Texts were sent to keep me updated. Bobby showed up and took care of my clog quickly at the septic riser. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me some pointers. Daniel was great when he came out asked about the issues kind of did the walk around through all my area drains and pretty much told me that most likely it’s either in a root invasion or sludge over the years after he started the Hydro jet he started working the drains and within the half hour he literally cleared the clog. I was so lucky to find RD plumbing; I had a complete 180 experience with them compared to the last time I had a sewage main line stoppage. Ryan is direct and lean in communication, transparent in pricing, clean cut in appearance, and also pleasant smelling (a very nice touch and much appreciated). He is relentless and unwavering in his troubleshooting, and stands behind his expertise and workmanship. His pricing was very competative for the level of skills, knowledge, experience, and equipment that he brings. He honors is estimates, but doesn't limit his problem solving efforts if the work requirements change during the process. We started with plans for a hydrojet and cam job, but ended up pulling a toilet as well as pulling a backflow prevention tube on top of the hydrojet cleaning, without breaking the bank or your spirit with the natural adjustment to the original estimate...all while still honoring his military family discount (thank you for this). One of the most important things to me was how he was able to come down to my level and break everything down so that I could follow his logic and understand my plumbing scenario in layman's terms (shout out to his sidekick Alvin for help with this). What can make a customer feel more valued than a high-level professional taking the time, patience, and effort to make sure we understand that the work being done makes sense, and we understand what exactly our hard-earned dollars are going toward? The last plumbing company left with the parting words, "Hope it doesn't happen again soon". Ryan's were, "We get 'er done." Ryan is a plumbing wizard. He's the real deal.

Our tankless water heater kept glitching and I spoke with RD pluming and they ask for pictures over the phone and gave me the truth, the system we had was terrible and not worth fixing so they quoted us for a brand new system, top of the line, and they came next day! They worked in the pouring rain!! They took the old system out, rerouted pipes, installed new pipes and new tank, that looks amazing! Overall a great experience with JP. I chose him since I appreciated the price transparency over the phone when I talked to the owner and wanted to support a local small busines. While I understood the phone estimate could flactuate I appreciated having a ballpark in mind yet in my case he stayed true to the quote he gave me from the pictures requeted. He seemed very knowledgeable and the price was very fair. I know I would have paid more with other plumbers. I called them during the holiday and he was honest about prefering to wait to get better parts instead of placing Home Depot parts. He apgraded my valves and was able to get a larger tank placed by moving pipes around. The wait was worth it and he did a great job. Wow! After getting the run around from a couple other plumbers, a friend referred Antonio to me. He and Junior showed up looking professional, I mean the van was clean and looked pro, then they get out and have clean white shirts on tucked in and looking absolutely professional. Then on to my problem, a main line sewer blockage that they had fixed in a short time, a problem 2 others could not handle. As a business owner myself I really appreciated how these guys handle business, Antonio is top notch!!

I just got home to Moreno Valley from Eureka up near Oregon and my wife told me there was "No hot water". Not the best of a "Welcome Home". I found that there was a leak above my hot water heater and it had saturated the insulation. I called and spoke with Antonio who could clearly hear the frustration in my voice after driving home 12 and a half hours. He took it upon himself to make sure that I would be his first stop and also updated me with his arrival time. Antonio was extremely professional and courteous. Did I mention that he repaired my hot water heater in literally 15 minutes? I'm a service technician by trade and I feel that the level of energy and enthusiasm put into his work shows a person that loves what they do and cares about their customer as well as the quality of their work. Reasonable cost and fast work. Day 1 - open drywall, repipe, install TWH and Halo Filter, leak test and 2 repairs. Day 2 - drywall replace and repair, no paint. Disappointed with: - TWH hot exit pipe, off horizontal level by 1/2”, causing concern for appearance, form, fit, durability and function, especially by not being square with vertical up and down fittings - TWH hot drain pipe not having bottom exit end secured with risk of accidental bending - HVAC concentrate Ptrap (self corrected) blocking air handler filter from being pulled open for cleaning - Shower single valve for heat control, yet no volume control for uncomfortably high pressure - Disposal not functioning due to power cord put in wrong receptacle, disposal actuator power cord not plugged in, and random placement preventing spray cleaner flex tube from being fully extended Good craftsmen, too much focus on delivery.

The best experience from First Class. Alfred, Aaron and William were the nicest guys. They did a large amount of work to our home after a pipe collapse. The entire place needed new plumbing and they made it a mission to get it done in just a couple of days. They worked around the clock and completed the job wonderfully. We highly recommend this company!
