Our mainline backed up and we needed hydro-jet service to clear out years of root growth. I got a $950 quote from a major plumbing firm that I won't mention by name. I went onto Yelp and Barbosa Plumbing responded quickly with a $350 bid. Based on their Yelp reviews I took a leap of faith and hired them. They communicated with me on the day of service and arrived on schedule. It was a 2 man crew that did a great job, very professional. I watched the whole thing go down on their video monitor and got a copy of it to show the wife. I'm going to tell her it was my colonoscopy. I could not be happier with the service and outcome. They also cleaned up the area before they left, which was appreciated. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience! They arrived early on a Sunday and used their camera to find the blockage in my main sewer line. I watched on the video as they hydrojetted it and pushed the roots out. They also pointed out cracks in the line in another spot under street and suggested I have the city fix it before it collapses. I got way more info from them about my line than from any previous plumber. All done courteously in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend Barbosa!

Soo Hipp installed a new water softner system for us after we inquired with Eddie about the process and cost. They installed the unit and a smart monitor, as well as the needed outlet, and they drained our water heater. Any questions we had were handled quickly and the work done on time and even with a supply chain issue it was all completed in good time and the estimate was honored. This services was added on to other work and we didnt have to wait for a new work order or a new start date which is great when youre dealing with time frames where its necessary to turn off water. Our experience with them was great and I would look to them for quotes for future needs.

Roger was so nice and accommodating. I needed some plumbing help with my toilet and sink. There was a couple of huge blockages. He cleared it up, showed me what was in it, and was nice to my needy dog!

I hired Soo Hipp Plumbing to address my aging 65 year old clay main drain. I was interested in having my drains inspected after repiping my house after addressing some leaks on my old galvanized incoming water line. Seeing the condition of those old pipes, I assumed I could also be having issues with my drainpipes subject to the same subterrenean conditions. I sat with them as they ran their camera through all the drains feeding the main drain as well as the main drain itself. They were very patient and explained things thouroghly as we inspected the drains together. Most if not each connection of clay pipe had become seperated to a small degree but enough for the roots of my trees to find that drain water. I thought it best to ask them to blast those roots free and line my drains now while the issue was manageable rather than waiting for a section to collapse or become out of alignment enough to be impossible to run a drain liner through the old clay pipes. Glad I did it and have peace of mind regarding my drains. Their pricing was fair, the work was top-notch, and they are good hard working folks and easy to work with. I'd recommend Soo Hiip to anyone needing plumbing or drain repair.

Both Steven and Oblad did an amazing job they were professional, they did not attempt to hard sell additional services , they did suggest installing a clean out for present and future blockages. I felt it was reasonable. It did take most of the day to install. They ran a camera through the pipe to ensure the blockages were addressed. I am pleased with the results. The home staff was also responsive and returned phone calls and answered phone calls promptly.I will call DC plumbing in the future for future plumbing challenges , great overall experience!

I’m very grateful for Steven’s help with clearing my outdoor pipeline clogged by palm roots. He responded very promptly and showed up in about 30 minutes. They quickly discovered the where and why it was clogged and clearly explained the process of the necessary descaling and hydro jetting of that main line as well as the risk when dealing with 70 year old pipes. Thank you Sean! My range is no longer sticking out . I had recently upgraded my range due to the last one breaking but unfortunately the gas line behind the stove was actually protruding and didn't allow the new range to fit properly. It was sticking out about 5-6 inches and looked around to find a reputable plumber to help us out. I contacted a few and many of them told me they didn't do residential work or anything "small". Randomly I was on Nextdoor and asked if anyone knew any good plumbers and 12/20 responded with Graham Plumbing so I figured I'd give them a shot. Right away Reagan set me up with an appointment and even if we had to reschedule I really appreciate that she left multiple voicemails to get to me. On Monday I had Sean come look at the site and see what could be done and right away he told me what would be the best solution. He first checked the water pressure, smart meter and water heater to see that everything was running fine. He then noted a few problems and gave me different options for what he could do. It was nice to know that Sean was quick at pointing out things that our home inspector had told us to repair in our home report. So I knew that Sean was the real deal and wasn't just trying to get us to add more unnecessary projects to the gig. I appreciated the different cost effective options but I opted for the best one, which included everything that we planned to get repaired anyway. It was nice to just get it all done in one full swoop than to have to do it in parts. Sean was very pleasant and took the time to care for our appliances, cabinets and furniture. He also took the time to explain the process and steps as he went. He also showed me what I needed to do when the gas line shut off due to the earthquake shut-off valve and it was nice to know I could explain it to my husband afterwards. He cleaned up and left the place spotless too. Overall, my experience and impression was pretty positive and I know I will 100% contact them again for any other updates or issues. Thank you so much. I have used Graham Plumbing twice now. They're employees are respectful and get right to work. This time they cleaned up the maze of pipes that were under my sink and installed my faucet. Now I know I can install the faucet myself but with the maze and sizes of my pipes I felt, if something should go wrong, I would not have the right tools to fix it.

I had two good experiences working with Clean Out Kings. A few years ago they snaked my clogged bathroom sink, and I have never had an issue since. Recently Martin looked into issues with the toilets and found downstream piping issues. Martin resolved the immediate issue but explained the bigger cause. He was thorough in the inspection and explained the issue clearly. Overall a trustworthy company.

Clean Out Kings are the only plumbers I’ll ever use again! Today Our technician Bobby was changing our water softner Brine bin and within 15 minutes he was on the road. What are the chances that in those 20 minutes or so we had a major back up in the whole house! We called Bobby and he returned to the residence and cleared his whole schedule to completely clear our main line. He also had to tell us the bad news of roots growing through our pipes near the street and even included a video of the damage! Rest assured the Clean Out Kings are giving me solutions to fix my issue and at a reasonable price. Can’t thank these guys enough for saving the day!

I have used Clean Out King’s for many years with a variety of repairs, water heater repairs and replacements, or whatever requires plumbing issues. My to go plumber is Martin. He is absolutely the best. He goes far and beyond to do what is best for his clients. He is knowledgeable, patient and transparent. This week I had the most challenging job for him. We had a slab leak in our powder room. It was a difficult task to try to figure out the problem, but Martin worked endlessly until he solved and fixed the issue. Today he came with another nice gentleman, named Raul and both worked for long hours until everything was. working perfectly. He also installed a new water pressure regulator. I highly recommend Clean Out King’s and if you request Martin you won’t be disappointed.

We had a shower drain that was becoming progressively slow. I attempted to snake it myself a couple times as I am usually able to clear it, but this time no luck. Called Clean Out, quickly got a response and Bryant showed up on time as promised. After repeated attempts, he took a look further and determined that it was likely a partially blocked old galvanized/cast iron pipe which is exactly what it turned out to be. Nobody likes plumbing problems, but these guys responded quickly, assessed the issue, provided me with options, set expectations so that there would be no surprises, provided a great service and stood behind their work with a 5 year warranty. On top of that, Marco (the owner) followed up a few days later to see if I was happy with the work. All of this at what I felt was a fair price for the amount of work that needed to be done. Awesome experience this morning with clean out plumbing. It’s Saturday 7 AM and all of our drains start to back up. I called Christopher and he was able to come out within a couple hours. He is very knowledgeable and was thorough in his assessments. He took a lot of time to answer questions, and in the end, quoted me several options, all at very reasonable prices. I totally recommend this company for any drain and plumbing needs!

Clean Out Plumbing was great. We had some significant issues with our sewer line and after a few companies came out to give us a quote, we decided to go with Clean Out. Erick and his crew were excellent. He clearly explained the work they would do and some of the challenges that could potentially come up. He was honest through the whole process. The price was much more reasonable than some of the others. I will definitely use them again when we are in need.

Had a nasty clog and Costa Mesa Plumbing did a hydro jetting service. The tech was chill, explained what he was doing and now everything flows like it should. That kind of peace of mind is worth every penny.

My kitchen faucet was dripping nonstop and it became very irritating. Costa Mesa Plumbers installed a new cartridge and resealed all the joints properly. It’s no longer dripping, and using the kitchen is much more pleasant now.

Water started leaking from a hidden slab pipe in the basement. I called this plumbing service for help. They repaired the pipe and reinforced the area carefully. Their thorough work prevented major damage.

I want to start by saying that both Jose (the plumber) and Alice (assistant/administrator) we're both easy to work with and polite. At the end of the day my drainage was fixed but I have two issues. Pics of the issue and before/after below as well. 1) Jose showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly, he then told me to wait while he puts together an estimate. After a few minutes he says it's going to be $975?! For removing the water, cutting out some of the pipe and replacing it so that he can snake it properly. I said no way that should cost $975 and asked how much is the "water removal" he said $100!! After a lot of back and forth and me saying I needed to get a second estimate from another plumber he told me they could fix it for $475 (and I now had to take out the water myself to save money, which I did and it only took 5-min...). I really wish I didn't have to barter to get a decent price (I assume I still got over charged). Ridiculous that after a few minutes of talking they dropped the price by more than 50% off what he quoted 5 minutes prior. Don't let these guys take advantage of you, if you use them, definitely get a second opinion and negotiate. 2) This is way less minor, but I did try to book through the online "Booking" link. I didn't hear back for about 8-hours until I had to call directly. If I hadn't called I don't think I would've gotten a response. This is not a big deal, but it did delay me getting everything fixed by a day, which is a slight annoyance.
