I’d highly recommend 1-Tom Plumbers! They were on time, super professional, honest, did great work and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. We have old pipes in our old house and were continuously dealing with backed up drains and toilets. A friend recommended these guys and they came and cleaned out our pipes. I couldn’t even find our cleanout - turns out it was hidden under our house - they were patient and searched our property and found it. Used cameras to see what was happening in the pipes and a hydrojet to clean out the main line. They explained everything thoroughly, including how we could avoid the issue in the future. We haven’t had a problem since. I’d definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

We had an issue with our sewege line after heavy rain which made it smelly outside and in our bathroom too. Had a great experience with these guys, Joe was helpful and friendly on the phone, and the team arrived at the scheduled time and did their work-- problem solved!

Then the technician came Bryan Contreras. He was wonderful. Very polite very efficient clean and did a great job for me. I will use this company again.

We had a shower drain that was becoming progressively slow. I attempted to snake it myself a couple times as I am usually able to clear it, but this time no luck. Called Clean Out, quickly got a response and Bryant showed up on time as promised. After repeated attempts, he took a look further and determined that it was likely a partially blocked old galvanized/cast iron pipe which is exactly what it turned out to be. Nobody likes plumbing problems, but these guys responded quickly, assessed the issue, provided me with options, set expectations so that there would be no surprises, provided a great service and stood behind their work with a 5 year warranty. On top of that, Marco (the owner) followed up a few days later to see if I was happy with the work. All of this at what I felt was a fair price for the amount of work that needed to be done. Awesome experience this morning with clean out plumbing. It’s Saturday 7 AM and all of our drains start to back up. I called Christopher and he was able to come out within a couple hours. He is very knowledgeable and was thorough in his assessments. He took a lot of time to answer questions, and in the end, quoted me several options, all at very reasonable prices. I totally recommend this company for any drain and plumbing needs!

Clean Out Plumbing was great. We had some significant issues with our sewer line and after a few companies came out to give us a quote, we decided to go with Clean Out. Erick and his crew were excellent. He clearly explained the work they would do and some of the challenges that could potentially come up. He was honest through the whole process. The price was much more reasonable than some of the others. I will definitely use them again when we are in need.

Clean Out Kings are the only plumbers I’ll ever use again! Today Our technician Bobby was changing our water softner Brine bin and within 15 minutes he was on the road. What are the chances that in those 20 minutes or so we had a major back up in the whole house! We called Bobby and he returned to the residence and cleared his whole schedule to completely clear our main line. He also had to tell us the bad news of roots growing through our pipes near the street and even included a video of the damage! Rest assured the Clean Out Kings are giving me solutions to fix my issue and at a reasonable price. Can’t thank these guys enough for saving the day!

Being an owner of an older home, we have used Clean-Out Kings for a wide variety of issues. They have improved our main sewer line, restored drain lines for several rooms, worked on our kitchen, etc. Frank has been the primary plumber for all of our jobs. He knows what he is doing and presents options with fair reasonable solutions to achieve the desired outcome. He did a fantastic job in our rough in phase and final hook-up phase of our kitchen remodel. When I call the office they are very kind, responsive and work hard to remedy my issue in a timely manner.

Tony came highly recommended and I can see why. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly honest. He reviewed the scope of work and acted quickly to remedy the toilet leak. He removed the toilet right then and there to quickly dry out the wet areas, and even came back out the next day to reinstall the toilet. Quickest turnaround time for a service job I've experienced. Tony also reassured me of the extent of the damage and didn't try to oversell me on any additional services, which I appreciated considering the previous quote from another vendor was inflated. For the past two three days, we had been feeling a warm spot on the floor in my children’s bedroom, but we couldn’t understand what was causing it. After we called our landlord and explained the situation, he told me that he will schedule a plumer right away. The Same day, the owner of the company, Ryan, came to inspect the issue. He explained clearly that there was a slab leak under the room and that the pipes needed to be replaced. He told us that the problem could be resolved by bypassing the pipes under the room through the attic. After speaking with our landlord, we scheduled the work for Saturday morning. On Saturday morning, Ryan and a colleague came and completed the re-piping in about three hours without any problems. After an unexpected plumbing issue we reached out to Plumber XP. Gabriel, the owner, is great to work with and explained what was required and any additional recommendations based on what was evaluated. He and his team made us feel that we were in safe hands and that the pipe repair would be fixed. We ultimately needed to repipe our entire home with PEX, installed a water softener system, replaced parts of and re-sleeved the sewer line, new cleanout, and 2 water bibs. This was an overwhelming and stressful process in and of itself, but Gabriel and his team at Plumber XP did an excellent job of keeping us informed at every step of the project. I have used their services many times, but decided to leave a review this time. The plumbers were absolutely respectful and very professional. Gabriel, the owner even came out to take a look at the issue as well. This company is very attentive, and cares about their customers. Others in my complex continue to cause them because they are just that good! I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. We had a major backup in our main sewage line, and they handled the situation quickly and professionally from start to finish. Eddie was the plumber who came out, and he was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. They accessed the line through the roof and used a camera to properly diagnose the issue before starting any work, which I really appreciated. Instead of guessing, they showed me exactly what the problem was. They then used the hydro-jet method to thoroughly clear the line, and the results were immediate.
