We noticed our toilets/tubs overflowing, etc. being on a septic system I called Victor at Big Flow, I mentioned the issues and he advised me he’d be out next day with camera to check for blockage. He had done all he could at the time and stated he be back tomorrow..he rearranged his Saturday..he dug down to septic only to discover tank at 37 years old is rusting, etc. After exposing the problem, he advised me that it all needed replacing..but the original price he quoted me was going to be less as he was not licensed to fully repair/replace Septic Tanks. He gave me the name of a company that does do it. I found Victor to be a very knowledgeable, nice guy to deal, very courteous and would recommend his Company for any plumbing issues you may have.

I highly recommend Hugo and the Big Flow Drain Co. These guys helped me with my emergency water leak, I had water dripping from my kitchen ceiling. They were at my place within the hour and even told me how to shut the water off over the phone to avoid further damages. The repair was done fast and efficiently and they warrantied the work. Great attitude, pricing and response time.

I noticed water pooling in the basement and got worried about damage. Their crew traced the leak to a small crack in the main line and repaired it professionally. They even ensured there was no hidden moisture. Truly trustworthy.

The bathtub drained slower each week until it barely emptied. Their specialists team cleared the clog fully, restoring quick drainage.

A clogged sink trap caused water to back up. Their team removed and cleaned the trap thoroughly. It drains without problems now.

Julio was our technician, sent out quickly on a saturday, to service a hard clog in our kitchen drain. I was very impressed with his demeanor and service. He had to work on it a little, but stayed determined and accomplished the job quickly. I'd feel comfortable having them out again. Price was reasonable for area and notice.

Honestly super glad I called Blue Muscle Plumbing. My sink was doing that annoying thing where it kinda drains but backs up at the worst times, and I had no idea what the actual problem was. They came out, figured it out pretty fast, and fixed the real issue instead of just doing a quick temporary fix. No BS, no trying to sell me random stuff I didn’t need. Just straight up solved it. I have used this company multiple times for my plumbing needs. They always answer my calls and show up within hours. Julio is always so helpful and explains the process of his work very thoroughly. When the work is complete he shows what they've done. I had a huge project recently involving my drainage system and they completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. I had a leak in my water heater tank’s flex line past midnight. I believe Drain Brothers was the second company I tried calling that night. The first one (forgot the company) just rang once and automatically gets disconnected. Then Drain Brothers, Ozzy picked up the call right away. Very accommodating, honest, and gives you fair pricing. Most importantly, the problem was fixed right away. I would definitely give them a call again for any plumbing repairs. P.S. in the picture, Ozzy replaced the old copper flex line into a stainless steel.

Wow, where do I even begin? I am absolutely blown away by the level of service and care I received from Drain Brothers. My kitchen sink backed up, and it turned out there were roots about 2 to 3 feet down the line. One plumber wanted to just run a high-speed chain through it, clear it out, and call it a day. Another said they could not even look at it for a few weeks. I was stuck. In desperation, I called my realtor, who recommended Drain Brothers. They came out the very next day. Ozzy assessed the situation and immediately explained that I needed a cleanout installed because my house was built without one. Having grown up with a father who was a contractor, and spending my summers working construction and plumbing with him, I knew Ozzy was right. I also knew this was not going to be a small job. They would have to cut open the back of the house, cut into the plumbing, and repipe it to install the cleanout. To my surprise, Ozzy said, “We can do it right now.” LFG!!! Once they accessed the main line, they found exactly what I expected. Roots had breached the pipe a few feet down. Fixing it meant jackhammering concrete and tunneling under the house to reach the damaged section. This is not a quick or easy task. Again, Ozzy did not hesitate. He said they would take care of it that day. Unreal! I gave them the green light, and they got straight to work. It turned out to be even more involved than expected, but Ozzy and his crew kept pushing. They worked until almost 10PM. It was in the 30s outside, and not once did they complain. At one point, I told them they could head home and come back the next day. I would have completely understood. Ozzy looked at me and said, “We are getting this done for you today.” That kind of work ethic is rare. I cannot say enough about Ozzy and the team at Drain Brothers. Professional. Honest. Hard-working. All around great guys. They did the job the right way, not the quick way, and they stood behind their work. If you want it done correctly and you want people who genuinely care, call Drain Brothers. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I have a septic tank and it has old plumbing and he revamped the line and created two cleanouts. The price is very competitive and you won’t be disappointed! Communication is top notch. After a call, he came to my property within 15 mins. Highly highly recommend them for anything you need!

Ray was awesome and a pleasure to deal with. We were doing yard work when we notice a decent size hole in a pipe and wanted to get it checked out. He responded within 45 minutes, on a Sunday, and quickly identified and repaired the pipe. He was friendly, affordable, and most of all professional. We will definitely use Ray again!

Anthony Swinden from THE PLUMBER was my technician, and I have nothing but great things to say. He was extremely pleasant throughout the entire job, even though he faced setbacks because of not having all of the information for the job! I am extremely happy! Even though I paid a steep price, I had to get it done to get homeowner’s insurance.

Title High Cost Unacceptable Finish- Charged $450 for incomplete Work. 11/12/2025 [Date work performed] I hired Patriot Plumbing to repair outside water spigot. The cost for this simple repair was an excessive $450.00. However, the real issue was the level of professionalism and job completion by the plumber, Mike. Not only did he leave a significant hole in my stucco exterior, but when questioned about it , I was simply told †o buy stucco patch and fix it m¥self. Furthermore, he left the heavy concrete cover for the main water valve standing in m yard after turning water back on, forcing me a senior citizen to replace cover back myself to secure it. For $450 I expect a job to be fully completed which includes basic patching of outside stucco. I hope this review spares at least 1 person from having the same experience. I will also be filing a compliant with the state board about this incident.

Any time I have a plumbing problem, I call Patriot Plumbing. They always do an outstanding job and are always very professional. This time I had a leaky water heater plus another water heater that was way past due for replacement. I also had a leaky shower valve. When I called Patriot, they offered to come out immediately since it was the water heater (it was 6:30pm) but told them that next day would be fine, if they could do it. Got a call first thing next day and they were there at 9am with my two new water heaters and replacement shower valve. Got the job done in under two hours and did a great job of cleaning up (see attached photo). As always, I got a job well done, great service and at a reasonable price. We can’t thank Patriot Plumbing enough for helping with our parents water heater and toilet today! We called them late last night when our parents 34 year old water heater sprung a leak. They were wonderful. My husband was able to turn off the rusted pipe so we didn’t have to have them come so late. They were here first thing this morning. They replaced the ancient water heater with a beautiful new one and fixed their toilet so fast. We will recommend and use Patriot Plumbing always! Thank you so much!!!!
