Easiest 10/10 review I've ever left - highly recommend Grimm's Plumbing Services. The quality of work is incredible. We had a new water main valve replace, leak detection system installed, new hot water heater installed, and a significant amount of piping replaced. All the work was done to the highest quality, efficiently (I was surprised at how quickly it was completed), and for a great price. I was especially impressed with our water main valve replacement where Grimm's coordinated everything with Aquarion so our water was only turned off for 20 minutes at the street. They prepped everything beforehand so when the Aquarion rep was there they could immediately replace the valve, which allowed them to turn the water right back on. I was expecting to go at least a day before Aquarion could come back out but Grimm's was so efficient and had everything so well planned it was immediate.

The service from Empire was beyond exceptional. I had a drainage issue that I’ve been dealing with for a few months now until I finally decided to call for professional help. Empire took care of the problem in a timely fashion, and the best part was that I didn’t have to break the bank. The workers were professional and very accommodating. When my sink clogged on a Friday afternoon, I was sure I would be stuck with it all weekend. David and Alex came instantly and unclogged it and also made sure my shower was draining properly too. Drain Away serviced our townhome on a Saturday with very little notice. Richard and Lou are INCREDIBLE and their commitment to clients and their work is a rarity. They not only fixed our sewage backup issue but were able to diagnose the root of an ongoing issue other companies couldn't. Not to mention they are so fairly priced. Exceptional Service Providers should be the real name of this company. Spoke with Curtis and he prioritized my appointment (2nd fl toilet and tub was completely clogged) Curtis came out to assess my situation and it was clear that the auger could stay in the truck and it was time for an estimate. Jason sent me over the estimate right away and as a consumer I had to do my due diligence and get other estimates. Long story short my 2nd was a no show and the 3rd had to reschedule. Because of the situation I was in and the professionalism from Curt, I called Streamline back and immediately got on the schedule. A one day job turned into a 4 day job with all the unexpected findings which required the water heater to be removed, concrete broken up and more plumbing replaced. The additional costs was unexpected but who expects to live somewhere and not have access to their bathroom. My stack was completely clogged, they fixed it and told me this was the worst they’ve ever seen. The initial and additional estimate was good (I think, I never replaced a complete stack before and never plan to again) and clear as to what they were doing. Exceptional work, Unfortunately I had a plumber here yesterday, DrainCare Pros, they snake and was not able to clear theline. Said I needed a camera in my line. STREAMLINE was then called, had a plumber here asap. Main Line was snaked and bamm, Less then an hour all was fixed. HIGHLY RECONMENDED, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE.
