Marco and Santos installed 4 new toilets. They did a fabulous job and left no mess, they even took the boxes that the new toilets came in and hauled away the old toilets. They were very professional and extremely nice. I will definitely be keeping their number for all my future plumbing needs. Also I had them install 4 new toilet shut-off valves. Highly recommend using these plumbers.

It was a long drawn out process due to having to navigate inside the shower wall with all new parts. A cover plate was too small to cover the hole... that piece alone took over 2 months to receive. Three appointments later the job was done immaculately. Jose is a "Keeper for always!" The install became a whole day process, and not once did I hear frustration or agitation. He explained the alternate option and answered my questions and concerns. A genuinely excellent plumber with patience. The staff in the office always worked with my schedule and were professional and friendly with the reschedules. The pricing increased one time due to the extra work. I couldn't ask for more. Had Oak Plumbing come out and install a cleanout. They were on time, very professional and super nice. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work. We have also had them come out and do work on another home and were extremely pleased!

I feel like I was robbed. I was charged $797.00 for cleaning a sewer line. They were there for 45 minutes. They made the scope of the work sound more involved than it actually was. They also gave me no guarantees on the work they performed. Stay clear of this company unless you have money to burn.

We had a great experience with Absolute Plumbing and Drain. They came out the same day we called and arrived punctually within the agreed time frame, which we really appreciated. Another plumbing company had previously quoted us $20,000 for a supposed major issue and even charged us $300 for a camera inspection—but never actually gave us the inspection. Absolute Plumbing and Drain took the time to show us the camera inspection at no charge and clearly explain what was going on. It turned out the issue was something completely different and much simpler: a clogged toilet and bath spout. Honest, transparent, and professional from start to finish. Service Pros Plumber completed a trenchless sewer replacement in a first class manner. A free camera inspection was done and a detailed written estimate was provided promptly. After getting two other opinions and bids we selected Service Pros. The job was completed promptly exactly as scheduled and was permitted and approved by both city and sewer inspectors. The staff was professional, courteous, and cleaned the job site thoroughly leaving it almost entirely as it was. I heartily recommend them.

It was a crisis time for me to be without water and although I had to wait through the process to get a clearance from Home Serve they helped keep me calm and assured me I was in good hands. He was extra careful to remove only a small part of our hedge and it was amazing to see how he dug around the massive roots of our 70 plus year old orange tree. Although it took more time than I would have liked to get Home Serves approval they too recognized the stress I was under and work extra hard to find a plumber company who could see me in two days instead of five or more. I appreciate the way they took my situation seriously and helped secure Service Pro Plumbers for me. The job was over $8,000 and I could not have handled the cost without Home Serve insurance.

JP, Jhonny, and their crew did an excellent job replacing the main sewage line from our home to the street. The trenchless pipe technology they used was incredibly effective and minimized disruption. The price was very reasonable for four days of work, which also included inspections by the City of Walnut Creek and Central San. Throughout the project, the team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They also made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up once the job was completed. Seems workable in the end, but a little annoying that the sales person who showed up to spec the job clearly overpriced at $1100 for a faucet / hot water tap installation, which was fine since I thought maybe it correlates with excellent service. It does not: when dispatch followed up to schedule, I asked them to review the parts I had ordered, they said to email them, and I did. The plumber who showed up never even saw that email, and said that dispatch wasn't the right people to send it to. Well, that's who called me to schedule it and where they told me to send it. Then he did not have required 1/4 inch water tubing in his truck, nor the splitter he needed to connect the lines. He blamed me for unpacking the water heater and said it should have come with it. I don't recall it doing so, but OK, he had my wife order what he said he needed, scheduling his return visit before the item arrived. I noticed the discrepancy in Amazon and ordered the same water splitter with faster shipping. Splitter arrives, he shows up, still no 1/4 inch water tubing. He again, this time to my wife, blames me for not having the tubing that should have come in the box. Old story, but also it's been 4 days, why did he not tell us to order it? Why does he not have any in his giant truck? He said he had some but never used it and so threw it away. He has my wife order the tubing. It comes with splitters. He uses a tiny part of it, leaves a mess under the sink from all the extra drilling he does in the wall, and leaves us with a 90% of the tubing and 53 extra tube fittings. I can return one of them, but the rest are used. All in all, this would be fine if I paid a third the price, but if I'm paying $1100 for a faucet / hot water tap installation, I'm expecting it to be really quick and painless. Having the work reviewed by someone who is a little more trustworthy because the tight line looks like it might come off and looking further than Google reviews in my evaluation of home pros. Live and learn!
