Several years ago Rooter Solutions did some septic work on a house in the San Fernando Valley. These few years later we were going to do some preventive maintenance on the system and realized that what we had contracted for, access to the system for pumping, was not actually completed properly. I contacted RS to indicate the problem who willingly worked with us to try to understand where the problem actually was. It was worked out that they would come back, at no charge to us, and provide the access we needed. This was done expediently and professionally with the team lead, Martine, managing the project among the many other things he had going on in other locations. Thank you, Martine, and your crew, for doing the work well, and thank you Rooter Solutions for making this right, five years after the initial work was completed.

I had a blocked floor drain in the bathroom of my store and it backed up and partially flooded the the back room. Rooter Solutions came out to do a free estimate. They called me(I was off site) after arriving and snaking to the drain. They said it did not clear and they would need to dig up the floor to access and replace the pipes. They sent me an estimate for $9000 for the work. They said the pipes look old and probably corroded and or damaged. The center is less than 10 years old. I'm suspicious as how could they snake all the way down and not at least partially clear a block at the top? I called another plumber and explained the situation. He's suspicious too. He comes out snakes it from the clean out in the wall and now it's clear and draining properly. $230. I called the company and explained what happened and the dispatcher says she will let the manager know. A few minutes later the plumber calls me and says maybe he partially cleared it and that tearing up the floor is the next step as if he has done nothing wrong...or nothing right in this case. The company has good reviews in total but when read them they have all 5 stars that read like fakes and then 1 stars that are all similar stories to mine. I'm writing this review bc if I believed him they would have dug up my bathroom and not fixed the problem. That's messed up.

Rob was great. I didn't have hot water and he came over and immediately knew what to do. He fix the problem. Definitely call him if you ever need a great and affordable plumber.

I called Rooter Man because my kitchen sink was not draining. I assumed it would be a simple clogged line service but unfortunately I was wrong. My clean out line for my sink drain was clogged and had a sudden break. They sent Rodrigo out immediately and within an hour he was at my home. Rodrigo was the best! He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure that my repair was not only complete but he also inspected the entire underside of the home to see what else possibly would need repair in the future. I am looking forward to my next repair and will use Rooter Man !

Rene did his best to give me the $49 special. He spent a lot of time working on it, and it's not his fault it didn't work. As their guarantee says, he didn't charge me since he wasn't able to clear the drain. He was very knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to help us even though our clog was too much for his machinery. He gave me useful tips and information, and was respectful of the property, etc.

Our primary plumber Fernando was absolutely outstanding from start to finish for a highly complex sewer pipe replacement project. He informed me of every detail of the work needed for all phases of the process, was assisted by a team of very competent technicians, and was totally professional and extremely efficient yet meticulous in completing the job and cleanup. Best plumbing repair experience I’ve had in my 50 years as a homeowner. And the 25-year warranty further justified the cost and was assured by such high quality products used and workmanship.

Rex Thomas has been our go-to guy for every kind of plumbing work on our family's two houses over the last 22 years. We give him our highest recommendation. He is a very experienced, very competent, hard-working, full service plumber. Over the years we have hired Rex to install trenchless sewer lines, new fresh water lines, new toilets, sinks and showers, on -demand water heaters (requiring water, gas, and electrical connections), repairs of sewer vent piping, a rainwater drainage system, a water line to our new refrigerator's ice machine, and more for us. He refurbished vintage faucets in our old historic house. Our family's other house has a concrete slab foundation, which poses extra challenges for plumbing repair work. Rex did a great job dealing with major plumbing repairs to that house, installing a new sewer line, new toilets, sink and shower drains, and a yard drainage system. That job included lots of excavation and pouring new concrete, and using a camera on a snake to locate and diagnose hidden problems in buried pipes. Other duties as assigned: We also hired Rex to demolish and remove old asphalt and concrete features we found buried in our yard. One Thanksgiving we did the classic bone head trick of clogging our kitchen sink with potato peelings, and Rex came out on a holiday to clear our drain. And he has provided periodic maintenance (de-scaling and filter replacement) for our on - demand water heaters. Rex is honest and conscientious. He is good at explaining what a job will entail before he starts work. And he typically provides detailed documentation of his work on invoices after he is done. His rates are fair and he is worth every penny.

Since 2008 when I bought my fixer-upper house, Rex has been helping me with ALL of my plumbing problems. Rex has been and is the most honest, reliable plumber I have ever known. I trust Rex implicitly. He always quotes a fair price before each project and frankly, after knowing him all this time, I will pay whatever prices. They are very reasonable. I have great a respect for his work ethic; About 5 summers (or so) ago, some corroded pipes required replacing and re-routing. DESPITE THE HEAT and the challenge, he completed the work in record time. A couple of years ago he stayed until 2 am to remove an old broken water heater and replace it with a new one. I looked for replacement parts, but the unit was old, parts would not be available for six weeks and were very expensive. Again, his prices were much more reasonable and his service was quicker compared to trying to buy (and wait for) parts. Before meeting Rex, I had to deal with more than one or two very dishonest plumbing outfits. From Day One he has been a true blue and upstanding man. I highly recommend Rex to anyone who needs help with their plumbing problems because he is so honest, reasonable, trustworthy and so responsive. Thank you Rex!

I recently contacted Rex Plumbing for a leak under my kitchen sink. He came out right away and figured out the problem. I appreciated that he did not go directly to the most expensive fix but rather tried something to tide me over since I was planning a kitchen reno. Unfortunately my faucet was too far gone. When I called him back, he suggested a couple of popular faucet options, then purchased the one I picked, and came over and installed it. He also replaced hoses underneath my sink, one of which was ready to blow. The whole process, from start to finish, progressed without delays. Rex is knowledgeable, efficient, and goes above and beyond. He's also just a nice guy. After he replaced the faucet, I mentioned to him a problem I was having with a shower valve and he looked at it and fixed it as well! It wasn't even on his schedule. Stop searching and CALL HIM!! I originally found Solid Plumbing and drain on thumbtack because I needed a gas line installed for my new stove. While under the house, Jorge showed me the wet ground because of the pipes that were cracked, and had weeds growing inside and around them. He saved me a huge disaster and repaired the pipes that day. The second time I hired him it was to replace the valves and fixtures in my bathrooms. This brings me to the third time that I hired him again to replace my old plastic tub with a tiled shower. He also moved the pipes and walls to create at least a foot more room all around. And the tile crew…. Just wow, the craftsmanship is the absolute best. Jorge and his team cleaned up everything and they were very kind and courteous. I am so extremely happy with my new shower!! Solid Plumbing & Drain are the guys to call. I had a plumbing emergency happen at 7:00pm on a Monday night. Jorge answered my call, arrived very quickly and got things working right away. This was just the beginning of what REALLY needed to be done with our home. After 60 years, our old house actually needed ALL the drain pipes replaced! This is a VERY BIG job that I have been putting off for a long time. Jorge said he could do the work for a fair price and his crew would finish it up within the week. And you know what? They did it! Adan came out and was very nice and thorough. He gave me a price for work to be done and I am considering it. I did not expect my sink clogging problem was going to need adding a cleanout installation done.

It all started when I fell into the toilet and it moved. Developed slow leak went to replace wax ring and found the problem. Had to get the flange repaired. Remodelers had cemented it into the floor crooked and broken in a tile floor. Mvp Came out on Sunday and fixed it Monday. Very good job, cleaned up and on time. Felt price was high. I only have one toilet if you have more time I would get bids from multiple plumbers. Overall very good service, though.

Recently I had Hansen's plumbing out to the house again to remove an old garbage disposal and run a poly water line to the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser. Shayne arrived and removed the old disposal and old poly line. He replaced everything with new poly line and a new disposal I had. He did it all with ease, was fast and accurate. Very professional, and knowledgeable in his field. Everything was tested to make sure it worked also. The best part was there was nothing for me to clean or throw away. He took care of it all.
