Expert Drain Cleaning in Morgan Hill, CA

My kitchen sink was clogged so I called Crown plumbing services. The plumber was on time. He shared with me that my kitchen sink was only partially clogged. He ran some hot water and then it’s unclogged. However, I got charged a $200( after discount) diagnosis fee. He told me if any work was performed, it would have been more than $400. I’m new to this but felt quite shocked for a 5 min time he spent at my place. Is it already so expensive nowadays to hire a plumber? Just would like to hear from you all. :)

I want to take a second and write a quick review. My guest bathroom toilet was backed up and i could not get it to flush. I reached out Crown Plumbing and spoke to Abraham and he immediately had me on schedule within minuets. The next day Pablo came out with amazing customer service and had my toilet working in no time. The level of customer service is second to non. If you have any plumbing needs call Crown Plumbing you will not be disappointed.

Crown plumbing technician Victor Flores serviced my toilet back up a few weeks ago. Victor was professional and did a great job. We will use Victor and Crown Plumbing again for sure.

Plumber was on time, friendly, and wore shoe covers. He assessed the situation and went to work. He got the blockage cleared and then cleaned the whole sink area. Very professional.

it was 700 pm when i called. plumber was here very quick after initial phone call. came out and gave me the options available to fix the clogged drain main drain. Got to it and got it done. Drain fixed. professional and very clean. He deserves a raise. 5 stars.

I had a very disappointing experience with $15 Sewer and Drain. After installing a new washer, our hot water stopped working and we heard running water behind the walls. We called them for help, but while waiting, we researched the issue ourselves and found it was likely air in the pipes that needed to be bled via a water heater valve. When the plumber arrived, we told him exactly what we found. He simply turned that one valve—a task that took literally 2 seconds—and then charged us $195. Most importantly, he never provided a price upfront, which is completely dishonest. Charging nearly $200 for a 2-second fix without any prior disclosure of the fee is unethical and poor business practice. I do not recommend this company.

Worked with Mike on the drain clogging issue. Mike was very quick to diagnose the issue and provide a straightforward assessment and mitigation plan. No long winded explanations or side tracking arguments. He provided a reasonable estimate. And was able to fix the clogging issue at its root in a quick turn around time. Overall glad to work with him and will continue to use Superior plumbing team for future issues.

Great service. It was quick and it was easy. I had to have a detection device installed in the house for the insurance company. I called Superior plumbing. They were here next day and actually we're able to finish it on the same day.

He shared his extensive plumbing knowledge with me and suggested several options to avoid future issues. Plumtree’s communication is excellent and provided a good window of time when to expect the plumber’s arrival. If you have a plumbing issue, they are great to work with.

Thank you for great job. I decided to have another service by Plumbtree. I wanted to move my cooper pipe underneath the sink to install my new reverse osmosis. Ron arrived at my home and discussed and suggested the best option I have. He carefully disassembled my pipe and installed new pipes and added a mounting bracket to secure new pipes to wall. After pipes were done he installed my new RO system and checked to make sure no leaks and RO system was working properly. I appreciate Ron working on tight space working hard to get this job completed. Thank you Ron for excellent service.

I highly recommend Flow City Plumbing. I have used them for sometime and have had nothing but exceptional work done. I've had them do some pretty big jobs but today I needed someone to come out and unclog my toilet. Carlos, Veronica and Mike came out within 30 minutes, snaked the pipe and within minutes and had the toilets flushing without any problems. Everyone in the household appreciated the quick response! Once again Ribbs Plumbing & Sewer came to the rescue for a backed-up toilet on a Friday afternoon and again (different toilet) on a Tuesday afternoon. Tim, CJ and Chris explained my options as they did not want to charge for extra work since the problems seemed resolved. I very much appreciated their being conservative but I chose the option (charge me) that hopefully insured no future problems.

While cleaning, he noticed some cracks at the bottom of the tank that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. I’m glad he pointed it out before it became a bigger problem. I’ve also had great experiences with their plumbing services. When I needed help with a leaky faucet, they scheduled a same-day appointment for me. Joe, the plumber, arrived on time and fixed everything efficiently. The customer service representative was very polite and kept me updated on when the plumber would arrive, which I appreciated. We had another excellent experience with Larry & Sons Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. Russell and Damon replaced two faucets and installed a new water heater for us. The countertop holes for the faucets were really close to the wall, but they did a fantastic job fitting everything in just right. It's great to have strong water pressure again. The new water heater is working perfectly too. Our house in Watsonville is getting older, and several times now these plumbers have helped us out when we needed it. Highly recommend their professional and friendly service!
