Thankfully, I haven't had to use plumbing services often and this was booked through Home Depot, but I was very satisfied with URV. They sent a map with technician's location prior to the time window. Roman arrived on the early side of the service window, which is great. He was very professional and I really appreciate that he used shoe covers before entering the house (without me asking). Needless to say, the job (garbage disposal replacement) itself was completed well.

I noticed my water heater was leaking on late Saturday afternoon. I file claim online with my home owner insurance and assigned to service provider within network. However, this service provider never response to my calls so I decided to Flow Pro Plumbing & Jesse(Owner) responded & told me ETA for the crews to come in. Rudy comes in timely, professional, friendly & did assessment job. First shut off the gas, water off & drain any water left in the tank. Since it was late already, Rudy had to come back & install new water heater next morning. It only takes him a couple hours. He did very excellent work. I recommend this company to everyone. Called Almighty Plumbing at 8 AM in full panic mode because our 10+ year old Whirlpool water heater would not relight. Michael answered, said he could be there at 9… and he was. He first tried to relight the pilot before recommending replacement, which I appreciated. Unfortunately the unit was just done. It was time. We moved forward with a new 50-gallon heater and the process was seamless. What really stood out was his communication. He texted when he was leaving for parts, when he was on his way back, and when the job was complete. I work remote, so that level of follow-through matters. He handled everything start to finish. Horrible service. I call asking if tuey do free estimate and William said yes so i agree for him to cpme and taoe anlook for w have low hot water pressure. Willliam came amd looked around and found what seems to be the problem so he said hell change the pipes on the water heater and will see. He charged us 200.00 for a 15 minutes job. He said should be ok bit gave us an estimate to do the whole job. He left with the 200.00 now we dont get any hot water what so ever and our water heater is peaking so we have to put a bucket under it. Terrible setvice.

JP came out to move a gas line in my kitchen. He was super nice and knowledgeable. Explained everything and got the job done quickly. Also got a seismic shit off added to my gas meter while he was here. That will give me peace of mind the next time the ground shakes and I’m not home. 10/10 would use again, and if I need them I’ll be asking for JP to be my service technician!!

Pablo was our technician & he found problematic areas on the hot & cold water valves under the sink as well as toilet wall valve. The valves were stiff & difficult to turn & showing rust & corrosion. Also Pablo showed me a crack in the old original pipe connecting the pea trap that could start leaking, so he changed it to a new plastic PVC pipe. Pablo is very conscientious, honest, knowledgeable, & communicated his professional opinion & experience whenever any problems arose or plans needed to change. Thank you Pablo for a job well done!
