the job done. Alfredo and Andrew worked hard and charged a fair price. In the end, all the issues were resolved, just in time for the rainy season.

Capelli Plumbing has been my go to for years. Recently, I needed a new garbage disposal and was having electrical problems with the old unit. James promptly scheduled the job for the next day even though it was not an emergency. Edward did an efficient job installing the unit. My house has older wiring issues and they had one of their members (Alex) come and help rewire the unit to fix the electrical issue. They were able to quickly purchase the needed parts and accomplish the job in under an hour. Great work, quick communication and friendly service!

I called All Panthers Plumbing because of all the good reviews. I was not disappointed. I'm super relieved and happy with the work done by Cesar. He gave a reasonable price to fix our clogged kitchen sink and worked on it for hours until it cleared. I would definitely recommend him and will call him again for any future plumbing issues.

Cesar and his team did a great and clean job. They were able to come out the same day to provide me a quote and were able to schedule right away. I had some drainage issues because of some old cast iron plumbing I had and within a day they were able to replace the plumbing underneath my home and have it functioning like it should. Gustavo came to my house to fix an older model shower faucet that others told me couldn't be fixed & had to be entirely replaced, but Gustavo was able to repair it in a matter of minutes. Also he was attentive to a couple other leaks that he noticed and let me know about them, AND he helped me fix those and taught me how to maintain it in the future too. I had been wrapping all my threads with Teflon tape and he taught me better methods, when to use and when not to use the Teflon, etc. Great guy and great service. I learned a lot of things to do to care better for my house. Love that guy.

Today I had an emergency on main sewer line brokerage. Nikolay did a fantastic job on identifying the problem, finding the main clean-out and fixing the brokerage. I am amazed by the quality of service, the clear communication and the fast response on the emergency situation. I called several services before I reached PipeX. For others, the lead time all I got was from several hours to days. Nikolay answered me and replied with minutes lead time and transparent pricing on emergency charge. After I confirmed with him the service, he came within 10 minutes. He quickly identified it’s a main sewer brokerage issue. He started to search for the clear-out. Since my house is 1960s eichler, I already tried many times and couldn’t find the location of clearout. Nikolay provided next option to snake from toilet. He communicated with enough educational info and provided clear pricing for me to choose for next step. It’s much easier for me to make informed decisions. After we confirmed, he started to work on removing toilet and snaking from there. The quality is high in terms of cleaning, fixing, snaking, testing and reassuring. He did snake out a big tree root. He didn’t stop there. After several tests, he still thought the water floor was not fully fixed. Next was how magic came. My clearout cap is buried since it’s an old house. Only based on wet dirt clue and smell, he started to dig the dirts on one place in our side yard. He magically found the clear-out. With another round of snaking, he was able to bring out another big root. The water started draining smoothly. After that, Nikolay reinstalled our toilet and resealed it. Again his service was high quality. He even fixed our toilet installation issue. In the end, Nikolay cleaned all the mess with organized steps. He also provided right receipts with clear breakdown on the cost of the service. I really appreciate Nikolay’s high quality service, transparent communication, reasonable price and educational conversations. Especially he could come in irregular time to fix my emergency issue. I cannot wait to start my next services with PipeX.

Great customer service n very helpful. I put in a request n in 5 mins I got a call from Sarah , from call center n she send Usman with an hour to my residence. Same day service. He inspected our water heater, explained we need new water heater. Next day at 8am , he was at our house to install the heater. Very happy with the service from all the staff. Not only did he unclog the sinks he changed out the P-trap that the last handyman installed incorrectly. Cruz does quality work and is also very respectful. I had great experience with Monarch Plumber crew today with Eli and Herman. My kids restroom with 2 sinks was clogged up over the weekend, I was happy to able get an appointment next day through online. When Eli arrived he automatically ask if he needs to use shoe cover because kids restroom is upstairs and he noticed we leave slippers downstairs. They were able to change the sink pipe and declog the line in timely manner. This is the 1st time I used this company and I’m very happy to recommend their service. Great guy with so much knowledge. The Active Plumbing team are the best! Majid and his assistant came out within a few hours upon finding all of my home’s sinks, toilets and showers clogged and not draining. I contacted him and as promised he arrived, diagnosed the issues and was able to resolve all of them in a very timely manner! They were also able to send someone the same day (Monday) and we really appreciated it since having hot water is a necessity. Very honest and nice people! I called Jeff because we were having a clogged kitchen sink and the water backed out from our laundry room. He sent a guy pretty quick who is pretty cool and knowledgeable. The sink somehow started working before Herbert arrived but he still helped us to check out any potential issues, made sure all is good and gave us some advice as well. We will definitely call them again if we have any further plumbing problems.

Great experience with this company! We had incredibly old plumbing in the house we purchased, and we'd spent a ton of money paying for commercial grade snaking. We consulted several companies in San Leandro and Oakland, and ended up going with JC Green. The front office was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the technicians who came for the quote and for the service were super professional. The job was done in one day, and they replaced the entire upper sewer lateral, and placed two new cleanouts. I'm sure this was no small job for them, as the piping from our bathroom to the street stretches across the entirety of our property. They did most of this job without digging, and only had to knock out and replace a small portion of our concrete driveway. The job was just under $7000. We are incredibly happy. It's been about 5 months since this job was done, and we haven't had a single issue. Before, we could only go about 30 days without having the pipes cleaned out professionally. So happy that we went with this awesome local business!

We recently discovered a backup in the sewer line, and I remembered the great experience we had several years ago with JC Green Plumbing when we needed our water heater replaced. This time was no different—they were quick to respond, communicative, efficient, honest, and reasonably priced. Not for nothing, the tech Alex was very gracious considering it can be gross/embarrassing dealing with waste and he patiently answered all my questions about the assessment and solutions. We haven’t replaced the sewer line yet but he explained their trenchless method which essentially feeds the new line underground. This is awesome because there’s minimal disruption to our yard. It can be scary to spend so much money on house maintenance. I’m grateful we can trust JC Green Plumbing to provide honest, reliable, reasonable services.

Alex, came and was early after they checked that that was ok. He was friendly and quickly solved my plumbing issue. He also gave me more info by showing me what was wrong specifically. The four stars are for Alberto, a very experienced plumber who came up with a creative solution to a complex issue. The work will be much less costly and less invasive with his solution. I will not have to rebuild my front porch or have my trees damaged creating multiple sprouts in my garden for years to come!! In addition he is also a very nice technician.
