Ron, evaluated old cast iron pipe and provided pictures/movie of crawl space. Once he removed a section of pipe, it was completely blocked with sludge and debris. Ron, removed the 10-12 ft old cast iron pipe, installed new with easy to reach clean out plug. Ron stayed at task at hand & completed the 6 + hr job. No complaining, just focused on getting completed. No mess, congenial, and very competent! Hard job but done well!

Slow bathtub drain pooled water. They cleared the buildup, flushed the line and tested it. Works perfectly now.

The water heater produced unusual noises during operation. Their plumber flushed sediment and inspected internal components. The noise stopped after the service. Performance improved noticeably. I’m comfortable with the outcome.

On a separate occasion they were able to snake my septic lines and use a camera to check my leech. These guys do it all!! Will continue using them in the future.

Desiree was very patient and helpful. I am fortunate that a friend recommended this company. I had to reschedule twice because the part was delayed from the manufacturer. My insurance company demanded I install a water shut off device or they would cancel my insurance. They only gave my three months to research products and complete the installation. When the part finally arrived, Desiree scheduled me for the following day. Fred showed up and did the installation the same day. Come to find out, the part I ordered was the wrong size and I also needed a new shutoff valve because my original one no longer worked. IYKYK) and by 8:00 AM a technician was at our door - faster than my coffee kick-in. Couldn’t be happier with the services we received. Our 15 year old water heater went out on us. The team at Clearwater Plumbing was top notch. I called in the am and they were here a couple hours later. Joe was super knowledgeable and helpful. Diagnosed the issue pretty quickly and gave us a few different options. We replaced our current water heater with a tankless and they got the install done in a day. Ismael and Spencer were very professional! I just had my old furnace replaced with a heat pump and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Personal Plumbing, Heating & Air. The person who came out to give me a quote was super thorough. He got up into the attic, checked all the vents, checked the air flow, and gave me a detailed description of the job with my quote. The installers did an excellent job of removing and installing the new equipment. They were extremely courteous and kept me informed throughout the 2-day job. They were tidy and made sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. They also thoroughly tested the system to be sure it was working properly before they left. A third party contractor was sent to patch my drywall where an old vent was removed. They completed the entire job in less than 2 hours and i can't even tell where the old vent was. Everything about this job went perfectly and I was pleased with the overall price. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

AC condenser installed on a new pad that was locked down & earthquake tip resistant. New 120 V AC switch & new coolant tubing with new pipe insulation. New plenum has an extra condensation trap. Darren, of Parmley Plumbing, was the plumber who did the plumbing work for my bathroom renovations: Shower pipes and drain, converted my one-sink vanity to a two-sink vanity, and re-set the toilet with two wax rings. Darren was on-time, professional, answered all my neophyte questions, worked hard and worked overtime to accommodate my renovation schedule. Darren is truly a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy. His work is exceptional and his fees are very reasonable. Would I hire him again? I already did! I’ve hired him to come back this week to install a recirculating device that heats up my bathroom and kitchen water quickly instead of waiting two minutes (wasted water!) for the water to get hot. He did the research to confirm that my tankless water heater was compatible with this configuration. I highly recommend Darren without any reservations, and have already referred him to others!

Amazing all around! My little battery operated water alarm alerted me late last night that my water heater started to leak at the base. I called Pure Pro Plumbing's main number late morning, spoke with Nathan who was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He got Manny out to me within a few hours. Communication was very good leading up to the appointment. Manny arrived on time and was also very friendly and professional. I ended up needing to replace the water heater. The price for parts and labor was very reasonable; Manny also ensured that I have a new safety net feature installed plus he went over everything with me when he was finished. David did a great job installing my Moen shut off device. He was friendly, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond by cleaning up and making the install look very nice. Despite my PRV being in an odd location, he was able to make it work by removing some drywall and installing the device vertically.
