Both Steven and Oblad did an amazing job they were professional, they did not attempt to hard sell additional services , they did suggest installing a clean out for present and future blockages. I felt it was reasonable. It did take most of the day to install. They ran a camera through the pipe to ensure the blockages were addressed. I am pleased with the results. The home staff was also responsive and returned phone calls and answered phone calls promptly.I will call DC plumbing in the future for future plumbing challenges , great overall experience!

Rodrigo was great!!! Came out right away and walked us through everything … we had sewage coming through our shower .. our pipes were completely blocked and rooted completely from a palm tree and with the original piping from the 70’s … needless to say we had to replace the entire system… Rodrigo was very detailed … and when it turned into a huge job we weren’t expecting John came out and we discussed in detail what needed to be done … they got the job done fast and it was like they were never here. They dug an 8foot hole in our front yard and put everything back together as if they were never here… AND brought us to code. I'm a tenant under RPM property management (and they are slow to act, but that's a different story :/). However, Drainzilla Plumbing is the vendor they sent to my home to replace the shower knobs. Very positive experience. SJ plumbing is proficient at what they do, patient, and work with high integrity. Had a ceiling leak which we thought was from a bathroom drain. SJ plumbing checked out the leak promptly and felt the leak was a roof issue. We had our roofer come and he thought it was a drain issue. SJ plumbing worked together with the roofing company to problem solve and investigate the leak. In the end, it’s a leak above the roof. Justin and Jon were incredibly patient and helpful the whole time.

Daryl with SJ Plumbing came to install a Moen anti-leak detector device for our house. He was recommended by our neighbor. Daryl did an Excellent job installing the device, expansion tank & asked him to change flappers on our toilets as well.
