Adrian was great. We had a blockage in the main line that was causing our sinks to back up, and he came out and cleared it quickly. Super friendly, explained what was going on, and got everything draining normally again. Really appreciate the help!

Called and got service same day for a slow drain. Adrian went the extra mile to diagnose and fix the issue and gave me recommendations for a long term solution to prevent it from coming back. He took extra care to clean up the bathroom after the job was done.

Our toilet and tub started backing up last night, we called they were able to send someone right away. He removed the toilet and even went on the roof to remove the sewer blockage. Reasonable price for a late night emergency.

12/5/25 - Handy Man Plumbing helped me identify a clog in my sewer line with a thorough inspection. They gave me a competitive quote for installing a house clean out and cleaning the sewer line. The installation was done quickly and avoided messing up the yard. Highly recommended. 12/16/25 - Update. I decided to have Handy Man Plumbing replace my very old sewer lines under my house. Their quote was the most competitive. They kept our place clean during their work, sealing off our rooms from dust and covering the floors. They were very thorough, replacing all old GI pipes and even some old ABS pipes. While the scope of work was for "horizontal" pipe replacement, they did their best to replace as many "vertical" pipes that they could without opening any drywall (shower drains, toilet flanges). They also helped me repair some bad water supply pipes the noticed while doing their work. They didn't try to upsell me on trying to replace all my water supply lines, and with these repairs, said it should be good for a while. In all of this, they did not charge any additional fees for the extra work they did (i.e. needing to dig under two foundation walls, doing extra repairs, or needing an extra day of work). Highly recommended.

We had a leaking washing machine for months we couldn’t find out why… We tried a lot of things and then we called $15 Sewer and Drain, best move we ever made. Our master bath tub was not draining and nothing seemed to help unclog it. We were referred to Knockout plumbing and they were immediately responsive. Martin came to the house, gave us a quote and his crew was available to do the job on the same day! They were professional, courteous and got the job done quickly. One of the most impressive things they did was to wear shoe covers while in our house to minimize any dirt and debris. After, they collected all their trash and hauled it away. There was an issue after the job was complete and Martin was immediately available to assist us. He was able to provide a solution and send his crew to resolve it. Overall, they provided excellent customer service and focused on quality to get the job done right. Definitely highly recommended for plumbing needs and would use them again.

Knockout did an excellent job for us and I highly recommend them. We started our journey with an estimate to replace all the vertical and horizontal waste water pipes under our home. Our house is 70 years old and we noticed cast iron pipes that seem to be deteriorating. We looked it up and their life rage is about 70 years so we bit the bullet and got estimates from 4 different companies. They all seemed good but Knockout offered some things the others did not. They offered a 25 year transferable warranty, they acquired and arranged for permits. They also put back the dry wall that they had to removed to do the job. The man that did the texturing did a great job. He matched the 70 year old texturing style that was in our family room. I was truly amazed. This sewer pipe replacement, grew to include all the water pipes, and then to replace the sewer line from the house to the street and unknown to use we had a second line that was leaking under our garage floor. This turned into a really really big job. It could have been a nightmare but it was not. Martin, Axil and the rest of the crew totally took care of us and our house. Every day I would receive an email telling me when they would be there to work or when an inspection was happening. They were the most cautious and careful of our house. They protected my floors, and carpet and walls. THEY NEVER LEFT A MESS EVER. I watched them clean, sweep and scrub down our driveway when they had used it as a work space. They were absolutely incredible. Clean, neat, work that was approved by the city and sewer department and great communication with us the entire time. I could not be happier with the HUGE job EJ Plumbing did for me. My slow shower drain turned out to be caused by disintegrated plumbing under my 70-year old house (tree roots came up when they snaked the drain, ugh). Jonathan was extremely helpful in diagnosing it, and supervisor Ryan Kennedy came right away to work out potential solutions to a very extensive and expensive problem. Ryan and Jonathan used a camera with a tracker to trace the issue through the lines. No perfect options with rotting plumbing under a slab. They listened to my priorities and we agreed on the best, least invasive solution. They came out promptly to start the job - a whole team digging through my brick walkway and front yard to replace the outdoor line, followed by cutting into my drywall to spray an epoxy liner through my indoor lines. They were extremely careful, hardworking and professional. Best of all, they took such incredible care putting everything back, including my yard, drywall and checkerboard brick walkway. Above and beyond!!! I am so impressed. Very very happy with EJ's honesty, reliability, professionalism, skill and even artistry. I had used them before for a small, simple job but this was a huge, difficult effort and I could not be more pleased. We bought our tankless water heater from EJ Plumbing 2 years ago. And we had it serviced today for its annual maintenance. We've been loyal customers of EJ Plumbing. We love their prompt response, professionalism, clear communication and follow up. I have personally communicated with the company's owner, Danny, on numerous occasions and found him deeply committed to taking good care of his customers. Today's service was done by German who went above and beyond to make sure our water heater is fully serviced and as good as new.

EJ plumbing was great! We called Monday late afternoon (for a non-urgent issue) and got an appointment with Luis the very next morning. After considering our options we decided to replace the toilet that we had issue with. We ordered a toilet from Lowe’s and had it delivered that same day. Luis came back on Wednesday and installed the new toilet for us. The whole installation took less than one hour and we are very happy with the result! Would definitely use EJ plumbing for future needs!

Alan came on time, introduced himself, and asked how he could help! After I explained the clogged drain line from the kitchen sink he asked to take a look. As he came inside the front door he put on cloth booties so as not to track in dirt or soil. And each time he went out he removed them and upon re- entering he put them back on! After looking he texted a job price and requested I approve the cost of repair, which I did. He brought in his tools and proceeded to promptly extract the material which was clogging the drain. He then made several tests to ensure adequate water flow down the drain, and to make sure the under the sink plumbing was not leaking. Success!!! Drain was flowing freely and no leaks were present. I was able to pay the agreed upon price by credit card on the spot and I immediately received an emailed receipt! Overall this was a very positive experience. I will not hesitate co use this service in the future if need arises!!!

Was referred to Peninsula Plumbing Solutions by a good friend of mine who just used them to fix her clog toilet on a Saturday. She was extremely impressed with them. Our garbage disposal stopped working so I call PPS on Tuesday afternoon sent them a video of my garbage disposal. Within minutes they had a quote for work to be done. On Sunday, I needed immediate service so I started going down the list of plumbers near me that are open 24/7. Four different businesses didn’t answer the phone and one said they only take appointments…. What??? Drain Doctor Fremont was next and I was assured someone would be at my home within the hour. The technician was here within 30 minutes and just as quickly he had cleared the drain from the street. Both the office and the technician were very courteous and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. OK, this is overdue. Last month I noticed water on the garage cement floor and thought it was just moisture. After careful review I noticed that the water heater was leaking. I called four different plumbers to get estimates with Drain Doctor being the first one I called. A little history of my previous water heater is in order. in 2019 I was overseas, and the heater broke and leaked all over the garage damaging some important personal items. My girlfriend at the time called a plumber who installed a new heater and what a mess it was. That plumber used galvanized steel for the inlet and outlet of the heater lines. Routed the pressure relief pipe into the water heater pan rather than outside of the pan and installed my recirculating pump facing the side wall where I could not gain access. Additionally, the gas line reservoir was installed by the water heater rather than near the gas line valve coming out of the wall. There were no 2x4 boards in the back of the heater for earth quake bracing and the water lines were not earth grounded, all of which are city compliance requirement. To say the least it was a cluster F. When Bobby from Drain doctor showed up, he immediately pointed out the nonconformance of the water heater and gave me a bottom-line price from his standard pricing book which no other plumbers could beat. Some quotes were almost double and after negotiating with those plumbers they got close to Bobby's price which didn't sit well with me. So, I decided to go with Bobby and that proved to be fortuitist based on his efficient and compliant work. Bobby is a plethora of plumbing information or more like a Wikipedia of plumbing. He does have a laid back and straight forward attitude but don't let that fool you. He's the top gun in his industry. Anyway, I've read some of the negative reviews and in each case, there has been a unique set circumstance that all of us experienced in our daily life but over 99%+ of Drain Doctor reviews are very positive. I can't tell you how happy we are with his work and in fact our outside main water line inlet valve was broken, unbeknown to us and we had him come back the next day to fix that as well. I didn't bother getting other quotes because I knew Bobby would give us a competitive price but more importantly do the job right. Anyway, you can't go wrong with Drain Doctor and ask for Bobby. Once again Ribbs Plumbing & Sewer came to the rescue for a backed-up toilet on a Friday afternoon and again (different toilet) on a Tuesday afternoon. Tim, CJ and Chris explained my options as they did not want to charge for extra work since the problems seemed resolved. I very much appreciated their being conservative but I chose the option (charge me) that hopefully insured no future problems.
