Expert Drain Cleaning in Lathrop, CA

As usual, I contacted Superdrain, they had a plumber at my home within 45 minutes. They made the assessment, gave me their opinion and quoted me a fair price. Plumber and his assistant were honest, professional. I was again happy with their work. Superdrain is the only plumbing service I call when I need work done. They are the best!!

I've been in my home about 9 years now and have had a few plumbing issues.Mosty backed upped clogged pipes. Super Drain I've used a few times. They are always prompt with there appt.They get right on it..Usually done in less then a hour. The price has always been reasonable and as a veteran they have given me a Veterans discount. Which i appreciate.The service everytime has been professional and courteous. Will continue to use Super Drain for any future plumbing issues 👍 I might add my last plumbing issue was on a Saturday and Super Drain fit me in right in the morning. I had a charity crab feed later that day so getting the toilets and showers back online was big.. This time the Service technician/plumber was Miguel and he was a very courteous and professional young man.. That's what we all want for good service.

We had excellent service with Superdrain! We had a major clog and the technician was out side in the pouring rain working to get it cleared! He was kind and professional and came on time! I would diffently use their service again!

After three different plumbers were unable to repair our clogged sewer line due to its difficult location, the JC team stepped in and got the job done. They were very professional, maintained great communication with all parties involved, and even worked over the weekend to restore our service. Great work and customer service. Our technician, Jeff, was kind, timely, and thorough. I think, he went above and beyond. I called a couple companies and decided to go with JC Plumbing because they answers my call. They walked me through the work. We needed a water detection system installed and from the first call they shared videos of the work being installed. This was helpful and appreciated including me in the process. Jeff did the work, was helpful and when we had a little issue he came back and resolved everything. I did think it was a bit price for the 1 hour work ($1400) but I didn’t compare prices with others. I recommend looking into prices first. But the service was 5/5.

We had a persistent front yard water leak at a home we’re preparing to sell, and after two plumbing companies (and 3 contractors) failed to identify the source, Mr. Ed’s Plumbing was finally able to diagnose and resolve it. Unlike the previous contractors—one assigned by SLWA and another highly rated local company—Mr. Ed’s team took the time to thoroughly investigate rather than guessing or rushing through the job. (Please note, Mr. Ed’s was also assigned by SLWA after a continued issue) Adrian from Mr. Ed’s was professional, patient, and methodical. Even when their sonar equipment couldn’t pinpoint the tiny leak, he recommended a careful exploratory dig instead of making assumptions. During the exploratory dig, both Adrian and Ed (business owner) personally inspected every possible source, including indoor lines and the garage slab, and ultimately identified a combination of a very small leak, a branching pipe, and a faulty valve. I want to highlight that Ed and Adrian are exceptionally knowledgeable, and their extensive experience in the industry is evident. They were able to provide solutions and recommendations that other companies could not. Throughout the process, the office staff was respectful and helpful, especially as we navigated SLWA delays. When it came time for repairs—ultimately out of pocket—we chose to proceed with Mr. Ed’s because of their thoroughness and integrity. Ed and his team completed the work efficiently, cleaned up the site beautifully, and even fixed our sewer cover. The leak is fully resolved, and the sprinkler and main line are now properly isolated. After this experience, we will absolutely be calling and recommending Mr. Ed’s Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Mr. Ed's came in handy on a quick snake job that I had been putting off for a while. Their technician Adrian was super efficient and friendly. He assessed the job quickly, was very transparent on his service fee. In short, he unclogged the shower drain with his too, explained the warranty on the work if it got clogged again. He was respectful of the property, clean, and excellent with his communication. As a former teacher I understand the value of explaining the situation in a way that is informative and also establishes rapport with the customer. The only real difference was my customer were 12 year olds :) I highly recommend Mr. Ed's when you are in a pinch.

He went way above and beyond — quickly fixing an emergency sink faucet pipe leak and installing an amazing new faucet. Woke up this morning (Sunday) to a clogged toilet and a house full of guests. They had someone come out right away and were able to fix the problem. These guys were available on a Sunday, and I couldn't be more grateful. Service was a 10. Reasonably priced, and would use them again

My Water-main busted at my house and Discount plumbing showed up and installed a temporary line so my house did not have to go without water. About five days later, they showed up and replaced the busted Water-main line With a PVC pipe line about 60 feet in length that has a lifetime warranty on the part and a five year warranty for the labor from Discount plumbing, which is fully transferable to a new owner if you decide to sell your house. As you can see in the photos that was attached, the Water-main was in my driveway underneath the concrete. The technicians that showed up did an amazing job and completed the work in one day And also replace the concrete in my driveway as shown in the photos. I highly recommend their services to Anyone who has any type of plumbing needs.

I called Discount Plumbing to let them know that my water heater wasn't working anymore. The module was flashing/solid red light, instead of green. I bought this Bradford White from them 5 years ago and had Zero problems, until now. Tech Lonnie, flushed my tank (no charge) and removed and replaced the pilot light assembly and gas control valve. My water heater is as good as new! Lonnie is very knowledgeable and professional, and so was tech Felix, who originally installed my Bradford White back in 2020. Trey and his assistant came out and handled the business with no hang ups. This after a great estimate experience. We got one more estimate and decided Tony was the best fit for us. We had a slab leak of the hot water pipe and they played out the options and we went for it. They also replaced our aging water heater while also by Passing the bad slab line going up into the attic and down to the final connection site. They cleaned up and everything was done very sanitary as we used to say back in the day. Like I said. No delays and done right the first time. This was a stressful issue in the house as we went without water for a week. So a process like we had with Tony’s Plumbing was really needed to make us see light at the end of the tunnel. I found Tony’s Plumbing through my water heater manufacturer’s website because I wanted a professional who was specifically knowledgeable about my Rheem water heater—and I’m so glad I did. Our old water heater finally gave out and we called Tony's Plumbing in Modesto to come by to check it out and give us an estimate. Archie was the technician who came to inspect it. He told us we needed a replacement and thoroughly explained our options. He answered all our questions about the heater itself, the process he would do to replace it, the warranty and how to take care of it to ensure it works at its best for years to come. Tony’s plumbing was such a great help when our only toilet was out of service. The ladies in the office were a great help at keeping me updated and letting me know times and availability of the technician. The technician that came out, Weston, was great! He fixed the toilet within a matter of minutes and also walked through some repairs our facility needs. He was honest and very good at explaining everything that needed to be done and why.
