These guys are knowledgeable and have all the correct equipment. Our house has aging cast-iron pipes which the pipe joints were corroding shut There team were able to come in and installed a new cleanout that was not originally install on the house. The additional cleanout will allow to deal with future blockage which I doubt we need to do for a long time. Their hydro-blast did am amazing job. They are an amazing company and they know what they are doing. I recommend them 100%.

The guys from Otter Squad did a great job diagnosing and resolving clogged outside drain pipes connected to multiple downspouts at the house. They used a camera snake to go directly into the pipes to understand where the problems were so they could resolve them. I highly recommend these guys, they know what they are doing, and have the equipment and experience to get the job done. Alfredo and Andrew worked hard and charged a fair price. In the end, all the issues were resolved, just in time for the rainy season.

Thankfully, I haven't had to use plumbing services often and this was booked through Home Depot, but I was very satisfied with URV. They sent a map with technician's location prior to the time window. Roman arrived on the early side of the service window, which is great. He was very professional and I really appreciate that he used shoe covers before entering the house (without me asking). Needless to say, the job (garbage disposal replacement) itself was completed well.

The Active Plumbing team are the best! Majid and his assistant came out within a few hours upon finding all of my home’s sinks, toilets and showers clogged and not draining. I contacted him and as promised he arrived, diagnosed the issues and was able to resolve all of them in a very timely manner! He is courteous, professional and explained and showed me all of the issue. In the past, he has replaced my water heater in a timely manner as well! Cesar and his team did a great and clean job. They were able to come out the same day to provide me a quote and were able to schedule right away. I had some drainage issues because of some old cast iron plumbing I had and within a day they were able to replace the plumbing underneath my home and have it functioning like it should. Gustavo came to my house to fix an older model shower faucet that others told me couldn't be fixed & had to be entirely replaced, but Gustavo was able to repair it in a matter of minutes. Also he was attentive to a couple other leaks that he noticed and let me know about them, AND he helped me fix those and taught me how to maintain it in the future too. I had been wrapping all my threads with Teflon tape and he taught me better methods, when to use and when not to use the Teflon, etc. Great guy and great service. I learned a lot of things to do to care better for my house. Love that guy.

Dave arrived on time and fixed my clogged kitchen drain and leaking pipes without any issues. He made sure everything was properly reconnected, tested the pipes multiple times to ensure there were no leaks, and cleaned up before he left, taking the trash with him. Dave did great work, was reliable and professional, and his pricing was very fair.

David was great. Our sewer line clogged the weekend after Thanksgiving, a busy time for plumbers. I called David, and he was able to come out in a few hours and clear out the roots in our sewer line. He was incredibly professional, and he charged a very fair price for a couple hours worth of work. He even sent me the video feed of my sewer line to prove that it was cleared. Ivan was amazing and he knows what he's talking about. He came out to inspect a low flow and pressure issue and in 5mins he found the issue with a failing water softener. He came back the next day to help install and made quick work of it. Tested the unit for softness 3 times and the flow and pressure was working again. He did the work fast and efficiently.
