We have had JB Plumbing service our rental home in Calistoga several times, from small jobs like clogged drain pipes to major sewer repairs (it’s an old house … 1889), and they are excellent. Josh (the owner) and all of the technicians at JB Plumbing have been outstanding … prompt, personable, polite and professional in the way they go about their business. Cannot say enough about their people and their work. Very clean, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose problems and complete repairs. Their rates are very reasonable and highly recommended. They are our “go to” plumbing company of choice!

Our family has had a couple great experiences with JB Plumbing but the most recent one was really exceptional. I woke up to my water heater leaking and flooding into my dining room through the wall. It was terrible! Josh and his staff had someone out to our home same day to check out the situation and make sure all the possible preventative things that could be done for the day were. He completely put my mind at ease despite the mess we were in.The next day, they sent two guys back out to remove the old water heater and install a new one. They even set us up so that *if* something similar were to happen in the future, it wouldn’t affect the interior of our home. They worked until the job was done and no mess was left behind at all. They were prompt and professional and truly, just really kind and understanding. I wouldn’t think twice about calling them up for our next plumbing need. Upon contacting JBPlumbing services via text- I got a quick response and was able to have a technician come out same day. A date and time for install was arranged. On said date, the installer (Dean) arrived within the timeframe given. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. He removed and installed the water heater in a reasonable amount of time. He was thorough in his clean-up ( I have had others leave a mess behind). I have never used this company before, but will not hesitate to use them in the future!

The team from Fast Local Plumbers LLC did an excellent job fixing our septic tank and pipes right when we needed help the most. Connor arrived quickly and made sure the repairs were handled the same day, even staying late to finish the work. He took the time to explain each step, so I always knew what was happening and why. I really appreciated the fair price and how professional everything was. If you’re in Novato and need a reliable plumber, I definitely recommend calling them. Just a heads up—if you pay with a card, there’s a small processing fee, so bringing cash or a check can help you avoid that.

Right before a big holiday, my kitchen drain suddenly got clogged. I called around to a few plumbing companies and kept hearing they were fully booked. Then, the dispatcher at one company called me back to say they just had a cancellation and could send someone over in about 10 minutes. Sure enough, Jason arrived right on time with all his plumbing tools and a great attitude. He quickly took care of the clog using his equipment, and even made the area under my sink look cleaner than before. The job was done fast and professionally, and the price was fair. I really appreciated the quick response, friendly service, and how they turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Five stars for their excellent customer care and plumbing skills!

This review is long overdue! We have used APES for over 10 years now. From snaking our main line, unclogging sinks, new heating system installed, etc. Recently we used APES for a new construction build they did all the HVAC and plumbing in our new home. They are reliable, knowledgeable and prices are competitive. I will continue using APES and recommending them to everyone!

We are delighted with the outstanding service we received from APES Plumbing! A few hours after we called, Scott cleared our main sewer drain. He checked the flow of our toilets and sinks as well. The charges for the services were quite reasonable. We highly recommend APES and will call on them again for future needs. They are a great company; very responsive, thorough and affordable.

Fourth time using APES Plumbing and they will remain the only one I use moving forward. On time, competitive pricing and great value is hard to beat. I was forced to use APES on the first job by how a larger company charged way higher to make my problem worse. When they weren't able to rectify the problem, they returned the following day and worked until it was resolved (in the rain no less). I called at 10:45am and they had someone at my house at 11:05am the same day. Maria told me she had a tech(Danny) heading back from another job and could have him stop in.
