We have used John Gleason at both our home and office. Service was excellent! John, Kevin and Austin went above and beyond to trouble shoot and ultimately fix our 1 year old tankless water heater at the office that kept shutting off. At home they did a same day emergency repair to the plumbing of an upstairs toilet and at another time snaked our outdoor irrigation drainage line. We are extremely satisfied with their work and their fees are reasonable. We would highly recommend their services.

what started as a simple clogged drain quickly turned into a big plumbing headache for us. we first hired a different plumber, but he accidentally broke his snake tool inside our pipes, which made things worse. after that, we decided to call in another team to help fix the mess. maurice came out and right away showed us exactly what was going on with our pipes, using photos to explain everything clearly. the broken snake was stuck and the pipes were leaking around the toilet, bathtub, and sink. instead of just patching things up, maurice and his crew replaced the damaged pipes and added a new cleanout under the tub and in the wall so it’s much easier to access if we ever need it again. they were the most professional and friendly plumbers we've had. they kept everything clean, explained every step, and always made sure our pets were safe while they worked. they treated our home with respect and made sure we understood what was happening at every stage. i really appreciate all the effort and care they put into fixing our plumbing. i’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. just a heads up, they handled the plumbing perfectly but we did the tile and drywall repairs ourselves.

Marco and Santos installed 4 new toilets. They did a fabulous job and left no mess, they even took the boxes that the new toilets came in and hauled away the old toilets. They were very professional and extremely nice. I will definitely be keeping their number for all my future plumbing needs. Also I had them install 4 new toilet shut-off valves. Highly recommend using these plumbers.

It was a long drawn out process due to having to navigate inside the shower wall with all new parts. A cover plate was too small to cover the hole... that piece alone took over 2 months to receive. Three appointments later the job was done immaculately. Jose is a "Keeper for always!" The install became a whole day process, and not once did I hear frustration or agitation. He explained the alternate option and answered my questions and concerns. A genuinely excellent plumber with patience. Local Plumbing was easy to set-up an appointment can came promptly the next morning when our Kitchen sink clogged and after multiple attempts to mitigate ourselves the evening before. Very grateful that Noah Langdon was on the job. He's very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious during the entire process. He was very helpful and gave some great insight on the next steps and solutions of our older home. Having a water heater issue, I had previously asked for a repair from a different plumbing company which didn't even attempt to identify the issue but rather just tried to convince we needed to get an entirely new water heater (and at a cost that seemed way beyond the high end). Using Local Plumbing before, I finally called them before considering a replacement and Rick was able to diagnose the issue (although the heater was a bit old, he was able to identify the issue) and was able to fix it at a very reasonable price. They are now my go to company for plumbing services in Marin and will gladly call them for any future issues/repairs/installations. Just the knowing that they weren't trying to upsell unnecessary services, etc.

Upon contacting JBPlumbing services via text- I got a quick response and was able to have a technician come out same day. A date and time for install was arranged. On said date, the installer (Dean) arrived within the timeframe given. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. He removed and installed the water heater in a reasonable amount of time. He was thorough in his clean-up ( I have had others leave a mess behind). I have never used this company before, but will not hesitate to use them in the future!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Steve. He replaced a good amount of old sanitary sewer line underneath our slab on grade. He was careful, courteous, reasonably priced, and highly skilled.

FIRST CLASS! We encountered a leak with our water heater on a Friday afternoon. We contacted Steve and he was able to fit us in on a Saturday. He assessed the damage and recommended a good water heater (not cheap one from Home Depot). He drove to Concord to get a first rate water heater. Him and Chris stayed past 6pm on Saturday to complete the job. Professional and top notch work.
