He was very straightforward and explained everything to me on the phone as I was not able to be on site. He was able to come earlier than expected and let me know well in advance. I had an emergency with my kitchen faucet. Pipes were leaking everywhere and there was no water pressure. I called around 5pm on a Saturday and spoke to Brianna about getting someone out to clean my main sewer line that was clogged. She said a technician would be able to come between 10-11am the next day. I called 3 other companies and they all used AI answering services which I am not a fan of. At 9:30am I received a call that they would be arriving at 10am. They were able to clean out the tree roots from my sewer line very quickly.

I called and spoke with Arman about a possible back up where my sewer line was close to the city sewer. Arman was extremely helpful and took his valuable time to walk me through the process of contacting the city of Sacramento as it was possible that this would be an issue handled by the city. He didn’t want me to needlessly spend my money for his company if the city was to handle the problem. Armon not only gave me the number for the city utilities district, but followed up to make sure that my problem was solved. Great company great service. I highly recommend.

Mach 1 Plumbing replaced our sewer drain clean out. We were able to get an appointment quickly and they did a great job with the plumbing repair and responded immediately with concerns we had. We will definitely use them again should the need arise. Michael and his crew did an awesome job!

We used Mach 1 plumbing for two things and had great results for both! We had scheduled a bathtub installation when we discovered that our laundry plumbing needed repair (home is new to us), so we called and Mach 1 scheduled us right away to fix the laundry plumbing. The following week, the bathtub was installed and all the dry wall from both jobs was repaired. We will definitely keep Mach 1 as our preferred plumber!

Specialized plumbing & sewer Roseville was able to come out and repair my plumbing issues same day quickly after contacting them. Very responsive and helpful! They were also able to recommend additional services that were needed for the property damage caused by the break in the supply line. Not infinite rings, not pushed to voicemail. An actual humanbeing answered the phone and helped me with my questions. Eric came by to inspect a draining issue we were having and was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was extremely prompt in delivering a quote and they came in below another plumber who inspected the same issue. When it came time to do the repairs, Eric and Yuri did a fantastic job of explaining what their plan was and what they expect to find. I've used All Phase for a few jobs, and have been pleased with the results of each. Most recently, they installed a new bathroom in my garage (see before and after pictures). Brandon completed the rough-in in a week. All checked out great with the inspection and he finished the rest of the job pretty quickly, with excellent results. I'd been trying to find a more affordable way to transform my garage, and this was a great solution. I coordinated separately with the electricians and pulled the permit for the work myself to save some money. Brandon is super easy to work with, professional, and seems to thrive on finding solutions to tough problems. The office staff are extremely helpful too -- Ami is the best. Prior to this work, Brandon replaced the old, rusty copper pipes in the house with pex pipes. It was a dirty job and he was a champ! He's also helped clear several drains and sewer blockages over the past 6 years. I knew I could trust him with the bathroom install. So glad, it looks great and is now the best bathroom in the house.

The company bungled sending the correct part not once, but twice. 🥴 Each time Rod went to bat for me on the phone. The third time he stood in my kitchen on the phone with their customer service to resolve the parts issue and finally got a whole new air switch ordered to make the repair. That's professional level service, intervening to speak for me when things get overly technical. 📲Do yourself a favor and put All Phase in your phone under Plumbers. My girlfriend notice a Shields Plumbing van at a store and she new I had a really slow toilet drain so she asked for a business card from Eduardo. I was starting to look for a plumber but I was really concerned they would be really expensive and I am always worried they would make it worse than it seemed. The other big corporate plumbers were advertising good deals on slow drains but I knew that was probably just a teaser. So I wanted to call Eduardo and Shields. We worked together on the time and Eduardo was very prompt. He also called me as a courtesy as to when arriving. He was very polite and covered his shoes. He went over what might be the situation and offered a reasonable price to fixed it. He kept in good communication. He also was very polite and mentioned that he needed to finish by cleaning the area. Job well done! Professional and friendly service. I called Shields Plumbing to replace the anode rod from my water heater. Eduardo is courteous and professional. No sales talk. He did his job cleanly make sure everything is working before he left. I called several plumbing companies in the area to do the same. They want to charge me $450 to replace something that I could do. Since all I'm after is just the warranty Shields Plumbing gave me the most reasonable price of $250. I highly recommend Shields Plumbing, Eduardo and supervisor Blaine and would call them again for my next project.

They no show for appointments for two times. When they are onsite. They first open up my bottom floor ceiling for $250, then they charged $700 to fix a cracked drainage pipe ring, which they diagnosed as the problem. Then we found it leaks more after the fix. Then they say it is the crack between the soap holder on the wall is cracked. They charged another $150 to epoxy it. It turns out that they simply went back and caulk it with silicon. The silicon cracked right after one day as the soap holder is not properly fixed onto the wall.

I have not one complaint about any of the services I received. Straight forward job with my emergency leak. The remodel on my home when I bought it was messed up because they put a pop vertically next to a window. Needless to say while I’m trying to drill a stud I drill a pipe. They came out immediately within 30-minutes (maybe less) to assess the issue. The owners team came out and quickly began working. Within an hour the pipe was fixed and back to normal. Scary experience that I had but a great group of guys to work with. The owner also has family working with them and everyone was great to work with. They do 24/7 emergency services as well. I had no idea at the time since I called Armstrong Plumbing. Their call-center never dispatched so I called H&M first thing in the morning and as I said cake ASAP. The owner was also kind of enough to give me a credit back based on a competitors offer to provide cash back toward the repair after the assessment. I appreciate the offer without asking and the integrity that everyone had. Thank you for all of the help!
